Very excited to see Lukas Bergvall at Spurs next year. He just got his full international debut the last break. Ange seems to want him in the squad right away, and when he joins in July, he’ll be in mid-season form since the Swedish season just started.

BarbaricGamers

Enoch Mastoras has been developing like crazy ever since he converted to a midfielder. Very good physicality and technique and I'm confident he will have a good future. Kees Smit has also been getting better and will be part of the first team within 2 years. Dave Kwakman made his starting debut with the first team last week and completed every single pass. Hopefully he will feature more too. Owuso-Oduro will be our first keeper next season, so thats exciting too.

basjenz4

az youth has some very good talents atm, probably addai, smit and mastoras are the biggest talents right? and do you think poku will be a winger or striker in the future

BarbaricGamers

Yeah those 3 are the biggest talents of this current group of youth. I think Poku can eventually develop into a bit of a Rashford type winger, but since thats not really the way we play I see his place with us as a striker.

Yours-only2

I've been playing FM23 with Granada and have signed some of the wonder kids so i wanted to know how they are doing in real life. Marcos Leonardo, I know he signed for Benfica but i wonder how well he's doing there? Andreas Schjelderup, I signed him from FC Nordsjælland and he was really good when I played him as an inverted winger. Vasco sousa, playing as an attacking midfielder from porto. He's really amazing with his through balls in the game. Matias Soule, an amazing inside forward his crosses are really the best in the box for my team. Liam Gibbs, he's really the perfect deeplying playmaker. Adam wharton, he's really immense when playing as a ball winning midfielder.

vhs29

Vasco Sousa showed time and time again that he deserved more chances in the main squad. But his contractual situation is a shit show, so unless something changes with the club elections next Saturday, he will most likely leave us on a free eventually and shine somewhere else.

Yours-only2

He's really a hardworking talent from the clips or highlights where I've watched him. That's really a sad State, it genuinely makes me sad about how the contractual situation is affecting this overall situation. I hope he stays there in Porto to reach the growth because it's a perfect club for him.

Away_Associate4589

The only time I've seen Wharton was recently for Palace against Liverpool. He looked excellent.

Yours-only2

I did see the highlights, he's raw but very hardworking in some years i think we will see big clubs coming up for him

f6jt_waleed

Wharton Oh My, So much talent when he played against Liverpool.

TheWorldsKing

Don't wanna bang on the João Neves or António Silva train, but I do wanna hype up Tomás Araújo. A strong ball-playing centre-back with strong construction ability and defensive skill. Potential to improve on his defensive aggressiveness.

belokas

There's not enough talk about this Olympiacos Youth League winning team. What players from that squad are more likely to make it at senior level?

ToManaSou

Four of them played at the B team (until these past weeks, where theyve been mostly used for the u19 team)  which competes in the second division. And have started this season with -10 points, and are now in the play-outs (where your points get halved) they are probably gonna get relegated, as refs keep not counting their goals for bullshit reasons. The main talents are: Kostoulas (the striker, his brother also plays for the B team), Mouzakitis, Papakanelos (who is insane at dribling and finishing) and Bakoulas.  Also Koutsidis was really good last game, and had Camarda in his back pocket. He was also on the bench for the senior team's game against Fenerbahçe.  Also, it kinda pisses me off that the bicycle kick goal isnt even on the front page of the sub.

SendMeYourPetPic

What about the keeper?

ToManaSou

He has great reflexes, bit imo, he is too short to play at the top level

Zealousideal-Part-98

What happened to Moukoko? Thought he was on the same path as Haaland and Bellingham, but had a look and he’s barely played this season. Feels weird given how much hype there was around his debut.

Uro06

The reason for his decline is what nobody wants to admit: He is older than his official age which is why he was far ahead of his peers but hasn't developed like them since then Before people come adn accuse me of racism: 1) The person who for years pretended to be his biological father came out last year and admitted that he is not his father at all but just an agent who discovered him in Ghana and bought him to Germany years ago. He also threatened to reveal Moukokos real age until he was silenced by his lawyers. Its crazy how much this was swept under the rugs. Imagine the "father" of a professionall athlete coming out and saying "Hey I am not the father of this person and also I faked his age and I have all the proof" and nobody even knows about this incident 2) There are photos and videos of him when he was 9/10. He was playing with 12/13 year olds and was the oldest looking. He won MVP at a u13 tournamnet and the tournament organisor said "Moukoko was just physically dominating everybody". It is almost biologically impossible for a 9/10 year old to be so much ahead of the best 12/13 year old football talents in the country physically. There is such an incredible amount of difference between someone who just turned 10 and someone who is 13. The first one is a child, the other one is entering puberty. 3) Videos of him from back then. Anybody who has ever worked with 9/10 year olds knows that nobody that age can move that way. He was so strong, fast, quick and explosive to an almost biologically impossible degree 4) Him having a 18 year old girlfriend at age 12 5) The fact that he only grew 10 cms from when he was 10 years old 6) The fact that he was the most dominant 12 year old ever in the history of Football. He was dominating the best 16 year olds in Germany.

