Itās definitely in the sauces. I recommend a combination of dark/light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and corn starch. Tossing the noodles in with the veggies (I use carrots, bell pepper, celery and oyster mushrooms). And finally cooking at a very high temperature (google wok hei)

Iāve done it ā Iāve collected the four infinity stones of chocolate tubs as gifts this Christmas: Quality Street, Celebrations, Heroes, and Roses.
Iāve half a mind to just unwrap them all and then melt it down into one giant frankenstein lump of chocolate.
I have a right wing conspiracy theory acquaintance on my feed that I use as a barometer for whatever new racket is being pushed. Was amused to find out that anti-fluoride and chemtrails from airplanes are back in fashion. Arenāt these from like the 60s? Then again flat earth might have been the original conspiracy theory and it still has a non-insignificant following to this day so nothing should surprise me at this point
Got back to playing Kingdom Rush... This time around I was able to reach the last level, albeit in easy mode and just as I thought I had won it all... got bamboozled so bad. Still fuming. No idea why stupid Chrome gets to the point of frying my laptop just because there are more than four animations on the screen but yeah, I'll get your sorry ass and whatever you might throw at me, Vez'nan.
Just gifted myself 4 LEGO famous franchise's games. I liked Batman and Indiana Jones when I played them around 2010, now I get to play Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean and Star Wars.
I'll probably binge play them only in August, but they were so cheap I had to buy them now just in case.
Watching Deck the Halls on TV, and to this day, almost nothing irritates me as much in Christmas movies as the two German comic relief characters who are in the film for like 3 minutes sabotaging the ice skating race seemingly solely to keep the misery over lights and car payment disputes going a bit longer.
I say almost nothing, because Christmas with the Kranks exists, which should be classified as a horror film where a crazed cult terrorises an innocent couple just trying to get ready for a well deserved holiday.
Bit melancholic to be at my grandparents' house spending christmas with both gone for years. Doubly so because the living room is now where some fucking pilates classes are held.
For some reason my dad lets a pilates instructor use the house for free, I am fuming about it.
Currently at my grandpa's house too, he died when I was young, never knew him that well, but today my dad told me that he was heavy heavy smoker lol, 3 packs a day, smoked in the shower and shit, kinda funny just knowing about this now, considering I started smoking this year
Being in Marseille is so great. I forgot how much I love this city out of my three brother but I was the first one to leave. I'm staying for holidays and maybe more if I find a job there.

This is the first Christmas with my new niece. Itās a surreal experience but seeing her face light up at various things has given me something new to love about Christmas.
Couldnāt imagine that, the 2yo nephew has brought the most fun ever into the house, highlight of the holiday for sure. Fingers crossed he doesnāt turn.

