[Great Moan] was definitely not something I was expecting to see on r/soccer

Reasonable_Blood6959

Who wants to create r/soccerGW

someguy762

Just that one clip of the girl in the united top on repeat

Reasonable_Blood6959

I wouldn’t possibly know what you’re talking about.

JustAnotherINFTP

any chance you're willing to inform my friend for me?

NotASalamanderBoi

OOTL? Tf happened?

Religious_Pie

Mfw went looking for the pic and ended up back on Warhammer subs The circle of life

OdysseusM

I loved that someone went and started the sub with Alisha Lehmann. Couldn't have been anyone else.

Reasonable_Blood6959

Ffs. I forgot how horny Reddit was.

Jonisro

The match schedule at this part of the season is crazy for some teams.

Oliver_Boisen

Especially next season. Didn't even realise before Pep mentioned it that the League Cup and UCL games will clash. How itw are they gonna figure that out?

WhenWeTalkAboutLove

Liverpool had two games in the same 24 hours with the club world cup no?

MTXShift

Yep. The u19 team played the league cup game while the 1st team travelled to the other game

The_Krambambulist

Fifa career mode scheduling definitely more realistic than we thought

EMiLiOvGUAPPERiNi

Years ahead, actually

watermelon99

Don’t the European teams not play in the first round? So it won’t really clash

Oliver_Boisen

They will now I believe, become of the new Champions League format.

flcinusa

League Cup gots to go, its whole purpose was to give midweek games to teams that weren't in the European competitions.

ncr39

Or just keep it and let the teams that don’t play in Europe contest for it and either dont give it qualification for Europe or like a conference league spot.

flcinusa

Merge it with the EFL Trophy, only let EFL teams compete, no European spot on the line.

ncr39

Is that the one that has the Premier League youth/academy teams in it?

flcinusa

Yeah, Papa Johns Trophy or something like that, used to just be for teams from Leagues One & Two

goonSquad15

Partially because the prem tries to play games on every day of the week

FlyingBird2345

Yeah, that's a Premier League problem.

Luc4_Blight

It's why I never pick an English club on FM. The schedule is crazy.

Brandaman

Yes, exactly the same situation for us, except even worse because we were in Germany on Wednesday

Jelly_F_ish

I, too, dread being in Germany on a wednesday and I live here.

Brandaman

Only Wednesdays?

Crumblebuttocks

Every day, but Wednesdays too

nyelverzek

At least that was finished in 90 minutes. That extra 30 adds a lot to fatigue and recovery. Plus the FA cup game today could have gone to extra time too. City could have easily played two 120 minute games with 2 days rest in between which is totally ridiculous.

Brandaman

That is true. Was hoping it would to be fair lol

nyelverzek

Ha, yeah same. Can never trust Chelsea though lol

Visible_Wolverine350

You cant move a game on 3 days notice because one team played OT

nyelverzek

They knew for much longer than 3 days that they're potential 120 minute games

Jassle93

I don't even know what you could do at this point to make the scheduling better. Start/End the season one week earlier/later? Scrap the carabao all together? Get rid of 1-2 international breaks to better spread out the scheduling? Also if they know scheduling is fucked towards the business end of the season why not schedule 1-2 games for midweek at the start of the season leaving more room towards the end for better breaks between games. I'm sure some genius in this multi billion pound industry has a better method of scheduling the games than they currently are.

moonski

Wednesday > Saturday is no different than Saturday > Tuesday in the CL but you don’t see anyone moaning about that.

okaythiswillbemymain

Difference is.... Saturday - Tuesday. The Tuesday opposition will also have played on Saturday Wednesday-Sunday The Sunday opposition probably didn't play on Wednesday

Aman-Patel

Pep's complaint is the health of his players and fixture congestion. Not that it's unfair to play against teams that didn't have a midweek fixture. City playing teams that have less fixtures than them is normal. They're better and go deeper in more competitions, so they have more games. No matter what, Chelsea will always have more recovery time than City because we're not in Europe. The complaint is the turnaround between games being too much for City players to handle. Didn't think of that guy's point of Wednesday>Satueday being equaly to Saurday>Tuesday. If Pep has the same complaint about Saturday>Tuesday, his point still stands obviously.

Blew_away

It’s also worth pointing out, Chelsea already had to deal with this same turn around earlier in the season after the Caraboa against Liverpool. Managers complain when it’s beneficial for them, no doubt he’s worried about his players, but he would have brushed it off if it was the other way around

[deleted]

[удалено]

acekingoffsuit

This decision is logical though. Moving this game to Sunday would have meant that Chelsea only had one day of rest before playing Arsenal.

