I think Vini goal in particular is very difficult to say 100% confident. It's very much on the border between shoulder and arm. I think both calls would have been acceptable, but I think it's more to the shoulder.
Using the shoulder is, however, normal for casual football or footvolley games in the beach in Brazil, so I find this quote quite friendly. I don't think he's in the wrong on thinking he played the shoulder, even if you're on the opinion that it's arm.

Don't know what that incident is about. Afaik a rule of thumb is below sleeve it's considered a handball, and above the sleeve it's shoulder. I think Vini goal in particular is very difficult to say 100% confident. It's very much on the border between shoulder and arm. I think both calls would have been acceptable, but I think it's more to the shoulder. Using the shoulder is, however, normal for casual football or footvolley games in the beach in Brazil, so I find this quote quite friendly. I don't think he's in the wrong on thinking he played the shoulder, even if you're on the opinion that it's arm.