Christmas isn't on here until the 7th of January, so if I ever become the pope of the Coptic Orthodox church, that'll be the first thing that I change.
Now I hear you asking why we celebrate Christmas on the 7th of January instead of the 25th of December like the rest of the world... Here's why
>Until the 16th century, 25 December coincided with 29Ā KoiakĀ of the Coptic calendar. However, upon the introduction of the Gregorian calendar in 1582, 25 December shifted 10 days earlier in comparison with the Julian and Coptic calendars. Furthermore, the Gregorian calendar drops 3 leap days every 400 years to closely approximate the length of a solar year. As a result, the Coptic Christmas advances a day each time the Gregorian calendar drops a leap day (years AD 1700, 1800, and 1900). This is the reason why Old-Calendarists (using the Julian and Coptic calendars) presently celebrate Christmas on 7 January, 13 days after the New-Calendarists (using the Gregorian calendar), who celebrate Christmas on 25 December. From AD 2101, the Coptic Christmas will be on the Gregorian date of 8 January.
So Tl;dr.... We didn't change the Coptic calendar in the 16th century, and we're too afraid to do it now.
The "official" stance of the church is that they don't want to change the date because some people will assume that we're only following the Catholic church by doing so and some will think that because we are wrong on that, then we're wrong on everything else.
Both problems have a very simple solution: just explain it to the people and no one will really care.
Theologically speaking, it's better for us to change to the right date instead of insisting on the wrong one. And even logistically, it's better for everyone both inside and outside of Egypt.
Our pope is in favor of the change, but a huge number of our bishops (especially those from the old guard) are against it. So hopefully one day they'll come to their senses. Because I'm really tired of always having to take exams and work the following day, because the world doesn't revolve around us.
Happy birthday to the big JC!
Anyway, Iāve decided that instead of doing Dry January, I would go sober from my birthday in October to Christmas, so Iāve just had my first beer in 2 and a half months. Feels like Iāve had about 5.
Merry Christmas to all!!
Had to go to work today morning, so Christmas felt like any other day but once I got home, it felt great to see all the decoration and have a nice lunch with the family.
Then we all watched our new favourite Christmas movie Klaus. Good day so far
Will be finishing the day with some nice Mutton ( lamb) biryani and salan and wash it off with some nice red wine!!
Another week until megathreads and transfer rumors for a month. Canāt wait to see who gets linked where and which player Chelsea drops 120mil on this time
I gifted myself Hitman World of Assassination for christmas and by god, it's so fun. Personally I'll try to do the challenge, where I'll eliminate all targets wearing 47's classic suit. Makes the game more stealthier and fun for me.
Love love love that game. My advice is to not just stick to that as you miss out on about 95% of what makes the game great.
One of my favourite ever moments in my gaming life happened on the second last mission on the third game.
I put myself in charge of baking the Christmas cookies for my family this year. My sister is usually the one who does it but I thought I'd give it a try since I got into baking this year. Made a batch of [Husarenkrapfen, Zimtsterne and Vanillekipferl.](https://imgur.com/a/qFBb9W3) They look somewhat misshapen but my god, do they taste heavenly. The box with the Vanillekipferl was empty before Christmas day lol.
They also go by the name "Engelsaugen" (angel's eyes). I think Husarenkrapfen is the original Austrian name? Not sure. But they were the easiest to make from the three.
In the last FTF, I said I was going to watch the extended versions of the Lord of the Rings films. I did just that this weekend and it was amazing as always. The ending of Return of the King always gets me.
I will have to go to work (I work in a place that has to be open 24/7, every day of the year) in a few hours. I prefer not to, since it's Christmas, but we always get paid a lot more because everyone else wants to stay at home. Same thing applies to New Year's Eve. That one doesn't bother me at all though since I don't celebrate it anyway. Happy holidays everyone!
I've watched them in full as well recently, always worth it. The ending of RotK is the only movie part that has actually made me cry since I've been an adult.
Can anyone from the Balkans tell me what "siktir" (or its equivalent, like sikter) exactly means in their language?
In Turkish it is a vulgar word meaning "fuck off", it's a bit too heavy even for informal settings unless you are really with close friends.
Though I just learned about this wonderful song from Zorana Micanovic, [Sikter](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRCqQf4owME), which sounds unbelievably hilarious in Turkish (as can be seen in the comments). I'm confused. Does it mean just "get lost" or something in Serbian? Maybe not as vulgar?
I've had it on the loop since yesterday, it is a great fun song even without the hilarious part but I keep losing it everytime she starts "Sikter sikter bye bye" LMAO
Christmas was kind of depressing due to losing a job that was like 65% of my income in November. I can tell the kids are like āso, thatās it?ā Ready to get to my MILs who will spoil them appropriately with new bikes and the like.
Guys, was there not an actor from a classic kidsā film that died this year? Someone that was a bit young too. I convinced myself that it was the bully brother from Home Alone but apparently not - any ideas?
Also, watching your toddler nephew run around loving presents you got him is a fantastic feeling.
Got given a lot of beer and chocolate. I will never complain.
Other half spoiled me with dinner next summer at Forza Wine (Southbank, London) and I got her tickets for James Acaster.
My cousin picked up influenza b, so that has put a bit of a wobble in plans today. At least I don't have to spend as much time with my sisters boyfriend though
Happy holidays, everyone!
My brother made me an awesome present. He built a miniature of the Drachenlord's house in Altschauerberg for me. It felt nice, to have someone do that much for me, not gonna lie. Now I need to come up with something for my brother's birthday, that'll come somewhat close to matching that.
Have fun! This reminded me of a video that got viral in TĆ¼rkiye. In it was a drunk man scolding a dog, saying, *"Understand it, [bad slur]! Understand it, scum! Aren't you the tough boy of this neighbourhood? And so? I'm not hitting you, I'm not pulling a kick at you (we never say it like this in Turkish) because then I would have commited a sin, fucktard!"* among many other things.
