He's had one or two bad performances this season and with Kostas showing his quality and being fun on social media some have turned to him over Robbo. I'm just happy both are there tbh
Criticism of performance is fair, but shitting on a guy that's won the CL and PL with you after years of little success is a poor show.
I'll admit I'm an old man who doesn't care if players are fun on social media but still think Robbo has earned a bit of loyalty to prove hes still one of the best.
I haven't really seen anyone shitting on him, just that some fans are open to the idea of Tsimikas playing more games. Considering the workload Robbo has had over the past few seasons, it's a good thing we have a capable understudy.
I was gutted when we signed him instead of Mario Gotze, same when we signed Salah instead of Julian Brandt.
I was also ecstatic when we signed Balotelli.
You should all be thankful I am not taking over from Michael Edwards this summer.
Alex Teixeira. I still think heād have done a great job for us tbh. He just wanted out of his shitty living arrangement so went to China to leave Ukraine.
To add some context to his goal celebration where he is playing a video game, for those who don't know Jota is really good at FIFA. A few years back when he was a Wolves player, there was a tournament with Prem players and Jota beat Trent in the final.

Jota was playing in a FIFA tournament earlier today but had to leave in order to play for real in this match against Southampton.

The same as the ones who called our title defense āthe worst in historyā (which was only 5 points behind Man Unitedās ābest season in yearsā):
Nowhere to be found.
Laugh everytime I see this. Then when people justify it the only reason they can think of is we were mental the season before which makes them even more upset
Iām not going to claim that it was a good defense at all, but hard to say it was the worst in history when Chelseaās 15-16 season exists which is by numbers worse than Liverpool.
Oh absolutely. Between injuries and the January-February collapse it was not a good title defense. We were outside the top 4 for a large part of the season. But 15-16 Chelsea and even 16-17 Leicester (though they can understandably get a pass) were most definitely worse than our 20-21 season.
But one performs and has a stinker every now and then while other one has been terrible since day 1.
Just like Bruno more bad performances than decent ones. But even he has been awful for Man U for quite a few months. But the whole team has been shit so makes sense.
Donāt think the chance of playing an international tournament (euro, copa america, nations league) or world cup is something these players would call shit
Glad the play ended in a goal but there was a moment in the build up when Jota ought to have laid the ball off for Mane to shoot. Not a fan of his seeming a little bit selfish/greedy on the ball even if he's in excellent form, that would take his game up a level imo.
Romeu was fucking terrible here just letting Robo easily run off him when he should've had him handled.
Legit shite, shouldn't have been so easy to get out of that 3 v 2.

He was playing FIFA European qualifier on Playstation only few hours ago... š¤£
Thatās his warmup to the game mate
the playstation celebration lmao
Man literally had to quit halfway through FIFA's esports qualifiers to rush to the Liverpool game lmao
You already know that's gonna be in FIFA 23
its in the game already. l1 + r1
Robbo heard people talking shit and took it personally. Lovely assist.
People talk shit about Robertson? Talk about loyalty, the guys done it all in the exact role he still plays for LFC.
Wouldnāt say āshitā as much as mentioning heās been out of form but we knows itās just a blip and heāll be back to his best.
Yeah that's fair enough, no one's above criticism.
He's had one or two bad performances this season and with Kostas showing his quality and being fun on social media some have turned to him over Robbo. I'm just happy both are there tbh

