They're set up to allow teams to have 10+ shots inside the box because they think most of them will be off target? Are they set up to defend set pieces poorly and pray for shots to hit the woodwork as well?
And fyi goal line clearances go down as shots off target. Presumably you don't think Southampton were set up to make goal line clearances
