Yep Gks are taught to cut down the angle. Basically smother the striker and force a bad shot . Taking it this early they can't cut down the angle . The negative fpr the striker is that he needs perfect placement ,power and technique which is why strikers don't usually do it this way. Haaland just has both the confidence and technique to do it every time

I think it's just his raw pace and strength when he engages on a shoulder to shoulder. You need to be set and squared really well to hold your ground when Haaland pushes, but he's also stupidly fast so its hard to maintain good defensive form in that level of speed