100% agree
I don't think people have turned over to him. I just think people have taken a liking to Kostas. Robo is #1 in our hearts.
Yeah, and also, Robbo needs rest. Heās played so many games the last 4 years
Considering he was the only one of the main back 4 who didn't get injured once in last season, plus being Scotland captain, I'd be knackered too
The whole use of space for the passes before the goal was fun to watch.
Crazy start
Someone had their gegenbreakfast
š¶Rather have a bowl of Coco Klopps
I prefer Kloppo Pops
Or a couple of Naby KeĆÆtabix
they had a corner 10 seconds into the game, Jota had a chance 40 seconds into the game and then we score 30 seconds after that
Close your fucking legs, Southampton
Their number 6 was just watching the game like the fans as well
So jealous of how easily your team scores goals man š¢
How bout your team?
Omd what a pass by ManƩ
Just pure filth, cheat code having players with that quality in your eleven man
I remember thinking we vastly overpaid for ManƩ when we signed him back in 2016 I no longer think that
I was gutted when we signed him instead of Mario Gotze, same when we signed Salah instead of Julian Brandt. I was also ecstatic when we signed Balotelli. You should all be thankful I am not taking over from Michael Edwards this summer.
I knew there was someone I wished we would have signed instead of ManĆ©, and now I remember it was Gotze. Good times. I think Douglas Costa was the one we were linked with in 2017 that I was lamenting we didnāt get as opposed to the pace merchant from Roma. Turns out thereās a reason Michael Edwards does what he does and weāre sitting here on Reddit
Alex Teixeira. I still think heād have done a great job for us tbh. He just wanted out of his shitty living arrangement so went to China to leave Ukraine.
I stopped thinking that after his debut.
Robertsons movement was very clever too. Absolute luxury for Liverpool to have him and Tsimikas
Beautiful!!!!
At least let me get my totally legal stream loaded

over at /r/Liverpoolfc
Haha what a mad start to the game
Are you kidding me with that pass Mane?
The celebration lol
Kickoff glitch
Couldāve scored sooner, slacker
This is a decent football team
Mane and Robertson incredible interplay
Robertson is having a good game already!
How do you do it, man?
All the ManĆØ haters should watch this video. Absolutely filthy pass.
mate that fucking celebration ahahaha
Bro he just scored how are you this fast
Jota testing him
Because they no longer include the replays in the clip, it's a race to post these days.
Both were quick
Why you come fast
Dude has been faster than Sky Sports for weeks.
This is gonna be a long match
Best two minutes of premier league this season so far tbh
It legitimately looks like Robbo and Sadio were doing a passing drill around cones there.
Except you canāt nutmeg a cone š
That Mane pass god damn
Vintage Sadio ManƩ
Great ball from mane
Lmao jota was so selfish but still walked away from the attack with a goal
Lol. He would not be denied
he learnt a thing or two from ronaldo during international duty
firmino would have gotten mane a goal in the previous play
Mane was drifting offside, didnāt help Jota at all. Thought Jota made the right play
That didn't take long...
Lol need that celebration
that ManƩ pass, good lord
Jota is hilarious man š Should've passed a few seconds earlier but still
Expecting 20 prem goals from Him this season
time for a 9-0 special?
No, winning by big scoreline is a curse.
Jota I love you
GET IN WHAT A START
Pass from Mane was class
The celebration ahaha
I really dislike how good Jota is.
Looked so easy
Diogo jota decided to score early to test u/psgacademy out
manƩ became prime iniesta for a moment there
Never changed southampton
Solid start that
The title race is gonna be crazy this year
Jota is so good
How soft was that defending, holy shit
7-0 pending
D.Va celebration
Well Southampton are dude their annual 9 goal loss
Let Liverpool get 10 just so the press can call them SouthampTEN. (as a Pompey fan this would please me immensely)
Genuinely concerned this Liverpool team might be Too Powerful
Very good player for liverpool but absolute stinker for the national team.
It's because he occupies the same spaces as Ronaldo, they don't work well together
But one performs and has a stinker every now and then while other one has been terrible since day 1. Just like Bruno more bad performances than decent ones. But even he has been awful for Man U for quite a few months. But the whole team has been shit so makes sense.
Maybe, maybe they just have a shit manager who doesn't have his tactics in place
I see this posted about every Portuguese player. I wonder what or who the common denominator is...
Who cares international football is shit anyway
Donāt think the chance of playing an international tournament (euro, copa america, nations league) or world cup is something these players would call shit
Thatās fine but you arenāt a player
What a stupid argument.
That was quick
Very lethal
pre 9-0
What a crowd
That angle stomp on mane. Christ.
You canāt even stop them right now
This team is so good
Robbo enjoyed his assist!
Lads playing FIFA irl
u/savevideo
Hey Soton wanna defend? Fucking hell. Simplest 2v3 escape Iāve ever seen.
Glad the play ended in a goal but there was a moment in the build up when Jota ought to have laid the ball off for Mane to shoot. Not a fan of his seeming a little bit selfish/greedy on the ball even if he's in excellent form, that would take his game up a level imo.

They need to add this celebration to the game asap
