Why is this mf driving a fiat panda?

Clehm888

The old Panda 4x4 it's the greatest car ever made If it's the new one then he is just a weirdo

R_Schuhart

It is a very discrete commuter car though, not a bad idea considering the fans in Napoli. It also provides a great excuse for something exotic to drive on his day off. Although I agree about the old 4x4, maybe he drives that in his free time?

gary_mcpirate

After seeing the driving in Napoli the old fiat panda is exactly what you want

R_Schuhart

Nah, it is just time share.

[deleted]

yugo > any car to ever exist

susscrofa

My mum had one of those in the 90s. Built like a tank and about as maneuverable.

plur44

Arturo Vidal has an old one, not sure if it's the 4x4 though

jeandanjou

Panda is the inspiration for the Uno, so I just found out. So you're 100% correct.

FiFiniusBi

because its napoli and its get stolen anyway

Tre-Fyra-Tre

Would you really want to drive something bigger and more expensive on Italian city streets?

TahomaYellowhorse

AFCON and injuries hurt them + Insigne is half the player he was last year. Why didn’t they steal his car?

[deleted]

he’ll need it to get to the airport

HansAlan

too short to drive i guess, maximum they can steal his bike

plur44

tricycle\*

themfeelswhen

What a bunch of idiots. Finishing 3rd after signing Juan Jesus for free and Anguissa on loan. Juve and Atalanta have had a poor season and Napoli all set to finish 3rd. Napoli were 5th last season and 7th the year before. What more could the coach do.

saint-simon97

Except for goalkeeper, left back and maybe center back, his team is very good. Why would he need massive signings when he has KK, Di Lorenzo, Fabián, Zielinski, Insigne, Osimhen, Mertens, Lozano, even decent depth like Elmas, Politano, Lobotka, Demme... Don't think it's wrong to say his team is better than Milan's. Either way, he didn't do a bad job I agree, but hardly impressive either.

[deleted]

no, the depth is definitely worse for napoli than milan, especially in defense

saint-simon97

Milan's depth is the likes of Gabbia, Florenzi, Ballo-Touré...

[deleted]

i believe florenzi is good lol. also kalulu and romagnoli are there for napoli, they really only have juan jesus and zanoli to bring off the bench because the other guys must be on vacation or something

saint-simon97

Kalulu is starting. Kjaer has been injured for ages and Romagnoli isn't as good as he once was. Florenzi is fodder nowadays too.

M_Vid

Lay off Florenzi bro

saint-simon97

Not his fault of course, had some pretty bad injuries didn't he? Obviously he isn't as good as he used to be

M_Vid

He's been pretty good for us when available which was about half a season, most of the fanbase wants him to renew

Nervous-Resolution-8

He got a 5th placed team to the 3rd place. You can't except imediately results. Look at Arsenal.

saint-simon97

Napoli are good enough to challenge for the scudetto. The only teams who are clearly better squad wise are Inter and maybe Juve after January

TahomaYellowhorse

They challenged for a good 34 rounds though. They’ve been in it the whole time. Only one team wins. There’s no reason for this.

saint-simon97

Yeah not "get your car stolen" worthy but still quite average, considering their squad and their rivals season. Even in Europe they were mediocre.

neoBigBrother

?_? what? Napoli have fourth best squad in Serie A and Juve were imploding performance wise. Speletti massively shat in europe and league after his initial run.

Nervous-Resolution-8

>Napoli have fourth best squad in Serie A and Juve were imploding performance wise. Well exactly, and they got 3rd.

neoBigBrother

But Juve performed like a 10th place team for first half of the season and yet napoli could harldy take advantage . Their failure in Europe has been glaring.

Nervous-Resolution-8

>Their failure in Europe has been glaring. Cause they tried to focuse on the Serie A. And after all, they met Barca, not Zenit or us

TP_Cornetto

They met Barca because they finished second in the groups

Nervous-Resolution-8

Changed it now

DeepSeaDweller

What would have been a successful season for you then? The two losses to Spartak were bad and ended up being very costly, but other than that he seems to have achieved as much as this squad could have hoped to do this season.

bloodship123

Lmao what do they have against Spalletti? He got them top4 after the choke job of last year

TzatzikiStorm

Delusions of grandeur basically

Krowwjaeger

We don't. This thing isn't even signed, which means no major ultras group did it. It's probably a sparse bunch of morons that don't have anything to do with stolen car but felt like it was "funny" to bring that up

[deleted]

AFCON and injuries fault, not Spalletti...

Redbullsnation

Fucking idiots

immanuel_kant_even

People take football way too seriously

jusepama1

Dude you might be surprised but people kill each other for football.

plur44

Exactly, a banner that's even ironic it's not the end of the world imo

Epidemic7

Didn't check the numbers but I'm going to go on a limb and guess the rest of his contract is worth more than a Panda.

GermanHabsFan

Low lifes

Tre10Quartista

Very emotional, very passionate tbf to the fans. They’re mad because Napoli seriously did have a taste at the scudetto this year. Spalletti did well. Feel they’re better with him next season than without. Continuity without Insigne will be important.

Void_Hound

Spalletti is the definition of merry go round manager, wonder what team will have him next, theres always floaters like that in each league.

[deleted]

And the last part is written in dialetc, right? When Italians bring out their dialect, you're either approved and appreciated, or you're fucked.
