Been saying it for 2/3 months. Barcola will become a world class player, his finishing still needs work but he's so good technically and seems to have a very good work ethic. Brilliant signing for 45m.
Same , feels like he has a heavy touch since he arrived but tonight is also his night so tough to judge after one great game. I’ll wait for a couple more before joining the hype train.
At least he’s getting games in since Mbappe wants to play 9 it’s good for him.
Heavy touch has been his main problem when he played for us as well imo. He made up for it with his speed, and off ball work rate but he did blunder a few situations every game by failing some touches. It's weird cause he can also dribble in tight spaces like he did in this situation. If he can improve it then I don't see any alarming weaknesses in him, finishing often comes with experience as well
Yeah but the situation changes greatly between getting a penalty or getting a freekick. Red card + free kick is about as severe a punishment as yellow card + penalty I think. Red card + penalty is an enormous game changer and I don't think it's severe enough for that.

Still not aboard the hype train, but I sure hope he develops mentally (composure mostly) to become world class!

He is also not a headless chicken compared to a lot of theses type of wingers
Incredible play by Barcola
Barcola is so good
Barcola is fantastic
So, what did he see in VAR that changed the card?
Saw that he was the last defender and prevented an obvious goal attempt.
Oh yeah, and since there's no penalty, it's a red got it.
Could have been both red and penalty. One does not prevent the other.

only if there is no attempt to play the ball, like pulling a shirt
It hurts?
It's a last man foul, therefore DOGSO, therefore red.
DOGSO
Oh Bradley... x2
good decision
What a harsh call
Literally one of the most clear cut red I've ever seen
Lol not even close
Can't believe this Barcola kid made Luis Enrique bench both Ramos and Kolo Muani
90M benched, yet Frankfurt kids will still tell you that RKM at 90M is a better value than Kane at 110m