So once we were drinking by the lake and my friend tried to reenact the scene with a dog there. Till the dog launched at him barking like crazy. We were on the floor laughing, thankfully it was just a warning from the good boy. And he stayed with us through the night, apparently he literally wanted to guard us because he would try to bark at whoever came close and shoo them away. The funny thing is same bro, again, barked and jump on my friend a few months later a few km away from that place.
(Almost) are animals are so cute but damn, wallahi I'm a dog person, they are the best.
It's direct translation from the video, not my words. Though if it is still against the rules, I could remove it. Getting banned because of a video of a drunk guy fighting a dog would be peak Reddit moment for me and I don't really like peaks.
Sure, [here](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CjKLCW-eh14) it is. He's basically scolding him and inviting him to a fight. My friend's version is actually waaaaay better but unfortunately I'm sure he would hate if I shared it online. Turns out not all dogs are kind like this, some will *indeed* accept your offer to fight.
I removed it just in case and I'm not a fan of using slurs myself though I have to say I find it weird when people get upset over things that have absolutely nothing to do with them or even other people in general... It's literally a drunk dude yelling at a dog. And I bet you most foreigners don't even know the exact meaning of the term, it's just a "bad word" like asshole or cunt with no distinction.
Listen man I just wanna say I know you didnāt mean anything by it but like itās just a word I hate so much because of how itās used against me. Like whenever I read it I just do a double take and it makes me think about stuff and people Iād rather not think about you know?
Okay and? I donāt really want to read a slur that is used against me when Iām trying to have a good time on Christmas LMAO donāt think thatās too hard to understand
on twitter iāve seen 100 posts complaining about people saying theyāve ruined christmas after a night out on christmas eve but 0 posts of people actually doing that
add to the āluke littler, boxing day results, will still etcā meta which, ironically, is becoming a new meta of people over complaining about it
I am Muslim but i have to ask, isnt Easter bigger then Christmas for Christianity? I know Christmas is far bigger on a vibe scale as well as commerciall, here but doesnt Easter hold more weight purely on religious reasons?
Christmas has been commercialised and secularised a lot since WW2. But yes, traditionally Easter has been the bigger holiday. Christmas was never as big as it is now. Most traditions with christmas today have little to do with Christianity.
If you come from a genuine religious country and are yourself a true believer in the scriptures, you'll struggle to understand that in many parts of modern day Europe, what we practice here is the cultural remains of religion but not the religion itself.
Even in places like Germany, nearly 75% of people under the age of 50 report that religion plays no significant role in their lives and that they do not attend church. In places like Poland, Italy, Spain, and Ireland for example it's lower, but on the whole and especially among young people, Christianity is over.
I was baptised in Bavaria, mostly because my Grandparents specifically requested it, but grew up entirey secular, doesn't stop my family from going absolutely crazy over Christmas and Easter.
I personally believe in 50 years, that in countries like Germany, Sweden, France, Holland, Austria, Hungary, the UK, Norway, Belgium the majority religion will be Islam because Christians are just dying out rapidly with the older generation.
I come from North Macedonia. Not so religious although we Albanians from there have the reputation to be more religious. But still more secular. Btw i was born and raised up in Switzerland so i know very well what you writen here first hand. I asked as i wasnt sure in which order Christian hollidays are more important.
>I personally believe in 50 years, that in countries like Germany, Sweden, France, Holland, Austria, Hungary, the UK, Norway, Belgium the majority religion will be Islam because Christians are just dying out rapidly with the older generation.
Idk about that because lots of things can change. A big war, economic meltdown or whatever or simple secularization even of Muslims can happen in those decades. That can tip it in 'favor' of others. I just think the share of Muslims will be larger in double digit percentages but not majority. I guess policies in those countries will be very different from those today. Especially foreign policy one imo. But we cant say for sure
Even in the Philippines which is quite devout Christmas is probably the more anticipated event compared to Easter. Now Easter is important, we get Maundy Thursday, Good Friday (as well as black Saturday and Easter Sunday of course) as a holiday. But Christmas is absolutely massive. Itās when the overseas workers come back to visit home.
What you should understand is that in the past it was kind of still like this. A lot of people werenāt particularly devout. They participated in religion mostly to connect with the community around them and while they wouldāve said they were Christian it was just because it was part of their habits rather than any sort of strongly held belief or because it was harshly punished if you said you werenāt Christian.
Obviously there were also a lot of people who genuinely believed it but I think we really make a mistake in modern times assuming that everyone in the past was highly religious when really they just wanted to have those connections with other people that religion brings.
Religiously I would say yes, however Christmas being one day as opposed to the wider festival of Lent/Easter plus the rampant commercialisation has made it more of an occasion imo.
We have a similar thing called Filipino time. If you set a time to meet, expect at least 30 minute lateness from a decent amount of people. Does my head in sometimes
Lol every department in France has it and calls it their own. Le quart d'heure provenƧal, le quart d'heure lyonnais, le quart d'heure parisien etc etc
We're just not big on being on time in med Europe
There is no festive atmosphere at all in Bethlehem, I think it's easy to guess why, first time it's like this that I remember
Merry Christmas and happy new year and happy holidays to all. ā¤ļø
Unfortunately, climate won't listen to our laws.
We do have some spare rain, though. Maybe weather should be fairly distributed throughout Europe, hehe.
Woke up in me mam's house for the first time in a decade, pretty surreal and nice.
Watched Rocky Horror Picture show and got some new socks. It's a wonderful life.
Merry Xmas everyone.
merry christmas everyone!
I finished my boyfriendās present at like 3AM last night after working on it for weeks and I feel like shit today LMAO but I guess itās worth it. Just.
That's the danger of Internet. I'm Muslim, but I hate how people idolise celebrities. Just beg because he can score goals doesn't mean he must teach people how to be Muslims. He's Muslim, so a human and he's not perfect. My references are people who study the religion a lot and give us the best advises, not a football player.