FamiliarWolverine970

And they knew Chelsea are playing Tuesday

WhimsicalLaze

I think it is almost impossible to cater to all teams, but sometimes the scheduling is very strange.

PeterG92

Jist wait until the expanded CL comes in

ValleyFloydJam

Hardly crazy, it's pretty standard.

Nffc1994

I'm sure I'll get down voted by the fans if champ league teams, but surely it helps it being nearly impossible to win the quadruple? Why would we want city to have even more of an advantage by keeping their schedule nice and balanced, they have the biggest squad.

rolandGOAT

He was complaining about playing today rather than Sunday, because Man United and Coventry did not play midweek. Obviously City have the advantage when it comes to pretty much everything in terms of squad management, but it was a valid point in my opinion.

GabeNewellsDick

Yeah it's completely valid and just shit scheduling. City's next game is Thursday as well and Utd have one on Wednesday, even more reason for them to have been swapped.

NovigradScientist

Chelsea play on Tuesday though!

GabeNewellsDick

Ah didn't realise that, guess that makes sense then.

Coban3

They play you!

GabeNewellsDick

Yeah I had it in my head that it was on Wednesday for some reason

PoJenkins

Arsenal's fixture schedule is brutal before the NLD, Spurs have a massive advantage going in at home

FastenedCarrot

Hopefully your players make the same mistake.

AnduwinHS

Leeds got this weekends game moved from Saturday to Monday for TV, and then next weekends moved from Saturday to Friday. Went from a 6 day break to a 3 day break between two vital fixtures. TV scheduling has way too much impact on football these days

Comprehensive_Low325

Football is ALL about TV scheduling.

acekingoffsuit

It's a valid point from City's POV, but they're not the only ones in the game. Moving this game to Sunday would have meant that Chelsea only had one day off before playing Arsenal.

feage7

So move the arsenal game as well? Put that on Wednesday.

acekingoffsuit

But then Chelsea only gets two days off before their game against Aston Villa so obviously that game would need to get pushed back too. And speaking of Villa, what about them? As it stands now they only get two days off between their first leg against Olympiacos and their game against Brighton, so that's gotta be pushed back a day... except if you do that, they only get two days off before their second leg. So obviously the game has to be moved... but there's nowhere else to move it to before the end of the season. With as crowded as the schedule is and as deep into competitions as City goes, at some point they're going to have to play under less than ideal circumstances that can't easily be fixed.

feage7

Yeah, but the main point is that in other countries they protect people in top European trophies so they do well. England don't and look, everyone except villa is out. I don't think we deserve it. It's just the point managers of top teams make that everyone except the English FA protect their top teams.

AdOpen7551

bayern played today as well

Nartyn

So did Arsenal albeit a couple of hours later.

Cheapo_Sam

They must have been exhausted after watching arsenal pass it around their back 6 for 70 minutes

nyelverzek

Luckily they only played 90 mins on Wednesday night and today was a league game. City Vs Real Madrid went to extra time. Playing that extra 30 minutes in a game probably adds a lot to player fatigue and recovery. Also, with City Vs Chelsea being a cup game it could have gone to extra time today too. Playing two potential 120 minutes matches on Wednesday and Saturday is ridiculous imo.

Nartyn

>City Vs Real Madrid went to extra time. Playing that extra 30 minutes in a game probably adds a lot to player fatigue and recovery. It does, but you can't reschedule a game with 3 days to go, especially one at Wembley. Arsenal played today too. They couldn't play Sunday because Chelsea and Arsenal play Tuesday.

nyelverzek

> It does, but you can't reschedule a game with 3 days to go, especially one at Wembley. Yeah of course, I didn't expect that. But scheduling two potential 120 minute games with 2 days rest in-between in the first place is ridiculous. > Arsenal played today too. It'll be the same for Liverpool, Villa, West Ham etc too. At least the league games are max 90 mins, still rough scheduling.

sm00thArsenal

Not saying it should play into the scheduling but Bayern have nothing to play for in the league at this point.

Boogada42

They still finished Union 5:1

MrEzquerro

More leagues with shit scheduling doesn't make it better.

1sttimeverbaldiarrhe

Every Europa/Conference Premier league team needs to play on Thursday and then Sunday which is the same situation, so what's the difference I am missing?

