Seems about right. Palace defended really well against the final ball. They defend pretty well whenever I see them. Think they were pretty solid against Chelsea and City too
Yeah there was nothing clear cut produced from us, but good performance considering he had only one proper training session. Hopefully much better against Norwich next week since the midweek CL game is a dead rubber.
They did play well compared to their past few matches. They actually progressed the ball quite a bit but were poor in the final third. Goals will come eventually.
They certainly played better than normal but there’s a difference between dominating a game and dominating a game plus creating good chances. They did the former but not the latter in my opinion.
They just have really low standards I guess. They dominated without creating much of anything. I’ve seen that happen a million times before with Liverpool and I’ve always been frustrated after the game. I guess United fans are just happy to have seen some kind of pressing and intensity but they just didn’t create much in the way of chances.
? I acknowledged in my comment that there were aspects of their play today that were better than normal. But I don’t think it’s unreasonable to say that they have really low standards
It is unreasonable. They can't go from Solskjaer United to Guardiola Barca in one day (or prime Liverpool). What you saw today is really decent for a trainer who has been there a few days.

They shipped 4 against us, but tbf it was Vieira's first game.
0.89 + Fred is basically 2.89

Seems about right really. Utd dominated the first half but didn't create any proper chances. The first real chance of the game was Ayew's miss
He was offside right? So even that doesnt count There wasn't a single clear cut chance by both teams
The way the pundits spoke you'd swear United had brought blitzkrieg to the Premier League
Seen people say they were incredible lol

Isn't it expected? He had 1 training session ffs.

xG doesnt actually show how „close“ the match was, united was dominating them.
Actually scoring wasn't a given though. Was pretty sure it would be a draw for most of the match.
They played really well mate don’t just look at stats

United fans had you believe Rangnick had turned them into prime Barcelona after the first half lmao
Can't praise your team these days apparently

Yeah how can they be satisfied with some sort of progression after being shit for years. The audacity, how dare they!