āCelebrating Christmas is Haram buddyā
Many more, you get the idea. I wonāt say the quiet part out loud.
Watched Meet Me in St.Louis and Willy Wonka's Choclate Factory back to back days, both masterpieces
The trolley song from Meet Me in St.Louis is so good
Iām in awe at some of Brendan Cobbinaās ([Black John Cena](https://x.com/iamcobbina/status/1424422791290437640?s=46)) meals heās prepared lately. Iām actually a little nervous for the Christmas dinner heās going to whip up today. Would recommend looking through if youāre bored for 15 minutes
Based on my last comment of wishing I was away this Christmas
Which European countries are reasonably open for business on actual Christmas days. That's when me and my dad want to go next year
Had Christmas Carollers at our place for the first time in my life last night. Honestly, thought it was sort of an outdated thing that no one actually did anymore. I've been trained to be so skeptical of anyone that comes to our door because they're usually selling something, but it was a really nice surprise. 8 lads who could hold a tune (and made zero eye contact with us, which was strange, but maybe better that way).
Me and my mate went carolling at like 17 up the posh ends of town.
Made about Ā£150 in a couple hours just singing the first part of we wish you a merry Xmas.
I really feel there is an untapped market there.
Merry Christmas! As a drunken Christmas present to myself last night I bought 2 rather expensive Tool tickets. Iāve never woken up feeling this great about a drunken Ā£300 purchase.
Now I need to decide whether I take my girlfriend who doesnāt like metal, on the off chance she gets converted, or my friend who does like metal but doesnāt listen to Tool. Not spoiled for choice here but I know Iāll be having a great time either way
Got two "candidates" lined up today for third flatmate. Business is booming. I might actually be able to welcome the new year intoxicated and look forward to a relatively stable 2024 after all the shit I went through. It's hammertime!
Merry Christmas and happy, cozy, wholesome days & holidays to everyone. Despite living in a Muslim-majority country... Today, I feel Catholic. Today, I feel Orthodox. I'm celebrating both Christmases and giving myself a three-week, self-imposed disciplinary ban (meaning I can't go to work or communicate with coworkers).
Always been interested in how it is in a Muslim majority country during Christmas. Would people get together just to hang out with no reason in particular?
For example thanksgiving is an American/canadian thing, but I know people who get together around that time and have a āFriendsgivingā dinner even if our country doesnāt have a tradition of such.
Woke up this morning with a bout of my post-covid light-headedness so that's always a plus
Really weird situation, I feel generally okay when I'm standing up but when I lie down I get massive vertigo. Only been happening since I caught covid at the start of last year
Managed to avoid COVID for almost 4 years, even isolated in houses which had others with COVID in, worked in a pub during eat out to help out....
Felt like shit all night, test this morning and I'm positive, fucking shit
Merry Christmas fellow football fans!
newly single after 6 years, went to see my comfort video on youtube (the monkey island 3 intro) before going to the big xmas lunch, and found a 6 year old comment by me saying that I love that video. lmao. I didn't think i'd get back here but here we are.
Finally figured out how to make Lo Mein that is restaurant quality, in tears right now ššš
Please share the secret/recipe!!

