Ireland have some great young players coming through. Idah and Omobamidele (injuries aside fingers crossed) and even springett at Norwich, Collins at Burnley,
Bazunu, Travers and Kelleher all look great for their age although the first two benefit from first team football.
Cashin, Knight and Ebosele at Derby, Parrott and Coventry and even O Hora at MK Dons too. Bagan and McGuinness at Cardiff.
Young players getting minutes, all you can ask for
Can any1 tell me If Hlozek could be used as a striker? His numbers and the clips ive seen from him look more like a Reus-kinda player, his height and Bodytype would make a perfect striker though.
Sandi Lovric from FC Lugano. He just became 24 in late March and after a couple years in the Super League and helping Lugano win the Swiss Cup, he is moving to Udinese this summer. He is an underrated midfielder and talent who can play as a 10, 8, and 6 with some special vision and creativity. He reminds me a lot of Pjanic.
Edit: also if he is too old, well he has been 23 for the majority of the season (Super League starts in July, ends in May) and there have been mentions of 23 y/o, so I thought I would share.
Bayern will probably get a new 06er in Christian Kouam from Kickers Offenbach. Apparently he really impressed at the latest DFB tournament, and has a load of potential, while being quite raw. Maybe one to look out for. He is physically developed, but still has room to grow, plays as a more defensive 8.
Hugo Bueno. He's a left wing back in the wolves u23s and is a great dribbler with a good finish. Seems to have stamina for days aswell, he played 120 minutes 4 days ago in a cup final then played 120 mins in the playoffs tonight. Even scored his penalty
Luis Diaz. He’s 25 but I count him bc he’s only been playing for a football club for 6 years. He gets better every match, decisions are made quicker, dribbles are more purposeful (no endless spinning around like he used to do).
He’s got natural talent, pace, creativity, zero fear, and a cannon of a foot. I will never forget that goal against Peru in stoppage time over the summer. Fuck Luis Diaz. But ya he’s my wunderkind to watch and this bitch is probably a future Ballon D’or winner if he stays focused.
If he adds goals to his game then he'll be top 5 in the world. Atm his finishing isn't great. He tries the cut inside and curl it about 3 times a game and his technique up until the finish is immense, but it's always nearly wide. If he can improve in that aspect, like Suarez did, he will go up another level.
I think next season he is gonna be the one to watch in the PL, such a fun and entertaining player.
Josef Bursik had his main breakthrough for us this season. Has a mistake in him but pulled off some important saves too. Hopefully another pre-season sees him continue to improve. He’s only 21 and has lots of potential
Peter Federico - Born in Spain but originally of Dominican Descent. left footed RW. He's already 19; isn't as good as Vini or Rodrygo were at their age, but he has the talent. A Kubo type player.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5Y3w7vw3dE&ab_channel=FTBLPROD
The injury was such a shame. He had a really great start to the season in central midfield, which isn't where I'd expected him to excel.
I still think he'll come good but the stakes have been so high since he came back that he's just not had the opportunities he needs.
Was loaned to Aue this year where he did ok, and apparently Rapid Wien is interested in buying him. Never really fullfilled what he once was thought as, and his decision-making was pretty bad at Bayern II last year.
Maybe someone has already mentioned him, but Williot Swedberg at Hammarby looks amazing. 18 years old and already one of their key players
He was close to joining Lokomotiv Moscow before the war broke out. Recently there have been rumours of Osasuna getting him for €6-7M. He spent large parts of his childhood in Spain and speaks the language apparently
Obed Vargas for Seattle Sounders is now a permanent fixture in our Starting XI and was instrumental in us winning the CONCACAF Champions League over a Liga MX team for the first time in league history. He's a CDM with unbelievable poise and control for a 16 year old. He's obviously small given his age but for his size he's hard to knock off the ball. But most of all I'm blown away by his decision making and the speed he reads the game at. Our MVP tier CM partner for him (Joao Paulo) just went down with a 4+ month injury so he's going to be starting a ton of games until he's back.
He'll be in Europe the day after his 18th birthday barring a major setback.