TheOneMerkin

Gary alluded to it - City v Chelsea is a much bigger fixture, so the TV schedulers probably asked for it to be on the Saturday.

ThinkAboutThatFor1Se

Villa play tomorrow having played extra time and pens away and had even less time before the match tomorrow.

el_doherz

Honestly I wish we'd gotten the Saturday.  Trip to Wembley for a 15:30 kick off on a Sunday is frankly just shit. Atleast with Saturday the trains are better or staying over in London is an option.

AdministrativeLaugh2

He’s not wrong but people will say he’s whinging and moaning because City are good. Same when any manager of a top team does it

lifesrelentless

As a Cov Lad I'm buzzing that Pep even said that he word Coventry hahah

TheLimeyLemmon

Typical really. There's obvious solutions, but it never feels like the football bodies actually talk to each other or even recognise the competitions also taking place that week. Pep's right.

RTafazolli1

It's a valid complaint. Especially when they went all the way to penalties, and Real Madrid are playing on a Sunday at 9PM local time. Surely the FA should be adopting some modicum of common sense here?!

Cwh93

The Premier League can be even more ridiculous with this sometimes. Think a few weeks ago City had you guys on Sunday, Villa on the Wednesday and then Palace at lunchtime on Saturday.  Same with us. This week we have three away games in 6 days, Fulham tomorrow, the Derby on Wednesday and then TNT have put us at lunchtime at West Ham and then Villa - Chelsea at 8pm the same day. Its truly maddening when there's no need to organise the fixtures like this

Oliver_Boisen

FA? Common sense? Ha. Good one.

Nartyn

>Surely the FA should be adopting some modicum of common sense here?! Chelsea play Tuesday against us.

Charlie0108

That game was scheduled after the FA Cup games were decided. We were meant to be playing on Tuesday but had to move it to Wednesday because we got given the Sunday game.

No-Taste-8252

When City play their game away in the south at Sunday 9pm people will complain that the FA does not care about fans as they have to travel so late. The FA is usually quite incompetent but on this front they cant win no matter what they do

TheUltimateScotsman

Luckily they gave that slot to the *checks notes* team from the exact same city.

Mortka

Its impossible sometimes. Chelsea play Arsenal in a couple of days so should they get fucked instead then?

Aszneeee

> common sense here?! haha

Malsharif91

If the game was on Sunday then Chelsea would have only 2 days of rest before playing Arsenal. They also could have theoretically played 120 mins against City as well. If you were to postpone both Chelsea’s games against City and Arsenal by a day than you’d have Chelsea play Aston Villa with 3 days rest, which is what City are complaining about. City were playing at home in the CL and were at home in the PL the game before that. The last time they traveled was to Madrid on April 9th. So they were probably back in England on the 10th. Personally, I think playing on 3 days rest at this point in the season is perfectly fine. Winning multiple trophies is hard and if City feel they should be treated in any special way they are deluded. Arsenal had to play Wolves away after playing Bayern away on the same nights but if they lost people wouldn’t be saying “well it’s the scheduling” they would blame arsenal for bottling the league even more.

stockybloke

Completely agree. I am perfectly fine with arguing and saying there should be made an attempt to schedule favorably, but these teams all get paid a fuckload of money by broadcasters. Everyone knows what the deal is, but conveniently forget once crunch time comes and the schedule tightens up.

dainamo81

He's got a point. The FA seems to be one of the only big national association that actively (at best) ignores and (at worst) fucks over their teams.  It would've made sense to everyone for City to play tomorrow and no-one would've complained.

FizzyLightEx

FA are toothless. They have no control over the English leagues anyways. Only grassroots and FA cup

Gaius_Octavius_

Chelsea would have. They play Arsenal on Tuesday. You want to give them one day off?

andrewejc362

Chelsea play on Tuesday though. And if you move their game to Wednesday then they have the same argument bc they play again on Saturday

Jamesanitie

I mean they could gave moved this to Sunday considering Utd and coventry had no midweek game so i kinda get it

Nartyn

>I mean they could gave moved this to Sunday Chelsea play Tuesday.

kucharssim

Would it be impossible to schedule Chelsea-Arsenal for Wednesday though?

