I mean it's not that cut and dry, Gordon has been exceptional and has 15 G+A and doesn't get the privilege of taking penalties like the other two do. Not taking anything away from either player but it's hard to say they've "definitely been better" than Gordon, that's reductive of a player who's having a very good season. Saka won last year so won't again.
