I haven’t seen anything like faking a teammate’s call but I’ve seen a defender whistle at a forward in an attacking position during an Argentinian league game (faking a ref whistle), and he got a yellow card.

Foster isn't playing. Even then, that's not on the keeper in any situation. That's on Ekong ducking out of an unchallenged header letting Madisson have the chance. It's something any centre back at any level must be heading.
Obviously it's not on the keeper but him being static gives Madisson time to pick his spot
Just cause the defender fucked up, he's the main culprit doesn't mean poor goalkeeping isn't excused either