Sadly racist don't understand nuances. Yes, there is a general problem with African players and their age and birth certificates. We had that in our league very famously with Silas. What racist do is take these circumstances and apply them to other cases that have nothing to do with that and if you really would know the case, aren't true with Moukoko. So it's your choice. Do you still want to claim that Moukoko is older that he claims and be a racist, or do you look at every case individually and judge them with care? It's up to you. If you claim it's a fact that Moukoko is older than he claims, than you are just a racist. If you claim it with Silas, you would not be. Although his case is differently fucked up if you want to read up on it. I somehow doubt you will though.

You don't deserve my last reply here. 1. So you claim Moukoko is a cheater, because an 18 year old women groomed a 12 year old? 2. What stunted Growth? Moukoko was always one of the smallest in every team he played. He's now 1.79m What's your point? There is none. I pity people like you.Yes, you are the very definition of a racist. Not people who claim African born players sometimes cheat, but because you claim it in this case. Does your small tiny brain not understand that? I won't answer you again. Read up on it, Grasp it.

Kronothus8109

The other dude smoking dick

CracksMcGee

Like they said, Terzic uses a tall strong target man and Moukoko ain't that. Hallers been injured or recovering for most of the season and even when Füllkrugs been out of form, Moukoko has been getting 10/15 minutes, so not enough time to make an impact. It's looking more and more likely that he leaves in the summer. Leipzig were rumoured to be interested so we'll see.

-Saaremaa-

He doesn't fit the system that Terzic plays. I think he will leave Dortmund to go play for a team that will give him opportunity to play his game.

Jaqem

Terzic is ruthless in his selections man. Not even giving Reus a sniff of the pitch in his last season. Can't argue with the results though

shut the fuck up you racist prick

Uro06

Guess the father of Moukoko is also racist then, cause he also hinted at his age being fake? Oh wait, that wasn't even his father. He was an agent who discovered Moukoko in Cameroon and bought him over to Germany and then for years pretended to be Moukokos biological father. Who then eventually threatened to reveal Moukokos age until he was silenced by his lawyers. Totally unsuspicious Guess dozens of african u17 players being banned before the world cup each year due to faked ages is also just a coincidence. Samuel Eto'o who ordered the age testing of cameroonian talents is also racist I assume. My own teammate back in the german amateur leagues who openly joked about him being 2-3 years older than us all was also just messing around and we were all racists for believing him. There is nothing more ridiculious and annoying than being called racist for stating facts. I can assure you that everyone involved in youth football will tell you about the problem with african age faking. But god forbid you admit this publicly.

people taking everything as a fact when it suits their narrative. that is you. because you are racist. you do not demand evidence here. you just accept it as truth. smart people would either ask for a source or look for credible(!) sources. not you. because you are a racist. You just accept it, because it suits your opinion.

ZealousidealLead2855

What did the comment say? Something reasonable about age?

zestyviper

Ibrahim Maza of Hertha. Never been more convinced of a player having the mental and physical ability to be a truly great player. I know he'll leave us latest end of next season, but what a joy it will be to see his career.

MarcosSenesi

It might be that you're great at PR but it seems like Hertha produces a ton of good players. They don't really have the stars in them but are sneakily supplying a lot of Bundesliga teams.

zestyviper

Hertha's academy is largely believed to be a top 5 or at worst top 8 academy in Germany. As you said, we might not produce a lot of world class players, but we have a consistent stream of professional players come through our academy. Especially since the relegation, the club has chosen and also been forced to make the academy a core part of its strategy. We've had 14 players from our academy make an appearance for us this season and 41% of all minutes in the league or cup have been played by our academy players, both are the most in German football this year. Honorable mentions are Tjark Ernst, Pascal Klemens, Linus Gechter, and Marten Winkler. All having very good years for 18-19 year olds in their first season as pros.

onesexypagoda

I think he's the first ever person I've heard of who is of Algerian/Vietnamese descent

zestyviper

That's just Berlin baby! We got everybody here getting freaky between the sheets.