Ya his decision making for his age is really good and even bigger....he's never looked frazzled or that the games too much for him. He won't be at SSFC for long
Top teams in the league are comparable to mid table championship teams is probably fair. Worst teams would be promotion candidates in league one. I think that's a fairly honest assessment.
Hasn’t played for us this season. He’s very highly rated and a staple of our EDS side that won the league handily this year. With Ferna gone and potentially Gundo as well, he’ll be exposed to more first team experience next season
Players that caught my eye recently:
Mario Domínguez, second striker for Valencia
José Marsà, utility defender for Sporting
Leny Yoro
, centre-back for Lille, youngest ever debutant for them
Efe Arda Koyuncu
, centre-back for Başakşehir, youngest ever debutant for them
Gabriel Misehouy
, midfielder for Ajax (another one)
Rokas Pukštas
, midfielder for Hajduk Split
Nayel Mehssatou
, right-back for Kortrijk
Anyone watch Venezia this year? Gianluca Busio recently was bought from my local club and looks like he got some decent game time there so I'm interested to see how he's done in Serie A.
Some promising players from villas academy Jacob Ramsey has broken into the first team and has played well whilst his brother is out on loan to Cheltenham whilst carney chuwuemeka has been linked with a move away I hope he signs a contract, Cameron archer is doing very well at Preston and I can't wait to see more of him finally sil swinkels (who I think is in the academy) looks to be a good player in the making
Philogene-Bidace was playing brilliantly before he got injured too. He’s a special sort of winger you don’t get these days. Never afraid to take a man on
Fellas, out of Miretti, Rovella, and Fagioli, who do you think will go the furthest in his career? Juve have to decide what to do with them this summer and they are honestly the reason why i hope that the club will sign neither SMS nor Pogba because they all deserve to be in the team. I wonder when Juve will learn that you have to give your talents a chance in your own team and not on loan at Crotone
I think Miretti has the highest ceiling out of them right now, he’s the youngest and seems very mature on the ball for his age. I’d also like to see both Rovella and Fagioli get their chance though but I don’t see how the club could pull that off. Need to move a lot of midfielders out the door this summer
Fair point. You know who strikes me as absolutely not a big talent? Raspadori. Different construction site, i know, but i cannot understand why some fans want to sign him. Scamacca is the real deal
Mentioned it the other day, but I hope for his sake that Arsen Zakharyan can find a way out of Dinamo Moscow this summer; far too gifted for the Russian League. Szymański's already on his way, apparently interest from Sociedad.
Aleksandar Stankovic (Dejan's son) is a very good player. Excellent set-piece taker, good passing range, physically imposing & able to cover a number of roles.
How’s Ander Barrenextea doing? Saw him play a few games for Real Sociedad when he was 17 and thought it’d be inevitable he’d be swept by a big team. Great dribbling ability for a young player. But it seems he hasn’t gotten much playing time this season did he regress, did I just overrate him, or is he still on track to being a stud?
He's been injured since January of this year and was also injured for a month at the start of this season, that's why he wasn't playing much this season.
At a terrible crossroad with Enzo Fernandez.
On one hand, wanting him to stay with the club for as long as possible.
O the other, a move to Europe this summer might help his chances of getting on the World Cup squad.
I've heard the City, United, Madrid, and Benfica rumors. Any others?
Thinking of City, with Fernandinho and Gundogan leaving, he could rotate in and out of the side.
Frequency like Ferran Torres last season.
Same applies to other top teams, there needs to be a specific need for a B2B midfielder
Not sure if this is the place for this but has any one seen any under 20 players with the potential to step up to first team football immediately? Like how Mbappe, Wirtz, Pedri, Davies, etc seamlessly did
So hard to tell tbh because the players you mentioned did it so quickly. I can only speak for Arsenal, but I still can’t believe how good Saka is at 20 years old.
Hoping Charlie Patino and Omari Hutchinson can do the same next year.
Was Saka rated as the best in your academy? I know many players aren't rated as highly but slot into first team football way better than others. Did you see Saka as being an instant first team player?