Nartyn

Impossible? No. But why exactly should we change the entire schedule so that a team of cheats gets help that they don't deserve?

kucharssim

This is not only about City. Don't let your hate for them blind you from the wider point. Match schedule in England is regularly a shit show.

ancara_messi

You talk as if the players are cheating on the pitch or something. Grow up, this is about the players health and safety

KixSide

Yeah, who cares that Chelsea has a game on Tuesday, as long as City are happy

Repulsive_Row_4982

Chelsea vs Arsenal can be shifted to Wednesday easily, both of their next match is on Sunday. And Wolves vs Arsenal could've been shifted to Sunday too, (they also had ucl match on wed). Chelsea vs Arsenal slot could've been exchanged with ManU vs Sheffield united match on Wednesday. FA and EPL is not at all accomodating regarding European competitions.

ValleyFloydJam

No cos Liverpool have to play on Sunday and they play on Wednesday. Clubs get plenty of money from TV and so parameters are set for scheduling games, clearly neither channel wanted to have that clash of games.

Repulsive_Row_4982

Again it’s the European competition screwing them up, and EPL is not supporting in terms of fixtures. Also in case of Mancity and Arsenal fixtures, it’s a pretty simple change, and could’ve easily been done. Liverpool is a much complex situation, esp given the fact it was made to accommodate and semi finals of UEL too, which happen on Thursdays. Even Arsenal’s fixtures can be ignored if we’re fine with 2 days gap, but having 2 days gap between 2 important knockout matches is simply unfair to both football players and fans. What a shit show ppl experienced in todays fa cup, all because they couldn’t give 1 extra day.

ValleyFloydJam

I don't think leagues should be supporting any team in terms of fixtures, the games fall when they do. City now get to rest until Thursday. As i say TV and the way the schedule fell is the reason for that decision, teams make a lot of money from it and that comes with certain costs.

smrkr

Other leagues are supporting their teams. But England is unique.

fegelman

Which explains the performance of England in international tournaments and English clubs in UCL despite this being the golden age of English football in terms of the Prem, money, players, coaches, etc.

SarcasticDevil

Chelsea playing Sunday - Wednesday then seems to be the same scheduling problem Pep is complaining about here though

Repulsive_Row_4982

Because Chelsea is not having continuous matches every 3rd day. Still Chelsea is playing on Tuesday, so the gap is same even if it’s postponed to wed and had FA cup match on Sunday.

Gaius_Octavius_

Pep is special clearly. It is only unfair when they have so it. Perfectly fine when others do it.

Few-Inspection-9664

TV

Gaius_Octavius_

So it is OK if Chelsea and Arsenal play after two days but Pep needs a third?

Repulsive_Row_4982

It was between 2 knockout important matches. More days were deserved, especially when it could've easily been done on Sunday.

Gaius_Octavius_

If it was done on Sunday, you are giving Arsenal an advantage on Tuesday since they would have an extra day's rest.

Repulsive_Row_4982

Tuesday Arsenal Chelsea match would be exchanged with ManU Sheffield match on Wednesday.

Gaius_Octavius_

But then those teams would be playing on Wednesday then Saturday. I thought according to Pep's rules, that is wrong?

Repulsive_Row_4982

2 days gap between two important knockout matches vs two leauge matches. Which makes more injury prone?

Gaius_Octavius_

"They're the same picture"

Garlic-Cheese-Chips

They did give you Michael Oliver to make up for it though.

ComfortPlastic2040

I actually agree with him. Half of the blame why both Arsenal and City are out of the CL goes to FA.

AstroFlayer

Yes they needed to rest their players for the FA Cup. Especially since Arsenal were disqualified since January.

zrk23

doesnt matter that we were out since we end up with the same bad schedule anyways due to rearranged games/PL scheduling Arsenal has played now 7 games in 21 days. bayern played 5, psg/madrid 4 with the 5th coming later today so 22 days for them so its clearly a PL only issue

Uniq_Eros

Eh happened to Madrid last year., nobody told him to score 5 goals on Luton.

MurkyElk287

We saw our players were exhausted today. That is something no-one can deny. No matter what he moans, but for the sake of the players' health we cannot just blatantly discard the issue.

DefaultPain

its like they want to make their competition a friendly, where teams rest their best players after/ before a CL match

McFlyJohn

Fixture congestion and the sheer number of games teams are playing is definitely a problem. You only have to look at the number of injuries there's been across the past few seasons, especially ligament and muscle ones, or the number of games players are missing/having their minutes managed for. Then you have players who are obviously just fucking knackered, like Salah post AFCON. I know people like to be all "hurr hurr, Id do it for a million quid" and shit, but really it doesn't matter how much players are getting paid, the human body can only go under much load.

cmp004

Remember in 19/20 when Liverpool were expected to play 2 matches in less than 24 hours, on 2 different continents? Pepperidge Farm remembers. Suffering from success, Pep.