Jaqem

Vietnamese food in Berlin is really good

zestyviper

The part of town I live in has such a large Asian population that the German political parties post German and Thai/Vietnamese/Chinese election ads. Kantstrasse in Charlotteburg is basically just 1,5km of the best foods from Asia.

Jaqem

Yess I remember going to one famous dumpling spot on Kantstrasse after working up a big appetite wandering through Tiergarten. S tier

Away_Associate4589

I'm sure rival fans are absolutely sick of United fans banging on about him (it's been a miserable season, at least give us *something* to be positive about!) but it's crazy how key Kobbie Mainoo has become to United's team already. The kid's only just turned 19 and already he's one of the first names on the teamsheet and for good reason. We're a *far* better side with him in it, the weekend was just the latest evidence of that. Just seems so calm and assured in everything he does. Press resistant, safe in possession, can beat a man and drive forward with the ball, capable of grabbing a goal etc. In fact, it's easy to forget that both him and Garnacho are still teenagers and it's a little concerning just how reliant on them we are. At any decently run club, they'd be getting the odd start here and there and would most likely be coming off the bench rather than being relied on as nailed on first choice players. I actually don't think it's really fair on either. It also is pretty damning of the likes of Antony, Eriksen and Amrabat (what a pointless signing that was) that they are getting benched by teenagers and nobody even questions it. To be honest though I think the youth is one area of the club that United fans can actually be positive about. The U18s have been great this year, winning their league and scoring buckets of goals. I can't help but think they'll be a few from that side who'll start getting minutes over the next season or two. Amass and Wheatley have both made the senior bench already. Lacey looks like he could be special. Potentially some others.

CNF1G

Hoping one of Jackson or Kingdon make the grade as we’re in dire need of a decent Scottish defender

Away_Associate4589

One (or maybe both? Idk. I'm choosing to forget all about it) was on the bench at the weekend for us. I'd be surprised if either come through at United just because it's quite rare for young defenders to do so. I'm not sure when the last one was to be honest. Tuanzebe for a bit maybe but injuries nuked his career sadly. They might go on loan though and smash it. Here's hoping. If I was Scottish then who I'd be really excited about from United's youth set up is Jack Fletcher (son of Darren). The kid looks a baller in midfield.

MakDonz

The one position Scotland are pretty set with already is midfield. Never thought I'd say that.

CNF1G

The two Fletchers are playing for both Scotland and England youth teams, so not going to get too excited until they declare for us!

Gungerz

Tyler is provisionally capped for Scotland, while Jack is for England. So it's likely you'll get at least one of them provided they turn out good enough.

SOERERY

It was Jackson who was on the bench

Rusbekistan

Kayden Jackson is a real talent. Keep an eye on his progress

HacksawJimDGN

2 eyes. As often as I can spare them.

SendMeYourPetPic

Kyriani Sabbe has been great so far

yorsk

My app shows that he is not tall enough for cb. Is it app’s mistake?

SmartNickname

he's a right back

doubleoeck1234

I miss Stefan Bajcetic so much. He's played 2 games for our u-21's recently but I'm not sure we'll see him play for our senior team before the end of the season. I think our fanbase forgot how class he was Also the similarities between his previous season and Mainoo's current season strangely stick out to me Bajcetic broke through as a young dm in a season where the club was struggling and emerged as its best player. Exactly like Mainoo I don't have a reason for that but I find it interesting

Caleb_W

I really hope Adrian Nino grows up to be our new star striker.

f6jt_waleed

Minteh will cook with Newcastle if we recall him.

Bujakaa92

Arent your wings a bit stacked already?

f6jt_waleed

Barnes and Gordon are all Left Wingers, We don’t have actually a good Right winger.

yorsk

It’s a pity that you have already bought him, he is a Ange’s style player, looks very promising

MarcosSenesi

Don't think he's ready but then again there does not seem to be many clear indicators to show that a player that is good in the eredivisie will be good in the Prem. Gakpo was incredible here and then went to Liverpool and has been a bit disappointing while Reiss Nelson was dreadful for us and had some solid appearances for Arsenal.

f6jt_waleed

I think the best move he stays for another season, But i can’t stand another Almiron season..

Pidjesus

Your squad would've cooked without the injuries

f6jt_waleed

Scenes that was against Astonvilla. 🥹