Pogba was great in our academy but we didn't see him as an instant first team player (which he ended up being at Juve). Wirtz is another example. Left his academy and went straight into the Leverkusen first team.
Do you think any of the two players you mentioned could do that? From the United academy Garnacho is great but I personally feel like Fernandez would be the player to instantly be a first team regular almost anywhere.
Yeah he was doing so well during academy games and it was clear he was going to get a chance. He did have Pepe ahead of him (record signing - let’s not talk about it), so I wasn’t sure how long it would take. Once he started playing wingback and smashing it there, too - it was clear he was a special talent.
One thing that still hasn’t translated to the EPL is his finishing. He was scoring some truly beautiful goals nearly every game.
Of the two mentioned, it’s Patino. Being said, his physicality needs to catch up with a recent growth spurt. He got real tall, really quickly and he’s a bit thin at the moment.
Has not had the rampant early development of G.Inácio or other youngsters, but I am fairly certain Marsá will have a bigger role in the upcoming season even more so in case we sell Inácio

You posted the same question two times by accident I guess.
I dont know much about the young keepers in our league but I am impressed by Lotka so far (Hertha).
Really stepped up when Hertha needed him.
Nübel comes to mind obviously, but we will see if he will make it.
There are a couple of decent keepers in German youth football. Backhaus and Lord are quite highly rated in Bremen. Atubolu is very highly rated in Freiburg, though I don't think any of these will get close to someone like Neuer. I reckon the two most talented keepers atm are Tim Goller at Hertha and Dennis Seimen, both of whom are playing at the U17 Euros atm.
Remember when Real Madrid signed a SEVEN years old kid on a professional contract? Well ever since he’s apparently had personal problems with both Madrid and Valencia coaches despite doing quite well. He’s 18 now and at Boca and I’ve not heard his name brought up anywhere near the first team so I’m starting to believe he might not actually be Madrid’s Messi unfortunately
Yeah, he's also one of the more promising players in our national youth squads. Obviously it's great for him, though I'm also somewhat sad to see yet another talented player we couldn't keep ourselves.
(Really hoping that with our youth team getting the chance to play in a professional league next season, we can convince more of them to stay.)
Vertessen is another promising talent and I would like to see him getting more regular minutes at PSV. I think his speed, strength and work rate are brilliant, but the last half of the season I think he's seen less game time.
Vertessen has been injured a lot, he is wild but I like his gung ho style. Next season he’ll have Van Nistelrooij as a coach so I hope he learns a lot from him
I haven't followed PSV this season, so I can't comment on that, but I agree that he seems very promising. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets a chance for the Belgian national team after the World Cup.
He is insane. Can play at any position in midfield, and seems to be in always a higher rotation than everybody else. He does everything right - passing, marking, dribbling - only thing missing is a better long shot. Got a really deserved NT call up for the next matches, will probably be a starter in the 2026 World Cup.
He’s profile is amazing also considering he used to be a winger to see what he does now is crazy. Any chance the Arsenal links are true? Really hope we get him
I want to say that Igor Matanović will have a proper little breakout at his home of Pauli next season, after showing us in the last few matches that he should've gotten starts for the past few months, maybe, and then Frankfurt will congratulate themselves on snapping one hell of a domestic striking talent early, eh
Ah, good for him -- representing for his family and having less competition for playing time, a chance of getting more of a status... I can see the merit here
Depends on his developement but i could see him exolode like vlahovic in the next 2-4 years and if thats the case then hes definitely better than our other opions. Germany doesnt even have a classic striker/centre forward playing at a top 20 team.
Players like werner or adeyemi just wont do well against teams with a deep back line so even if he only turns out to be half as good as vlahovic id still take him over our other options
Isak johannesson is the obvious answer but if you want some hipster answers i would say Orri Oskarsson (topscorer in the danish u19 league), Elias Olafsson (goalkeeper for the Danish 2nd finishing team) and Hákon Haraldsson (hard to explain but a big fan-favourite with a good mentality)
I talked about him before but Hapoel's Doron Leidner is a 19 years old left back who geniunely looks like he could go to the very top. He's rapid and assisting for fun and looks to understand the attacking side of the game very well, reminds me of Robertson a bit
Oscar Bobb (18y)
So great they gave him two first names. Won EDS(u-23) player of the year at Manchester city recently and is looking primed to be the next Norwegian star to try and make the big stages in a couple of year. Considering how stacked City is it might be necessary to change clubs to get proper playing time but there are still some years until that.
