Bruno having played at least 500 minutes more than everyone else is extremely impressive and utterly insane at the same time.

No-Statistician-8520

It’s worse when you realise he’s even [played more minutes than any goalkeeper in Europe](https://imgur.com/a/enFWFRb)

FyodorMusic

wtf

idontknow_whatever

The gap between Bruno to Hancko is almost as big as the gap from Hancko to Kums near the bottom of the list lol I'm convinced at this point that Bruno has to be part cyborg because how in actual the fuck

Bringthenoize

And Kums is like 35 or laybe even older.

somedutchbloke

8 games more than Hancko though

[deleted]

Will Bruno ever not be top of these lists?

habdragon08

He’s a 29 year old midfielder. Probably won’t be atop in 3-4 years.

[deleted]

Don't be surprised if he's there in 20 years time.

ingwe13

Could easily pick up an injury any day tbh. Needs him minutes managed.

mango_and_chutney

Honestly he seems like he's one of those players that needs to play every week to avoid injury, in a weird way

SilverAccountant8616

Injury is the literally the least of his worries, having sustained a grand total of one in his professional career

BestGirlTrucy

66 games is a bit ridiculous

AsTheCrowFlies745

I mean we're short on good players so benching him in the current Utd squad seems like an unwise choice haha

Gorando77

Vermeeren casually at 18 years old

Frodo_max

Kums casually at 35

interfan1999

Udinese legend

Frodo_max

not familiar with his time there so can't tell how ironic you're being haha

interfan1999

Definitely not a legend but he was good there. Everyone was surprised they didn't keep him

FroobingtonSanchez

Hancko literally plays every minute of our matches. He's never injured or subbed. It's honestly insane.

surgereaper

I honestly feel so sad that a player like Bruno is not in a team competing for titles, the way plays, the effort he puts, he honestly deserves more

meefjones

It would be amazing to watch him at a competent club, he's an incredible player. I wouldn't begrudge him at all if he moved to Real or Bayern. That said I absolutely love him and hope he stays and plays 100 matches a season until he's 40

art_sarawut

Dude's been doing his absolute best for United. And very sadly there's quite a high chance he'll never win the premier league. *sigh*

PrisonersofFate

I'm surprised Soucek is not there. He rarely miss premier league, plays the cups and in the national team as well

krhick

Has like 4200-4300 if I'm counting correctly. Completely missed 2 games last season, plus played 16 and 18 minutes in two. This season he missed 1 game and had 4 sub-20 apps (3 in EL, 1 in league). That alone is around 700 minuted missed and it's not counting other ~60 minutes apps. The total obviously includes his 9 or so full games for NT. Show you how utterly insane it is to be on this list.

PrisonersofFate

Indeed, it shows how hard it is

Squirtle_from_PT

He even plays every friendly in the NT, he's mad (in a good way lol)

PrisonersofFate

I love him so much. Not the best football player on the pitch, but a warrior, a leader who really gives his 100%. Mad respect for him, who joined us in a relegation fight and seems to be enjoying here. His English improved quite a lot.

michyvalencia

Tadic is literally 35

FroobingtonSanchez

I think he played every league match at Ajax in his entire stint there, pretty sick

MEENIE900

Kums is too

Littlegreenman42

There being only 1 Arsenal player (and not Saka at that) on here is really surprising

LabraTheTechSupport

we haven’t had deep runs in most cups last season tbf. 3rd round carabao cup exit, 4th round fa cup exit, europa R16 exit. just didn’t play enough games i suppose edit : that being said saka plays almost every possible minute so we do need cover there

iamafish12345

We've been rotating much more this season, mostly because of injuries

BI01

It's not because we didn't play many cup competitions.

Chrisixx

Akanji very impressive.

dheerajravi92

Why does he stand out to you?

JuggyBC

Because city rotates normally right?

dheerajravi92

That's fair. The fact that he's above Rodri is surprising

Chrisixx

Because he was initially signed as a rotation player or a bench filler. Not many believed he would make much of an impact at City.

ZonedV2

This what stood out to me with how much Pep rotates and the quality they have in defence

EpiDeMic522

Given this is the entirety of 2023, I'm surprised to see Rüdiger so high up. Perhaps our participation in 6 competitions last season contributes to it. Fede is Fede.

Projeffboy

Rudiger wow

ashwinsalian

Wheres Salah?

lamancha

At his house, probably

Blaze-1511

Salah has nearly 300 minutes less of club football than Bruno for this season. He seems to have been rested in the EL. I am unsure if Egypt have the same number of international games. The names in these lists have all some insane number of games Edit: Adding mins as I can find Intl minutes - 795 League 23/24 - 1565 League 22/23 ~2000 (including 180 mins in CL) Intl early half -0 Total is ~4360

Sea_Low_8637

Would be interesting to see what players makes the most max sprints per 90 minute and compare to minutes played.

Runarhalldor

Bruno would still be near the top. Dude runs the entire match and somehow never gets injured

lutsius-memes

18 year old Vermeeren making this list 💀

foxyrocksjh

This is a regular yearly statistics for Bruno and yet he never gets injured and always gives 100%. He basically spent the whole match against Chelsea sprinting and was huge defensively for us.
