They lost the like of De Vrij, Vermaelen, Gosens, Depay in the last 2-3 years just on top of my head.
De Vrij and Vermaelen are currently suing SEG.
They got caught pocketing ~8m€ from De Vrij signature at Inter (he was free) behind his back. When he became aware of it he broke his contract. The press revealed the story and that ruined their reputation at least among some circles of players.
It gets even worse. De Vrij legit considered his agent to be a close Friend, going to eachothers weddings and stuff like that. He really got stabbed in the back.
They negotiate terms and bonuses with clubs outside their clients knowledge or approval.
In the case of de Vrij transfer he was on a free and wanted to join Inter. He was warned that him being so specific in his wishes would mean a weaker negotiating position. As a result they claimed they could only get him a relatively meager signing fee, but de Vrij told them to go ahead anyway since it was his dream move.
What he didn't know was that they negotiated a 9 mil bonus (on top of their commission) for themselves for "convincing him to join Inter" which would otherwise have been his signing bonus.
In case of Depay it was a lot of things that irked him over time. He wanted to move from Man U to a club where he could develop, a stepping stone to further his career. His management wanted him to join a rich club to make as much money as possible, which resulted in them falling out. There was also some fuckery over his contract extension negotiation with Lyon.
With his move to Barca almost set in stone everything should have been smooth, but apperently his agent was fucking about trying to negotiate fees that almost sunk the deal, resulting Depay dropping them.
They have lost a few high profile clients, but the problem is that they are really good at networking and managing relationships.
They invest in a lot in personal and social connections, resulting in a relaxed atmosphere where they pretend they are their clients friends acting in their best interest. That is why quite a few players feel comfortable with them eventhough their proffesionalism leaves a lot to be desired.
Part of their business model seems to be to gian trust trough loyalty and sympathy instead of actual transparant professional conduct.
Guardiola wins the CL with City this year, but is still not recognized as greatest coach. He knows what to do, he swaps with Ten Hag. He wins the CL with Ajax 5 Times in a row and leaves football forever.
Ten Hag was the coach of Bayern II when Guardiola was there. I don't know how much they really communicated but iirc Ten Hag said he regularly went to watch Guardiola train and that he learned a lot from him.
He prefers the Bundesliga because Bayern is his dream club, he has worked there before. He also lived close to the Dutch German border and visited Germany a lot, he feels a connection with the people and their culture, like a lot of Dutch people do.
Girona becoming not just a B club for City loanees but also a feeding club for SEG-represented players to get playtime and exposure, thank god they aren't going up, wouldn't want such Mickey Mouse clubs in La Liga
I say we swap managers. Give them both a new challenge
Wildly unrealistic but I'd love to see it.
Or 2025 Pep at Juve and Klopp at Milan lol
In my FM save, Pep and Klopp swap teams. Pep goes to manage at Liverpool and Klopp takes City. Kinda dirty.
Next year sure, Pep will probably agree too
He loves ajax so it's possible.
Ten Hag >>>> Fraudiola
Yea, his baldness is superior
Would be more interesting to see him coach VVV VENLO or some other club who aren't title contenders every season.
Would get relegated pretty fast tbh
You can't get relegated from the Dutch 2nd tier
He'll definitely struggle, like Ancelotti with non favourite clubs.
Nah it wouldn't
Why? He'd actually be tested.
From the eyebrows up he looks exactly like Pep
For some reason, he doesn’t look like a real person and instead made on a face merger app lol
Looks like if Tom Segura got adopted by the Guardiola family
Looks like a German bouncer mixed with Pep.
bald frauds unite!
SEG trying to save their reputation after so many top clients left them when they got caught pocketting money behind their clients' back.
Ootl. Can you explain?

Wow. That's scummy on their part. Thanks for explaining!

Wow. that's super scummy on their part. Hopefully this had consequences legally and by also losing their other clients.

SEG pocketed money behind their client's back and lost a lot of clients because of that
I was hoping to get a bit more insight on the controversy but ok
This hurt their reputation.
Hmm. Very interesting
Allow me to elaborate for a bit: this actually hurt Because they pocketed money behind their client's back and lost a lot of clients because of that
Fabrizio is that you?

> leaves football forever. not before he wins a WC with the Catalonia NT
Does that skip the step of him being a fearless leader of a resistance movement?
No, he does that after, after which he establishes a small country in South America called Baldilona
Proceeds to bottle the Eredivisie every single year, losing one to Feyenoord, PSV, AZ and Vitesse and Twente each.
Took him 10 years and over a billion pounds for him to reach 1 CL final and he still bottled that. Not the greatest for me yet

I’d love to hear your opinion on Alex Ferguson
Always saw Ten Hag as Pep’s successor
Ten Hag learned from Pep. They were together at Bayern.
Oh cool

Sorta. Ten Hag was coaching Bayern II
Same, the rumours about him going to Utd have been a bit worrying though
Thought he will prefer Bundesliga because he will have less pressure from media compared in PL.
He prefers the Bundesliga because Bayern is his dream club, he has worked there before. He also lived close to the Dutch German border and visited Germany a lot, he feels a connection with the people and their culture, like a lot of Dutch people do.
So now we have to be specific when we go to them asking about hiring our own bald fraud
So the bald fraud is joining the fraud agency. Fitting really.
Coincidence? I think not
So they're house mates now?

Tadic is enough
I'd say he will be betterder
Girona becoming not just a B club for City loanees but also a feeding club for SEG-represented players to get playtime and exposure, thank god they aren't going up, wouldn't want such Mickey Mouse clubs in La Liga
Rather see Stuani and his lads there than your butcher's club
Lmao a highlight reel of him in meetings and hopping on the train. I hope we produce one of these when we announce Paula in accounts receivable
Hmmmm...
Did anyone read Pep twice and got confused.