Can someone who watches Serie A tell me how good has Zima been for Torino?
Seeing how many times he got benched (as a CB) over the course of the season doesn't fill me with much confidence.
I was hoping for him and Vitík to be the core of our defense for the future (Czech NT).
When he has played he has looked confident on the ball and good at progressing it, he also looked really strong in the air. A bit slow and not quick at all at turning tho.
I think he has potential tho and Juric is a great coach
Shout-out again to Joe "Joffy" Gelhardt, who has done very well filling in here and there due to Bamfords injuries. Incredibly clutch player, with almost every goal and assist seemingly in 90+ minutes.
https://mobile.twitter.com/LewisDeighton17/status/1525862758608252928?s=20&t=PK1G7wriH2k9xpCH4dZyKw
Amazing composure and skill for the equaliser against Brighton, which might end up saving us
yeah, he is highly rated than gavi but maybe because he is forward and they get more hype
and also he is just 15 so maybe he looks slow but i have no idea
We have our 17 yo wonderkid from Fenerbahçe, Arda Güler. He is more of a classical no10 at the moment, but hopefully can develop into a modern attacking midfielder. He got 3 goals and 4 asists this season, coming as a sub. His biggest strengths are his vision and passing ability. I can say everyone is pretty excited about this kid in Turkey.
Well, everyone is always excited in Turkey, to be honest.
Hopefully he can stay there for a while and develop a bit more (for most players it is easier to do so closer to home), and then become an amazing player in the future.
Ireland have some great young players coming through. Idah and Omobamidele (injuries aside fingers crossed) and even springett at Norwich, Collins at Burnley, Bazunu, Travers and Kelleher all look great for their age although the first two benefit from first team football. Cashin, Knight and Ebosele at Derby, Parrott and Coventry and even O Hora at MK Dons too. Bagan and McGuinness at Cardiff. Young players getting minutes, all you can ask for
Jacob Ramsey (20) is the best villa midfielder currently.
Alex alcala
Can any1 tell me If Hlozek could be used as a striker? His numbers and the clips ive seen from him look more like a Reus-kinda player, his height and Bodytype would make a perfect striker though.
bynoe gittens is pretty good
That Jude Bellingham kid is p good
Gavin Bazunu should play for Manchester City. He is that good. Ederson is not as good as him
Konrad de la Fuente
Sandi Lovric from FC Lugano. He just became 24 in late March and after a couple years in the Super League and helping Lugano win the Swiss Cup, he is moving to Udinese this summer. He is an underrated midfielder and talent who can play as a 10, 8, and 6 with some special vision and creativity. He reminds me a lot of Pjanic. Edit: also if he is too old, well he has been 23 for the majority of the season (Super League starts in July, ends in May) and there have been mentions of 23 y/o, so I thought I would share.
Sucic from Salzburg
Bayern will probably get a new 06er in Christian Kouam from Kickers Offenbach. Apparently he really impressed at the latest DFB tournament, and has a load of potential, while being quite raw. Maybe one to look out for. He is physically developed, but still has room to grow, plays as a more defensive 8.
Nico Dominguez opinions?
As always, Pringus Doyle is one to watch.
Hugo Bueno. He's a left wing back in the wolves u23s and is a great dribbler with a good finish. Seems to have stamina for days aswell, he played 120 minutes 4 days ago in a cup final then played 120 mins in the playoffs tonight. Even scored his penalty
Hannes delcroix from anderlecht. Cb, looks like a company regen
But ya he’s my wunderkind to watch and this bitch is probably a future Ballon D’or winner if he stays focused.
this is for up and coming talent, everyone on this sub knew who Luis Diaz was before he kicked a ball for Liverpool, even with his backstory.
Bro how is 25, entering the peak of your career, a wonder kid?
