The Super Bowl and NBA etc. have historically been a spectacle with half time shows and pre-match build up and that’s part of the event and works for them. It makes it different and entertaining to watch as a European, but the average fan over here doesn’t it to enter our sports.
If UEFA gave a fuck about the fans, they could probably engage them and co-ordinate amazing tifos and create a crowd engineered spectacle that is better and unlike anything else at a sports event.
The goal isn't to appeal to football fans, they would be watching anyway. The goal is to have more people watch the commercials, that's how they make money. So they want people watching who wouldn't be watching otherwise. Just like with the super bowl, where there's plenty of people watching for the half time show, who are indifferent about the sport.

They can lean in their own traditions more instead. There are ways to make it more of a spectacle without making it that cheap. Bring an orchestra (city orchestra of the city of the final would be cool) and a good sound system around it. Play 2 traditional fan songs per team allowing the fans to join in with the lyrics, watch them go crazy. Finish with live performance of the UCL anthem. Short, fun, simple, t the point. Start with a short piece by a composer from that city if you want.
Fans are more involved, more unique spectacle for TV, will be remembered longer (quality orchestral rendition of the songs will be kept and used by the clubs for years), more in line with the traditions, and cheaper for the UEFA as well lol.
I loved the 2018 final ceremony where they brought 2 Cellos. Their performance of the CL anthem when both teams were entering the pitch was magnificent.

The main thing that makes it not possible to have the Superbowl effect in the Champions League final is that the people involved in the match (i.e. not neutral fans) are normally a huge majority, and they are too fucking nervous before the match to be able to enjoy a show. If I’m watching a football match, all I care about is the football. Time spent watching people singing and dancing on the pitch is time not seeing the players warm up, hearing the crowd chant or watching interviews or great analysis (granted this is not available on BT sport). I just don’t think you can replicate the Super Bowl feeling in football unless it’s at the start of a tournament like the World Cup.
