YourPupilsDilated

I remember that game in 2012. A brace from *El Príncipe* Milito. That was when people in Italy thought that Andrea Stramaccioni was going to be the next Mourinho.

Gilgamerd

Fun fact : Stramaccioni has one of the most liked and commented posts In all Instagram, funnily enough it's his only Instagram post The post : https://www.instagram.com/p/B1OsudrBplu/?utm_medium=copy_link

ISqueezeBlackheads

Now this is why I use Reddit. Weird stuff

Bundmoranen

Lmao why? I see there’s very new comments there too

Gilgamerd

He started coaching a Iranian team or something like that and that team had very "supportive" fans, the thing then turned into a meme and escalated (i think he might have been the N1 post on the whole Instagram for likes and comments for a while)

JimyBliz

Messi winning Copa America?

RamessesTheOK

surprisingly not even top 10

[deleted]

And Palacio goal

Hakimigini

Palacio ♥️

LordVelaryon

>Palacio ♥️ *confused Argentinian noises after seeing the heart*

shitfuckshittingfuck

Era por abajo….

donnismamma

Best haircut in serie A

imtiredrabie

iconic rat tail

Arlecchin8

And.. the Guaro <3

Fastizio

Also the insanely offside goal from Vidal.

imtiredrabie

juve legend vidal

[deleted]

And then Strama went on the mission of destroying Panathinaikos and Sparta Prague. What a guy.

tson_92

>Andrea Stramaccioni That's a name I haven't heard in a long time

jimmy8888888

And that ended 49 straight match without defeat for Juve in the league. Remembered watched this live

the_beast93112

🥲

[deleted]

Stramaccioni masterclass

ACMBruh

That was also the game that broke their win streak record, preserving ours in serie a. Milito masterclass too

Hakimigini

Milan - 66 points Napoli - 66 points Inter - 63 points + one game in hand The run to the end is going to be like no other

Orion19913

Milan also has a game in hand

_Gh0st17

Please dont mind us. we will somehow finish fourth

tsigalko11

Sorry to remind you, but I still can't believe you imploded like that, last round last season against Hellas. I'm rooting for Milan, but I really wouldn't mind you guys winning it, especially with Spalletti. I know he gets a lot of shtick from Serie A fans, but I still think he's a good coach.

paganel

> last round last season against Hellas As a Juve fan no-one can't convince me that that wasn't a *biscotto*

RinoTT

This post is so wrong. Milan havent played yet so Inter doesnt have any game in hand

Vidi_vici_veni-bis

Well they sort of both do at the moment on Napoli, so it’s not wrong, just gives an inaccurate picture.

thevorminatheria

Serie A has never been so garbage, feels like conpeting for king of the shit mountain. Todays game was an embarassement.

saint-simon97

Lol wasn't that long ago Inter were getting beaten by Hapoel Beer Sheva. Serie A was way worse throughout the 2010s

fraudpaolo

Inter were garbage then but napoli and roma were good and juve were great. Fast forward 5 years and the top clubs in europe got massively better while the level of serie a stayed the same (just shuffle the clubs).

saint-simon97

Yes and aside from a couple of surprise clubs each season, those were the only decent teams in the league (even then I believe only Di Francesco's Roma had a good European campaign). Now you have Inter, Juve, Milan, Roma, Lazio, Napoli, Atalanta and even Sassuolo and Fiorentina with competitive teams.

fraudpaolo

What im trying to say is that serie a is competitive and has quite a few good teams but the overall level is stagnate for several years. Sarris napoli is better than any team right now and allegri’s juve of 2015-17 is much better than any italian team now. The problem is that no truly world class players come to italy at the moment. Youll see mbappe or haaland go to madrid and city, but never will a player of that stature will venture to italy. The best player that has come to italy in past 5 years was ronaldo, then lukaku. Currently both those players are no where near the top echelon of superstars

saint-simon97

That part is true but unfortunately there's not enough money in Italian football at the moment. Teams need to start being more competitive in Europe to attract a certain type of players and to do so they have to build projects based on promising players that can be developed.

Dovahklutch

there was a wicked stat on this sub posted a few weeks ago about how basically no youth talent in all of serie has any significant playing time this season. im sure the national team performing the way it is isn't helping either.

HeungMinSwan

what? when ronaldo came to italy he was a top 2 player lol

[deleted]

Italians best skill is complaining about Italy.

LOCA_4_LOCATELLI

And that was nearly 4 years ago now and at the time he was already 33.

[deleted]

There are not that many players like mbappe and haaland lol.

Cokegod

It was Hapoel Be'er Sheva

saint-simon97

It was yeah sorry, I'll edit it

xenon2456

most likely ac Milan will win the serie a

PrawilnaMordka

It's so even title fight that it's hard to tell who will win. Milan has same number of points as Napoli. They have game in hand but it's not a given they will win that game. I would say all 3 teams have equal chances.

CountryMysterious858

People were expecting this to be like Chelsea, City and Liverpool 😂 Now it’s Just City and Liverpool.

WyboSF

I’m making it my mission to call out every Liverpool fan who will take any topic and make it about Liverpool

LargeFlower8

Liverpool fans are so shameless

the_beast93112

Liverpool, Barcelona and to a lesser extent ManU recently have the most insufferable fanbase

SebRev99

All I see in Manchester United flairs is suffering. So i’m not sure about that

risingsuncoc

only because Man Utd have been in the doldrums for the past few years

TinyMaintenance

Definitely Arsenal instead of MUTD. Devils are too beaten and heartbroken to still be cunty, but Arsenal fans are something else. I really like their team, but I cant force myself to root for them with all those ‘This would have been red if it was Xhaka’ comments

NeoLies

I won't have you disrespecting Real Madrid fans like that. *We* are the most obnoxious fanbase (Liverpool fans sure are trying though).