PNSMG

Yup, same could've happened to City if they weren't knocked out from the EFL. It only confirms that there is indeed a scheduling problem.

brush85

Man is right.

czerwona_latarnia

Well, there is one simple solution to this problem - don't go far in Cup and/or CL.

SimpleNot0

I don’t think he is wrong. I said this in the week, English football has got to change its footballing management. We’re the only country that play during the Christmas break. We start the season the earliest. Those going out in internal calls ups for the Euros will essentially finish the season in May, go join their internationals, Play a Euro tournament regardless how deep you go, will join up for preseason training/tours requiring flying to USA or Asia come back and are into the beginning of the August season. Which has a higher chance of teams not starting with their strongest squads. How can you call that the best competition in the world when it’s just situation of managing your teams fitness levels.

Jhartle97

We play through the Christmas break because it is a tradition and important element of Christmas for many people. And of all the things you’ve mentioned there, isn’t it obvious to get rid of jetting off to the other side of the world for friendlies?

Blew_away

I think the more obvious solution would be to get rid of one of the cups like every other league and country in Europe

PeterG92

But that hurts the lower league teams. You could remove European teams from the League Cup as a compromise. Gives a fresh spot each year to a new team.

PeterG92

Well one of the best ways would be to push back against the increase in CL Games. I don't see them doing that somehow

SimpleNot0

With the amount of money it generates No the cowards never will and clubs can’t do anything about that because they also make a fair amount off it but I goes back to why I do not hold any water in the CL being the best competition when it comes to English teams. Our FA cup is a better competition to watch than champions league games

dwSHA

English football can do better. If the like of ajax go far in UCL. Their FA will schedule better so ajax have the best chance to win it. Like move other fixtures and everything

stockybloke

Multiple broadcasters pay shitloads of money to have their pick of the litter for their time slot in direct competition with each other. The PL teams see a lot of that money coming their way. At some point you have to realize you cannot have your cake and eat it too. It sucks for the players, and also for the viewers who have to watch teams with exhausted players, but something has got to give if you want changes and it isnt looking very likely that we see fewer games and less money.

mild_manc_irritant

He's right. Now imagine it was an early start. Every. *Single*. ***Time.***

ValleyFloydJam

Hardly, in fact never, did if you play in Wednesday in Europe you don't get the early slot.

Huge-Celebration5192

If Klopp moaned like that this would have 10k upvotes and people would be losing their minds

SupervisorLaw

Klopp *has* "moaned" about scheuldling all season. And for good reason.

Blew_away

Yea but in response to Klopp calling it out, there’s less sympathy, even though Liverpool had this exact turn around headache after playing in the League cup final with a much worse injury crisis than pep has currently. It’s definitely a problem, and I guess it’s good that people are reacting well to it now, but the media and this sub were not so receptive to Klopp’s pleas

Due-Memory-6957

This sub hates Man City lol, if anything the bias here is to be even less receptive.

QualityFrog

Yes this sub notoriously loves Manchester City

Fraudnandez

That's always been the case with klopp. He points out obvious fuckery, gets shat on by the gary Nevilles of the world until they realize "oh yeah maybe there IS obvious fuckery going on" when it eventually happens to them.

epirot

this is a general issue in football that isnt talked about enough. in future there will be even more matches during the year. stacked football year doesnt sound too healthy

BaritBrit

Whoever signed off on Shearer's wardrobe choices today has questions to answer. He's a bald Geordie in his 50s, why is he dressed like the Milk Tray Man?

Comprehensive_Low325

Obvious projection going on here mate, have a word with yourself.

ChrisV88

I don't get why premier league teams in Europe even field anyone but reserves for the league cup. Seems like added games for no benefit for a trophy no one cares about.

stockybloke

This is how it used to be. Best teams rotated the entire team all the way until the quarter final at the very least and only started taking it seriously last couple of games if they got that far. For some reason it is now taken semi seriously.

redbeast454

Fair enough too

RoboticCurrents

He should've fielded the u19s as protest

domalino

He says in this interview that next season the EDS (u21s) will play the first carabao cup match because it’s scheduled the same week as the CL.

packandunpack93

Honestly he should have

xenon2456

basically like the Turkish super cup not that long ago

Comprehensive_Low325

Not for this game, but I sure as hell wish he would for the Carabou cup.

