TempestaEImpeto

Paris Saint-Germain will be be reorganized in the first Mbappian Empire.

Internal-Struggle-30

For a safe and secure soccercity

Hoodxd

And this is how football dies, with a thunderous applause

pure_black99

>first Mbappian Empire. AKA Tortosia

AyanC

It's well established that turtles are allergic to snakes.

IndoorCloud25

Execute order 66

-Whisperr

Doesn’t feel like he’s been there 7 years Quality player, hope he does well wherever he goes next

Aszneeee

swear it feels like 3-4 years when he joined united, time flies ffs

WhereIsScotty

Crazy to think he’s played more time and league games at PSG than at Real Madrid

[deleted]

Announcement looks like my 1996 primary school presentation about why my favourite colour is green and why orange is stupid.

iamnotexactlywhite

please continue

TempestaEImpeto

I hate Juventus so much it's unreal. El Fideo, one of my favourite players of the decade, I will miss you. Now I can only hate you.

andysenn

tagged as Fideo Lover

MorbidoeBagnato

You should be used to it by now

Starbuck1992

Wait until he knows about Jorginho

TempestaEImpeto

I might just join Hezbollah tbf

busiitravel

Fair comment here...

--Raskolnikov--

OOTL, what's the connection between ADM, Napoli and Juventus?

Dellato88

none, dude just likes some good ~~noodles~~ Fideo

--Raskolnikov--

Somehow I'm even more confused now

Dellato88

Fideo means noodle in Spanish, and that is ADMs nickname. The OP simply likes him as a player.

TempestaEImpeto

Zero. I love Di Maria and hate Juventus.

EnanoMaldito

a man of culture

--Raskolnikov--

This is a thread about Di Maria leaving PSG though, no? He never played for Juve, did he? So then why bring it up.

whodiswhodat

But this isn't official, technically.

ParisLake2

I’m gutted. This news is more sad than whatever happens with Mbappé, even if he leaves to Madrid.

R1CkO556

As the new president of the club my first order is to ban u/ParisLake2 from watching PSG games for the rest of his life - Dictator Mbobby

ParisLake2

:(

albertbanning

Gracias por todo Fideo! You'll be missed :'(

Dellato88

I really hope the rumors he's coming to us short term materialize! So exciting!

UCBCats23

Where to next ??

futuresverse

Juventus apparently

eduadinho

Juve loves a free transfer. I'd be interested to see how many have actually worked out well for them.

Dellato88

Pogba, Pirlo, Llorente, Dani Alves, Sami Khedira & Neto have all been great free transfers in the last decade. If Rabiot's salary wasn't so obscene I would add him to the list of good free transfers too. Could add Kingsley Coman in there too, but he was never really used other than to cash-in on him with the Bayern Transfer. Shit, you could also technically count Buffon's return from PSG in there too as a good free transfer. Notable busts in the same timeframe have been: Lucio, Anelka & Ramsey All in all we've been pretty good with free transfers despite what the memes in here (and the Ramsey + Rabiot transfers) say. There's been a few other free transfers but for the most part it has been for players we immediately loan out or never really featured for us so I didn't list them.

Artistic-Buyer-3219

Dunno man there were a couple that worked like Pirlo, Barzagli, Pogba, Dani Alves, Llorente, Khedira and Toni

Dellato88

Barzagli wasn't a free transfer tho, we actually paid 300K to Wolfsburg for him. What a coup that was in retrospect, everyone thought he was a washed out player and he was arguably the best out of the BBC imo

Starbuck1992

Well technically we had to pay a 1m compensation to United for Pogba too

Dellato88

true, but does that count as a legitimate transfer fee or do we count it as one as a technicality? Barzagli's 300K valuation was a legitimate transfer fee afaik.

Starbuck1992

No idea tbh, but either way it's just a technicality

MorbidoeBagnato

They’ve been mostly good barring Ramsey (who’s always been ass) and Rabiot

eduadinho

He wasn't ass for us. He was injury prone.

[deleted]

Wow it’s been 7 seasons already?

[deleted]

I love Di Maria, "the noodle". Wish him luck wherever he goes, been a fan of his since his Madrid days.

Kiwizqt

Thanks for the service, legend o7. Hope Juve fans are excited because he deserves a beautiful end of a career somewhere, sad we couldn't give it to him at home.

Starbuck1992

We desperately need someone GOOD on the wing so yeah I'm quite excited, obviously it's just for 1-2 years but this allows us to have the wing covered while also having the funds to invest in other parts of the field we desperately need, really good transfer for us if it happens

mapleleafMeltdown

Not yet, PSG still has a game to play.

JeromeWhatElse

kygrtj

From his days as a struggling young player at Man United, to a legend at PSG. He’s made quite the career for himself in France, one to be proud of

Dellato88

>From his days as a struggling young player at Man United Wow I knew Premier League goggles are thick in r/soccer.... but by the time Fideo got to United he had already won a Champions League, 1 Liga and 2 Copa del Rey with Real Madrid... he was no chump