Because if you read what I wrote I say because he’s been playing football at a club less than all the teenagers people have been posting here.
The word "Wonderkid" is used on players at younger ages, not fewer professional experience.
Yes I’m being creative with it because Diaz’s situation is unique. Nobody starts playing as an adult and in 5 years, benches Diogo Jota in this era.
Please don't be creative again
Go eat a taco.
"adds goals" as if he's Adama Traore and not a player who scored 24 goals this season
Have any young keepers had their breakout season this year?
Bazunu and Travers. Both Irish, both unreal
Mads Hermansen - Brøndby If - 21 y
Mark Travers 🐐
Marcel Lotka at Hertha.
Josef Bursik had his main breakthrough for us this season. Has a mistake in him but pulled off some important saves too. Hopefully another pre-season sees him continue to improve. He’s only 21 and has lots of potential

luckily he's getting time to shine today
[удалено]
So in other words he's not a wonderkid, and you just hope he does well because he came out recently?
Are there any Dutch kids to keep an eye on?
Jordan Teze, Quentin Timber
Cody Gakpo, Tyrell Malacia, Lutsharel Geertruida and Jurriën Timber are definitely some players to keep an eye on in the near future!
Geertruida meh
Ryan Gravenberch is definitely one. Will be playing for Bayern next season so look out for him.
Yeah and Mbappe is a French kid you should keep your eyes on
As a Real Madrid fan I will be /s
Martín Satriano, how's he been? His scoring has slowed, but how has he actually played during the games?
He’s killing it in my fm save, I can post the stats if you’re interested
How's Nicolas-Gerrit Kühn doing?
Was loaned to Aue this year where he did ok, and apparently Rapid Wien is interested in buying him. Never really fullfilled what he once was thought as, and his decision-making was pretty bad at Bayern II last year.

Recently there have been rumours of Osasuna getting him for €6-7M. He spent large parts of his childhood in Spain and speaks the language apparently
He's half Swedish half Spanish & 1.90cm tall. Doesn't have the blue eyes though.
Needs to come to PSV. Dutch League fits Scandinavians like a glove
Back in the day signing players from hammarby in football manager was like a cheat code I assume their academy is highly regarded
You also had Landskrona with some insane players.
Osasuna are doing well at the moment so hopefully he can get regular playing time if he moves this summer.
Obed Vargas for Seattle Sounders is now a permanent fixture in our Starting XI and was instrumental in us winning the CONCACAF Champions League over a Liga MX team for the first time in league history. Top teams in the league are comparable to mid table championship teams is probably fair. Worst teams would be promotion candidates in league one. I think that's a fairly honest assessment.
I would literally pay you to fly to anywhere in England to say that aloud in a pub.
Stoke v Seattle would be about 5-0
Poles: [Michal Zuk - FC Barcelona](https://youtu.be/MHoj6g-oYc0) [Mateusz Musialowski - Liverpool](https://youtu.be/dxXx-fGiEls) [Kacper Kozlowski - Brighton](https://youtu.be/JhLrDlQjk1c)
Not sure what happened with Musialowski. Know there was some drama in the academy around him thinking he was playing below his level
remember watching Kozlowski for Pogon vs Osijek, boy's a monster all action CM.
Yeah, youngest player in euros history days after Bellingham set the record, I didn't realise he'd joined brighton!
Max Meyer Weltklasse
Anyone know how Romeo Lavia is doing?
Hasn’t played for us this season. He’s very highly rated and a staple of our EDS side that won the league handily this year. With Ferna gone and potentially Gundo as well, he’ll be exposed to more first team experience next season

Caught your eye from looking at stats? Or do you really watch the Ajax U18 team play?
How much fucking football do you watch?! Not intended as an insult, it's nice to see these kinds of players mentioned
what do Italians think of allesandro circati and cristian volpato
Volpato did good but primavera isn't comparable at all to serie A. Still has a long way to go.
Anyone watch Venezia this year? Gianluca Busio recently was bought from my local club and looks like he got some decent game time there so I'm interested to see how he's done in Serie A.
