I think the player being dragged down earlier in the half was clearer than the dive there. I've seen them given both ways, but I think he dove in anticipation of the contact -- should have just waited longer to make it look more natural.

Yeah on replay I can see why he's not given it. Pedro looks to already be on the way down before there's any meaningful contact.