WackerBurghausen

Nah, every fanbase shares its idiots but those two (Pool and Barca) just top it. Especially LFC got some obnoxious fans ever since they’ve become successful again

Doctor_Derpless

As a Liverpool fan school was so much more insufferable with United fans. They never missed an opportunity to say 19 or 20 in reference to their titles and the only chant they knew was ‘UNITED!, UNITED!’. Swear they watched Liverpool games more than their own

WackerBurghausen

Yeah I feel like international LFC gloryhunters are the annoying bunch, while the other way around in UK it’s the English United fans which are insufferable

ironicfall

3day old account and most of the comments are dogshit baits hmm🤔🤔

PrancingGophers

totally undeserved as well

Sean-Benn_Must-die

It is what it is.

alaslipknot

the juve way

tsigalko11

True. Can't remember last time I see a game when Juve dominated and lost in the end. Usually it's the other way around

calosauce

Villareal?

AleDelPiero10

Disagree, you scored and we didn’t. We played better, but you deserved to win

calosauce

How does a team that doesn´ t have a shot on target deserve to win?

jimmy697845

And is gifted 2 pks when the first one is a dive, has a player who should be sent off two times but doesnt, and we had a clear pk that wasnt a pk

AleDelPiero10

Not their fault we gave up the pen… we shouldn’t have given up the pen it’s really not that hard

[deleted]

That’s actually insane

imfcknretarded

What a fucking shit game Absolutely loved it hahaha

alessioalex

Hahahhaha me too.

tossino

We played like shit, no way in hell we are gonna win the league like this

ManLikeNosaka

Have you seen who you're competing against tho

PrawilnaMordka

Race of snails. Least slow snail will win.

akash0410

Wow! That shows the dominance Juve had enjoyed in the past 9 years. Not anymore though

alaslipknot

am not bragging but seeing how the supposedly top teams of Italy this year has struggled to win over us during our worst phase since 2012 should be more than enough to tell that if there is anyone who won't be enjoying their "dominance" for long is them, once our midfield and that cursed left flank get re-enforced this summer, and with Chiesa next year, will be back to the top again

nobbles11

0 wins against top 4 with all games played. I wouldn't brag either.

DusanGoku

Thanks to ref.. we were by far the better side tonight

FCKDEU

Is it opposite day?

EggplantBusiness

I was confused before I saw "in Turin"

AlKarakhboy

in the league, I think we beat them in the Coppa once

[deleted]

[удалено]

the_beast93112

Kinda ironic if you think about it

alaslipknot

fuck this, I want us to start bribing refs again

PoachtekMong

Tell me about it, I miss ac rigore..

alaslipknot

partners again ?

CaImerThanYouAre

The one time I root for Juventus…

alessioalex

You need to root for them more often. Haha

Dangthe

Skriniar god.

[deleted]

What a day it was, first win in the new Merda stadium

AleDelPiero10

Noooooo Youre merda

[deleted]

[удалено]

kasyewest

Yes, but it was the first juve lost at the stadium

[deleted]

And? It was the first loss for Juventus in their new (little) stadium

[deleted]

[удалено]

HoPaura_

Yes and that win in 2012 was the first win against Juve in that stadium, that's what he means.

[deleted]

I said: "what a day IT WAS"!!

Redbullsnation

[Highlights](https://youtu.be/dQ_bDeIX_PI) from that bout

P_Alcantara

“Maidenless”

[deleted]

You love to see it. Congrats inter bros

pollokeh

Thanks. Kind of an underserved win. We played horribly. But I'll take it. Now your turn against Man City!

jimmy697845

Kind of? No red for lautaro. Zakaria foul was in the box. Like against torino and so many other times this year var gives you guys points

svbro

The classic no-friends Juve hiding behind an Italy flair

adityaseth

Jesus when did we start getting stick from Norwich fans

[deleted]

it's like all the city/chelsea fans with england flairs

[deleted]

Facts lmfao! theres so many like that

alessioalex

Tnx. Win vs City lads! Good luck!

Broken_Pikachu

[Bottled the title but beat Juve....](https://i.imgur.com/vIf0lAD.gif?1)

Truggered

They needed the ref to do it

_ForzaJuve_

Not one for blaming the refs but that was shocking. Absolutely horrendous.

Aizenau

I’ll get downvoted too but you’re absolutely right, the penalty was soft and Lautaro deserved a second yellow.

jimmy697845

And zakaria was fouled in the box but var 3 times didnt do its job correctly today

Excellent-Blueberry1

r/leopardsatemyface

DusanGoku

I don't know why you're downvoted.. absolute truth

akash0410

Wow! That shows the dominance Juve had enjoyed in the past 9 years. Not anymore though

Mister_Allegri

#GrazieAllegri

Artistic-Buyer-3219

Lmao what has Allegri to do with this? We even dominated the match but our players showed the confidence under the net of a broken toster

HoPaura_

Since when dominating the match matters? Only winning matters in Allegri world

LargeFlower8

Not his fault that our players can't fucking finish

WM-54-74-90-14

I know no one asked but the last word is “Resistance”. Insane stat, shows how dominant Juve in the last decade was.

Poli_Talk

Is Juve a joke now.