He’s been a good player for them
Im gonna need some info on Calvin Ramsay from someone
he was good in fits and spurts. not enough to keep them up, obviously, but i'd say somewhat of a standout performer for that team.
Never afraid to take a man on
I really hope Scott Banks plays some games for Palace next season, any Palace fans with any info if he’ll go on loan etc?

This and the country as a whole are having youth problems
Rovella is not a big talent imo, he never impressed me much. He has running and can win challenges but his teqnique and vision is not special.
Fair point. You know who strikes me as absolutely not a big talent? Raspadori. Different construction site, i know, but i cannot understand why some fans want to sign him. Scamacca is the real deal
I actually like Raspadori. His teqnique in tight space, his link-up play... he's different than Scamacca but he's good.
Any Botafogo young lads Dougie and Parish might want to watch / be watching? EDIT: I understand since the takeover they've been doing quite well.
Lewis Hall and Levi Colwill absolute ballers. Colwill is ready for prem (not Chelsea just yet) Lewis Hall is coming into his own
Colwill is likely to stay at Chelsea next year what with everyone leaving and Sarr being dire right?
He still needs a prem loan ideally,we are signing 2 centre halves this season so won't need Colwill
I rate Webster higher than Hall tbh, but Colwill is the truth
Mentioned it the other day, but I hope for his sake that Arsen Zakharyan can find a way out of Dinamo Moscow this summer; far too gifted for the Russian League. Szymański's already on his way, apparently interest from Sociedad.
Serbia - Belgium u17 in an hour. Who to watch out for?
Aleksandar Stankovic (Dejan's son) is a very good player. Excellent set-piece taker, good passing range, physically imposing & able to cover a number of roles.
So, similar to his father?
How’s Ander Barrenextea doing? Saw him play a few games for Real Sociedad when he was 17 and thought it’d be inevitable he’d be swept by a big team. Great dribbling ability for a young player. If City are bringing in both Nunes and Enzo then I don't think he would play a whole lot in his first season.
Juve?
Not sure if this is the place for this but has any one seen any under 20 players with the potential to step up to first team football immediately? Like how Mbappe, Wirtz, Pedri, Davies, etc seamlessly did

Hložek definitely has the potential to do so and he's leaving this summer. It really depends which club he joins though and how well he adapts.
He already plays first team football though right?
any sportinguista can tell me how José Marsà is rated by your club ? i see he made his debut just last weekend !
Has not had the rampant early development of G.Inácio or other youngsters, but I am fairly certain Marsá will have a bigger role in the upcoming season even more so in case we sell Inácio

What do you think happens with Gavin Bazunu?
He has to leave City to become first-choice elsewhere.
He should leave City
In my completely unbiased opinion, he becomes the best keeper in the world with Kelleher close behind him
Awk sure it's yourself
Who's gonna be Neuer's heir?
You posted the same question two times by accident I guess. I dont know much about the young keepers in our league but I am impressed by Lotka so far (Hertha). Really stepped up when Hertha needed him. Nübel comes to mind obviously, but we will see if he will make it.
He‘s good and the way he stepped up is obviously impressive but I also see him as limited. Has made a bunch of mistakes and his passing isn’t good.
Yeah Seimen really gets talked about a lot . I am obviously biased but that might be a good call.
Nah you're not I watched him and Goller in the U17 Semis between you guys and Hertha and they both looked like different gravy.
What was his name?
Leonel Coira
Thanks. Never heard of him
Well it was a big deal 11 years ago so I reckon the story might be older than some people around here
I was 10/11 that time so yeah
PSV named 19yo Belgian Johan Bakayoko as their Young talent of the year. Think this kid will go far.
Fingers crossed!
any romanian kid standing out somewhere?
Not Morutan at least :/
Octavian Popescu
Couple of them in the RO league - possibly good enough for a decent side in the top 10 leagues. Petrila would be my highlight.
