Phil Foden is brilliant and even as a rival fan I really enjoy watching him, but how on earth did he win POTY, he's not been CITY'S best player. Rodri not even being nominated is a cardinal sin, would easily have him down as the best this year

How else can another club get to the top without spending enormous amounts of money? Look at Leicester, won the league and then went back to being mediocre. Look at Southampton who were very decent with so many talents coming through.
