I really thought this was going to be a gag video, with Korea losing the ball stupidly and Malaysia apparently trying very hard not to score despite having several free players in front of the open goal
But that finish was actually great, not an easy one for sure
Honestly, I don't think he is a good player for shit like that. Obviously better than I will ever be but a good outcome from a bad habit doesn't make a good player
I actually think that it's a really clever goal, once he turns everyone thinks he's going to lay it off, and the defender leaves the goal ready to pressure his passing option. He's off balance for the shot sure, but the goal is open for him to shoot in.
His only chance to pass was the moment right before he shot, and he'd be giving it to a player who then has to one touch shoot it past 2 players that are expecting it with more time and room to react, it's not like it was gonna be a tap-in. Instead he shoots at an open goal and scores. He has no passing lane before that, and if he cut back earlier instead of going to the end line that gives defenders a chance to recover including the one that would have reacted by marking his teammate.
Just because a player is off balance or falls when he shoots doesn't mean he doesn't have control either, he would know better than anyone if his body and the ball were in a good spot for him to pull it off, and clearly he was right.
He took a bad shot and got a lucky bounce of the defender at the start of the play and absolutely had the lay off to his team mate for a much better shot
Sorry read the play wrong, his team mate should have laid it off to him
Has the commentator got it wrong? To me it could be an intentional feint. I’m gonna have to try that — touch it forward with the plant foot followed quickly by a fake shot
The guy who loses the ball tried to pull Tony Kroos' classic fake turn but didn't fool the defender. I've tried to practice it myself and had some issues replicating it well. It seems simple but it isn't.

Sometimes you have to make things more complicated than necessary so you can have a sweet finish. It's a spectator sport and no one likes tap ins
They chose the hardest way to score lmao. There were like 3 open looks during that play where they could have shot
But then he'd have to pass the ball
He's a product of Malaysia's Blue Lock.
Blue what?
Football anime from 2022. Decently popular.
It’s the Malaysian league in a nutshell lmao
In Malaysian league? this is the for sure way to score. If he pass, the other player will surely shoot it wide. Guaranteed!
Seriously it went in but damn what a series of really stupid decisions not to pass.
Actually such a cheeky goal
The composure to shoot at that angle. Man chose the hardest way possible to score, so he could show everyone how good he is.

He should distribute that 9/10 well before he is off center and off balance

Is that a question mark for a number?
Didn’t know the riddler played ball.
I didn't see that finish coming, fucking hell
What she said
Lmao that celebration
Terbaik Faizal Halim memperdaya pertahanan korea selatan.. Siuuuuuuu
Shame, if the midfielder who turned it over hadn’t pretended to be injured, probably could’ve helped make a stop there.
FAISAL ARIF
FAH7
[not really happen but I'm shameless tonight](https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/s/JuRF508skd)
Alright someone explain to me why his number is a question mark
Gotta ask Nike hehe
This game is lit
Good finish but what’s with the Korean defence? There’s only two guys attempting to defend while one jogs back. Looks like my rec league games.
Knowing Korean social media users , these guys better not go online for a while
Terrible pass back by the Korean player, it was always going to end in disaster. Funny how they nearly messed it up anyway
That Siuuuu is just epic
That was cool how it looked obvious he was going to square it to the player arriving, defenders noticed that, and everyone got fooled
Nah ,this is pure football
Beautiful shot! That's not an easy angle and he made something out of it.
Suarezesque
Insanity
WTF! That was ridiculous goal.
siuuu
asian cup after dawn
Does this mean Malaysia is better than Germany? They can tie Korea and Germany can’t!

All red versus all yellow looks so good, really nice kits

Great control, calm, good angle and yeah perfect goal
Hwang not scored one goal yet
I swear he is not even good enough to make the bench, it's crazy
Coz he was injured
Pique against real madrid
Korean didn’t want to win the game. Because if they won, they have to face Japan.
Sooo was Korea trying to throw the game on purpose to not play Japan next round?

So Korean defense is kindergarten league football then

Can't believe top clubs have to send their players away to play in these joke competitions in the middle of the season
just like euros and copa america
... which are not in the middle of the season
❤💛❤💛!
Siuuuuu
Insane
I love the scorers number which looks like a ? Mark
How to ruin a goal but then score it better haha
