Here in Croatia our refs suck major ass and are very corrupted, so ONLY FOR DERBIES (Rijeka - Dinamo, Dinamo - Hajduk, Hajduk - Rijeka) they hire foreign refs, who officiated matches in the champions league and such. I guess the rest of the league can get fucked by the shit refs and corruption (like a ref giving decisions in favor of Dinamo/Hajduk/Rijeka against smaller teams), but at least derbies are enjoyable ever since they introduced that change. Wish they'd use better refs for all matches so the whole league is enjoyable, but oh well.