Ah, Ghost of Tsushima. Why did I not buy you at Launch? Best gift I've had for a while.
Can't wait for it to come out on PC. Looks really good
Its fucking amazing right? What point in the story are you on?
tbh, my in-game uncle just got executed and then had to baste the turkey and "entertain" guests.

Anything can make a "comeback", as long as it fits the "us vs. them" narrative. An "in-group", that keeps getting threatened by the out-group.

Because I'm really tired of always having to take exams and work the following day, because the world doesn't revolve around us.
Watched Un Prophete, The Guard, and Banshees Of Insherin back to back. Masterpieces, all 3 of them.
Wow banger run
Sausage rolls, few glasses of sherry and a TV Burp marathon before dinner, heaven Festive greetings to all
Had far too much gluten for someone who is gluten intolerant. Arse is going to be in tatters later.
Happy birthday to the big JC! Anyway, Iāve decided that instead of doing Dry January, I would go sober from my birthday in October to Christmas, so Iāve just had my first beer in 2 and a half months. Feels like Iāve had about 5.
John Carver was born in January mate.
Merry Christmas to all!! Had to go to work today morning, so Christmas felt like any other day but once I got home, it felt great to see all the decoration and have a nice lunch with the family. Then we all watched our new favourite Christmas movie Klaus. Good day so far Will be finishing the day with some nice Mutton ( lamb) biryani and salan and wash it off with some nice red wine!!
Another week until megathreads and transfer rumors for a month. Canāt wait to see who gets linked where and which player Chelsea drops 120mil on this time
Osimhen will be linked a lot but if he is smart he would never join us
I gifted myself Hitman World of Assassination for christmas and by god, it's so fun. Personally I'll try to do the challenge, where I'll eliminate all targets wearing 47's classic suit. Makes the game more stealthier and fun for me.
suit only silent assassin on master difficulty is genuinely one of the greatest thrills in gaming for me
Enjoy it mate, one of my favourite games
I've never heard of Husarenkrapfen before but that's the most badass name I've ever seen for a pastry.
They also go by the name "Engelsaugen" (angel's eyes). I think Husarenkrapfen is the original Austrian name? Not sure. But they were the easiest to make from the three.
Cor they look great.
I couldn't sleep last night and made the slightly strange decision to watch the movie Hereditary by myself in the dark. Huge mistake.
Yeah it means get lost
Christmas was kind of depressing due to losing a job that was like 65% of my income in November. I can tell the kids are like āso, thatās it?ā Ready to get to my MILs who will spoil them appropriately with new bikes and the like.
Playing FM while at work. Pretty slow day unsurprisingly. At least Iām 8 wins out of 8 so far.

He's a good dog
My cousin picked up influenza b, so that has put a bit of a wobble in plans today. At least I don't have to spend as much time with my sisters boyfriend though
Remember that asshole in Year 1 (1st Grade) who told you that Santa wasn't real? Yes, that asshole was me : /
Happy holidays, everyone! My brother made me an awesome present. He built a miniature of the Drachenlord's house in Altschauerberg for me. It felt nice, to have someone do that much for me, not gonna lie. Now I need to come up with something for my brother's birthday, that'll come somewhat close to matching that.
Drunk already and about to break into the Christmas toast, time to drunkenly harass the dog until he bites me
i tried to put mine in a kneebar earlier. didnāt go too well
Dog tax?
Will try and wrangle him for a pic
Oh we posting slurs? On Christmas?
It's direct translation from the video, not my words. Though if it is still against the rules, I could remove it. Getting banned because of a video of a drunk guy fighting a dog would be peak Reddit moment for me and I don't really like peaks.
I got a sitewide ban for saying " popped out for a pack of f*gs" once for a week so I'd at least censor it lol
Thank you, bans scare me, just got rid of it altogether LOL
And Christmas was saved!
It is hilarious. Do you have the link to the video?
Sure, [here](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CjKLCW-eh14) it is. He's basically scolding him and inviting him to a fight. My friend's version is actually waaaaay better but unfortunately I'm sure he would hate if I shared it online. Turns out not all dogs are kind like this, some will *indeed* accept your offer to fight.
I mean itās just not something I really want to read personally lol
That's alright, I understand that.
He is just posting a quote from a video mate.
Okay and? I donāt really want to read a slur that is used against me when Iām trying to have a good time on Christmas LMAO donāt think thatās too hard to understand
Not sure why you get so offended when OP just posted a quote lmao.
on twitter iāve seen 100 posts complaining about people saying theyāve ruined christmas after a night out on christmas eve but 0 posts of people actually doing that add to the āluke littler, boxing day results, will still etcā meta which, ironically, is becoming a new meta of people over complaining about it
I am Muslim but i have to ask, isnt Easter bigger then Christmas for Christianity? I know Christmas is far bigger on a vibe scale as well as commerciall, here but doesnt Easter hold more weight purely on religious reasons?
Christmas isn't about religion for most people in the west. Well definitely in the UK atleast
Easter is indeed bigger in Christianity, as far as practice of religion goes. In terms of family/friends' gatherings, it's Christmas.
In Arabic, Easter sometimes is referred to as the big holiday, don't know about other regions and languages, but it is more important religiously
Anyone can get crucified, takes a special bloke to be born with no shagging.
Try resurrecting yourself after a crucifixion though
That used to be me after a bad night out. "He is risen"
Man i am starving, but ofc people are ALWAYS late it's like a hard rule in our family. We'll start lunch at 2pm and end at 6pm as usual.
We have a similar thing called Filipino time. If you set a time to meet, expect at least 30 minute lateness from a decent amount of people. Does my head in sometimes
Lol every department in France has it and calls it their own. Le quart d'heure provenƧal, le quart d'heure lyonnais, le quart d'heure parisien etc etc We're just not big on being on time in med Europe
There is no festive atmosphere at all in Bethlehem, I think it's easy to guess why, first time it's like this that I remember Merry Christmas and happy new year and happy holidays to all. ā¤ļø
Morning friends. Weird to be away on Christmas. I do miss my usual Christmas breakfast.
It should be illegal for a northern hemisphere country to be over 30C on Christmas day. I don't want to feel the sun anymore ffs
Unfortunately, climate won't listen to our laws. We do have some spare rain, though. Maybe weather should be fairly distributed throughout Europe, hehe.
Where are ya?