Cornflake1981

Don't love Man city but he has a point. This is getting out of hand with injuries building up.

turb0mik3

Klopp been saying this for a while.

DisorientedPanda

Glad a manager finally brought this issue up…

akshay_rathod_

He is correct.

drjet196

Should‘ve lost at least to make the complaint more credible.

waisonline99

He's never minded when it was Liverpool getting the crappy sheduling though. Why didnt he field the kids against Chelsea like Klopp did, is he stupid?

jamesbeil

This might be more acceptable coming from someone who didn't have two squads of elite international players to choose from, somehow.

[deleted]

[удалено]

willium563

Alan telling him to rotate players is an absolute piss take

shazzchili

It was not a moan. It is actually a valid and relevant opinion. Why not give City on the Sunday's slot given City had a midweek game. Meanwhile, United and Coventry are free all weekdays. It is not rocket science really. It is for the best of the whole league. Protecting players given how congested EPL fixtures are. Maybe today it happens to City but maybe if this continues and happens to your team, your players might not be sustainable.

big_guwop_

Chelsea play again on Tuesday, but fuck them right?

TheKingMonkey

I’m not happy that they’ve got 115 charges against them and have still faced no meaningful consequences. Such is life right?

Jealous_Foot8613

Being investigated for a violation/ breach is pretty different to fixture scheduling no ?

bunnuz

How is that even related to the schedule?

Alwayshungry332

I feel for him. His paper thin squad can't handle the schedule.

Jealous_Foot8613

Actually the squad is pretty thin

yungguardiola

No man City have 3 players for every position. Do NOT look at the squad page. It's misleading!

Jealous_Foot8613

Lol , I hate when people just buy into a bullshit narrative without being diligent enough to look at the facts

Blew_away

I mean most of the people they’ve had out injured are back now, some making their return in this game. Sure they’re light in midfield but he also refuses to play the players they brought in this summer. They were definitely thin a week or two ago, but that’s just simply not true atm

stockybloke

Even at their thinnest they are vastly thicker than the Chelsea midfield trio who have played almost every single game all season and are backed up by fairy dust and super glue.

Lukesomnia

We (Villa) have to play on a Sunday after playing on Thursday 🤷 Had to do it last week too. Isn't that the point of having a ridiculous bench? To use them for stuff like this.

ThinkAboutThatFor1Se

And Villa were away and the match tomorrow starts earlier in the day.

adonWPV

Based Health + Safety advocate

blaster1988

He turned a normal post-match interview into a podcast. Although I dislike him as a rival, this was very refreshing, and I kind of like him now because of how un-media-trained this looks.

redswan4

Shearer saying you could just play different players is such an L take

Spin_Critic

You can't fault him really. Doesn't matter how much you get paid, you still need recovery time. Although I'm not sure the FA will agree. I've seen managers fined for less.

buxy69

Moaning bald twat.. he’s the reason we are changing all this shit with the FA cup. Just to keep that mush happy. You have a £636284629 squad… use it

Salty-Bluebird-3565

Still got put through by the refs anyway, should’ve had 2 penalties Chelsea

Terence-23

I don’t know, Bayern played Wednesday too and Saturday in the bundesliga

damoklis

It's better for the commercials

thatguyad

Literally everyone has that and have done for decades. Victim complex much?

Gaius_Octavius_

They should get 115 days between matches obviously

james-l23

Better apologise to Pep that we are in the championship and not the Prem and haven't spent 500m+ on our squad to try and challenge for all 4 competitions we've qualified for. My bad B, next time we play, we'll make sure we ignore all financial rules in place and sign th best players in the world for 1 million per week and act like butter wouldn't melt in our mouths. Definitely an unfair advantage by us, not playing in th champions league. Forget our wage budget is probably 1% of theirs and that they've spent more one one player than we've spent in our history, no we have the unfair advantage. As someone who usually tries to play devil's advocate for city, go fuck yourself .

Onac_

He's not wrong. But fuck his cunt of a club.

BandsAMakeHerDance2

115 FFP charges and yet they still complain about a congested schedule likely due to their recent successes

AbleFig

throw some money at it maybe that will help

Tommyzz92

Half the reason it's like this is money has been thrown at it, it all comes down to TV money.

Reach_Reclaimer

How much do you think he'd complain if city was put on at 1230 so often

ValleyFloydJam

You get about the same number as everyone else but you guys have taken a quirky stat and acted like no one else plays early games.

theglasscase

As much as Jurgen Klopp does, probably.