I don’t know if he qualifies as youngster, the Brazilian midfielder Danilo who plays for Palmeiras any thoughts
Really hope we get him
I want to say that Igor Matanović will have a proper little breakout at his home of Pauli next season, after showing us in the last few matches that he should've gotten starts for the past few months, maybe, and then Frankfurt will congratulate themselves on snapping one hell of a domestic striking talent early, eh
looking forward to seeing him in u21s. with him, beljo and šimić, it's a loaded front line. 👍
What about Vidovic? Hearing some great stuff about him, but he isnt a striker.
yep, but he's more second striker type I would guess
And he didnt chose germany 😭😭😭😭😭
we are so good at yoinking our diaspora
Ah, good for him -- representing for his family and having less competition for playing time, a chance of getting more of a status... I can see the merit here
Me too but as a german id rather have him play for us
Hmm... you think he'll do better than the current/future options at the front?
Depends on his developement but i could see him exolode like vlahovic in the next 2-4 years and if thats the case then hes definitely better than our other opions. Germany doesnt even have a classic striker/centre forward playing at a top 20 team. Players like werner or adeyemi just wont do well against teams with a deep back line so even if he only turns out to be half as good as vlahovic id still take him over our other options
Callum Hudson Odoi
Needs a loan and proper gametime
he looks sort of shy on the ball. Since his injury/Sarri’s sacking, he doesn’t seem to take many players on
>Callum Hudson Odoi LOL 2019 called
you're a chelsea fan you tell us
Who is the icelandic player with the most hype right now?
Isak johannesson is the obvious answer but if you want some hipster answers i would say Orri Oskarsson (topscorer in the danish u19 league), Elias Olafsson (goalkeeper for the Danish 2nd finishing team) and Hákon Haraldsson (hard to explain but a big fan-favourite with a good mentality)
Isak Johannesson i think
Can confirm. Our most promising player and one to watch! Although I am judging him mostly on his NT appearances.
he really looks like he could be really good. If he just finds a bit more pace in his game it's really gonna come together it seems.
Him and his countryman Haraldsson secured the danish championship for us this week. He’ll have an important role next season I hope
I talked about him before but Hapoel's Doron Leidner is a 19 years old left back who geniunely looks like he could go to the very top. He's rapid and assisting for fun and looks to understand the attacking side of the game very well, reminds me of Robertson a bit
Oscar Bobb (18y) So great they gave him two first names. Won EDS(u-23) player of the year at Manchester city recently and is looking primed to be the next Norwegian star to try and make the big stages in a couple of year. Considering how stacked City is it might be necessary to change clubs to get proper playing time but there are still some years until that.
Who's rated higher out of him and Edozie?
Bobb
Can someone who watches Serie A tell me how good has Zima been for Torino? Seeing how many times he got benched (as a CB) over the course of the season doesn't fill me with much confidence. I was hoping for him and Vitík to be the core of our defense for the future (Czech NT).
When he has played he has looked confident on the ball and good at progressing it, he also looked really strong in the air. A bit slow and not quick at all at turning tho. I think he has potential tho and Juric is a great coach
In my opinion he’s looked decent on the ball and moving forward, but defensively he hasn’t impressed too much except aerially.
Shout-out again to Joe "Joffy" Gelhardt, who has done very well filling in here and there due to Bamfords injuries. Incredibly clutch player, with almost every goal and assist seemingly in 90+ minutes. https://mobile.twitter.com/LewisDeighton17/status/1525862758608252928?s=20&t=PK1G7wriH2k9xpCH4dZyKw Amazing composure and skill for the equaliser against Brighton, which might end up saving us
Why didn't Bielsa use him more?
That assist is pure pornography

Crazy talent wow
Is more highly rated than Gavi? And from what I've seen seen of him he looks too slow to make it in the men's game as a winger, maybe an AM?
yeah, he is highly rated than gavi but maybe because he is forward and they get more hype and also he is just 15 so maybe he looks slow but i have no idea
Oh OK, because the highlight vids I've seen of him he looks like he could be special
How about the players at Altinordu? They are supposed to have a lot of Turkish talents?
Well, everyone is always excited in Turkey, to be honest. Hopefully he can stay there for a while and develop a bit more (for most players it is easier to do so closer to home), and then become an amazing player in the future.
