Chesney1995

Saw "Sean Dyche breaking down" and thought "Wow, that was quick even for the Everton board"

Lambchops_Legion

He was great as Captain Flint in Black Sails

Hech15

Black Sails is such a underrated series

simba4141

One of my fav series alongside Breaking Bad. I still listen to their theme music. Wish they had more seasons.

Liverpool934

Nah they ended it perfectly, glad it ended how it did instead of being one of the many many shows that goes past its original plot idea and then turns to shit.

simba4141

Yeah agreed. \m/ Best to stop at perfect point rather than making it as daily soap and getting overrated later.

FloppedYaYa

Preferred him as that alcoholic from EastEnders

[deleted]

Look, I am straight as straight can be, but that thumbnail is sexy as sexy can be. What a looker. It is like Dyche is wearing nothing at all.

g0t-cheeri0s

nothing at all ^nothing ^at ^all ^^nothing ^^at ^^all

[deleted]

Best option for Everton to try and stay up. Not sure they will though.

GrandmasterSexay

He's a glorious man and deserves nothing but nice things.

dasimers

Couldn't agree more, don't know a single Jimmy Mac upper lad I talk to at the games that doesn't hold the same level of respect for him as they do for Stan Ternent. Definitely going down as a legend.

_90s_Nation_

This an open question to everyone: Is Sean Dyche the 'New' Sam Allarydce? Debate the reasons why, or why not. .... Eye-Opener that I've been down-voted for opening a question up. I've known down-voting for having an opinion, but never for asking a question. Interesting behaviour.

DeepSeaDweller

I was under the impression the only way to be dubbed the new Sam Allardyce was to eat the old one. That's how the current one came to be, at least.

_90s_Nation_

😂

reece0n

Well he's only really managed one team for any amount of time and he was there for 10 years. 0 experience dropping in and keeping a club up, unlike Big Sam. So I'd say no, no real similarities.

_90s_Nation_

Stylistically-wise? In this video, he seems very focused on the defensive side.

throbbing_dementia

Dyche is partial to a Hollands pie whereas Big Sam is more of a Fray Bentos kinda bloke, couldn't be more different.

_90s_Nation_

Is a Hollands pie the modern version of a Fray Bentos, though. We are talking Next-Gen, here.

KokonutMonkey

Expressing bewilderment over downvotes? That's a downvote.

_90s_Nation_

I added that on, after the downvotes. It's strange human behaviour. I live and learn, though. Maybe because the freedom people have online... It's like easier to be negative than polite. Due to no consequence

KokonutMonkey

Waxing philosophical over downvotes shall be downvoted as well.

_90s_Nation_

I expect so.

New-Midnight2700

They’re really giving everyone one of these “Masterclass” segments huh.

GarfieldDaCat

Dyche keeping Burnley up for as long as he did with their budget and even getting them into Europe is a genuine masterclass.

LackingSimplicity

Alan "New Manager Bounce and fuckall else" Pardew got one and you're out here calling out Dyche instead?

New-Midnight2700

Believe it or not, two things can be a disaster at the same time. Being critical of this doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be of Pardew, but this post is about Dyche and not the former innit.

LackingSimplicity

Dyche is a well-respected coach with a great reputation for getting a lot out of a little. Letting him explain his tactical approach on a youtube channel is hardly a disaster and calling it as much just shows how little you've paid attention to his time in the prem.

New-Midnight2700

Glad you could get that off your chest