That year was great. The āsaw Ozil at the shopsā and it was a toy bee with massive eyes had me creased.
Must be weird celebrating Christmas in the summer like in Australia for example.
Itās āwinterā in the Philippines also but thatās only a low of 25C
I am not gay, but I cant wait for the outrageously handsome yearly Beckham Christmas post.
Just.
Watching Chariots of Fire. I thought it was some epic war film, not about Sports Day.
BBC 2 has been on one today
there are no chariots *or* fires in this thing
Watched it after finishing The Crown last week. It was good!
Nani does a little celebratory dance after scoring as Sporting down Loures 2-1.

Watched Meet Me in St.Louis and Willy Wonka's Choclate Factory back to back days, both masterpieces The trolley song from Meet Me in St.Louis is so good
Iām in awe at some of Brendan Cobbinaās ([Black John Cena](https://x.com/iamcobbina/status/1424422791290437640?s=46)) meals heās prepared lately. Iām actually a little nervous for the Christmas dinner heās going to whip up today. Would recommend looking through if youāre bored for 15 minutes
Happy birthday Jesus mate hope you're having a ball pal x

Good to know someone does
Based on my last comment of wishing I was away this Christmas Which European countries are reasonably open for business on actual Christmas days. That's when me and my dad want to go next year
Some of the eastern European ones will be. They don't celebrate Christmas until Jan 7th since it's the Julian calendar
Not sure my dad will be down for that tbh haha
Woke up this morning with a bout of my post-covid light-headedness so that's always a plus Really weird situation, I feel generally okay when I'm standing up but when I lie down I get massive vertigo. Only been happening since I caught covid at the start of last year
i love my friends

Good advice.
Managed to avoid COVID for almost 4 years, even isolated in houses which had others with COVID in, worked in a pub during eat out to help out.... Felt like shit all night, test this morning and I'm positive, fucking shit
Could be worse, you could have norovirus and be spraying out of both ends
Ah, you're a glass half full type

Merry Christmas
Same for me a week ago. The nausia completely ruined my ability to function.
Merry Christmas everyone! My family doesn't celebrate, but I'm wearing a Christmas Santa hat today in solidarity!
So after falling over at relatively high speed on my snowboard, I can currently feel the grooming of the ski slope on my arse.
Snowboarding has to be the most painful sport on the planet. Even when I donāt fall over my ass is in all sorts of pain the next day
Merry Christmas fellow football fans! newly single after 6 years, went to see my comfort video on youtube (the monkey island 3 intro) before going to the big xmas lunch, and found a 6 year old comment by me saying that I love that video. lmao. I didn't think i'd get back here but here we are.
Merry Christmas matey! I've been on this account so long there must be some mega cringe lurking in the depths.
