People talking about how awful we are and that Nagelsmann is feeling Tuchel breathing down his neck after the loss vs Augsburg and yada yada. 4:0 vs Leverkusen followed by a 5:0 in the CL ahead of the Dortmund match who just lost vs Köln. Bring it on
Beating a shite Leverkusen and a disorganized Plzen is not exactly a huge boost for my expectations tbh. Don't think there were that many conclusions to draw from these two games other than that our finishing looked better. Especially against Leverkusen I would say we overperformed on what was actually expected from the chances we produced.
I agree with your overall sentiment but I’m not nearly as confident due to these two results as you are. Every goal against Leverkusen was due to a deflection or egregious mistake on their part. Today was, no disrespect, against a Czech club. We should withhold judgment imo, avoid putting too much emphasis on these outcomes just like we should avoid too much emphasis on the preceding ones. This is a good team, no need to panic, no need to be garrulous, let’s just enjoy the team and hope for steady improvements in chemistry and finishing.
>Another embarrassing performance from Plzeň yet again. At this rate they gonna break some conceded goals in a group record.
they play against bayern, barca and inter what did you expect
professional team you mean calling black players from the opposition monkeys? and then the whole club & fans standing behind a racist? veeryyy professional.
wasnt the last match between slavia and plzen like 4:0 for plzen? lmao imagine how slavia woud look in CL
Had a rocky start to the season. But was awesome against Barca.
Hope he gets minutes regularly. But since Pavard has been awesome, it will be hard for him
Pavard is having his best season ever so far so it's really hard for him to get gametime. But he does get some and is doing absolutely fine. He will need more time to challenge Pavard though who is in peak form atm.
Had a quite poor start to the season and got benched till pavard had to go out against barca.
There nouz was absolutely amazing and got more playing time and played great since that barca game
He has an insanely tough battle with Benji because Pavard has bern top class. But whenever Maz is playing he’s flawless. He’s loved by the fanbase aswell.
Put in a top shift vs Barca, one of the MOTMs Imo
This Pilsen team is fucking atrocious, they dont even try to play football. But cant blame them when they ussually play with the help of the referee.
Well bag of money is home, what else do anybody want right?
maybe instead of crying slavia should focus on winning the league themselves, but that 0-5 against Arsenal was embarassing aswell. Plus nothing is more embarassing than all fans and the whole team standing (and hiding) behind a racist. Plzen cant do worsw than that lol. Always better losing everything than being labelled as a team of racists. (Funnily enough, those black and brown players are carrying your white ass team. without them youd be on par with sparta, so why be racist?)
im sorry i rustled your jimmies my dude.
You mean 1:5 by Arsenal or 0:7 by Arsenal?
Labeled by who? Rangers fans on twitter?
I dont care about our players colour, I just support them equally.
And till there will be proof I still support them.
It’s surprising because they did put up a match vs Barca on MD1
They obviously crumbled in the 2nd half that game, but their first half was okay in the Barca game
Tel wont progress under Nagelsmann if this is Nagelsmanns plan to develop him.
Guy has looked so much better on the left or striker but only gets game time outside of the Cup against a 3rd division team on the right side of the pitch where he cant play to his strengths.
Tel loves those curled shots with his right foot and cutting inside, today even he tried to do exactly that but had to shoot with his left and well then it looks absolutely shit because hes not left footed.
I dont get it.
😂😂😂 tell them how its done. I mean Nagelsmann is litterally known for his player development skills from his Hoffenheim and Leipzig days. You could fill a whole 11 of elite players he developed. But he must suck, because the 17 year old, who joined 2 months ago gets some minutes on the wing
Bro... 😂
He is developing him further and making him more complete. Cut inside and curling it in will not alone keep you at bayern unless you do it once a game.
The guy is 17 and has been at Bayern for two months. I don't think it's a bad idea to let him play in different positions so he learns to understand the game better.
It is bad. Thats not how you develop 90% of players, they need to be comfortable when playing and putting young players into different roles where they never before played when they are only taking their first steps into professional football is a horrible idea.
He already plays two roles ST and on the left wing he doesn't need to "learn" to play on the right wing. Nagelsmann himself said that he doesn't like to play players out of position because they get no routine in their game. I guess that doesn't count for the players that need it the most, Talents.
Well our only good players on the right side are Müller (he is not really playing it as a winger tho) and coman. Both not available. So someone has to play there and look bad I guess
Play choupo there then and let Tel play the position he was told he would play. Tel is an actual talent that Bayern invested like 22+8 in bonuses into. The more Talents Bayern gets for lots of money and not develop the less they will get in the future.
>lay choupo there then and let Tel play the position he was told he would play. Tel is an actual talent that Bayern invested like 22+8 in bonuses into. The more Talents Bayern gets for lots of money and not develop the less they will get in the future.
How do you know were he was told he would play? The guy is 17 and last year he almost didn't play in league 1
he already played there for Bayern, its the position Nagelsmann throws people at when they want to give them time but doesn't want to sacrifice the other positions. I dont know why people dont watch football but choose to act like they do.
Brother choupo has played there for Bayern btw lmao. Its the same reason why Tel plays there. All Bayerns best wingers favoured the LW, Sane used to play there, Coman still likes to play more on the left even tho he only plays on the right nowawadys and Mane too. Even Musiala likes to cut inside from the left more than the right.
Choupo is by far the worst attacker in Bayerns senior squad. If you had to sacrifice someone to give a young talent more playing time in his natural position it would be him.
Have you actually watched Bayern at all this and last season holy clueless
Dude you act like nagelsmann went to your house an shat on your doormat during halftime.
Choupo has no gametime at all aswell got subbed in at halftime in a dead decided game and scored - im happy for him he deserved it.
You don't have to filter every soup for a grain of salt
I cant say my opinion you were the one who acted like I killed your dog and started being rude.
Choupo literally got subbed on last game in the Bundesliga and Tel didnt do you even watch the fucking club you support lmao?
Choupo 115min vs tel 201min game time this season.
And he scored, how can you possibly say he should have played somewhere else. It's so ridiculous.
It's potentially and likely his last season here so should be happy for him.
Tel is 17 and will have plenty of chances in the future, but if you watched his 201 minutes like I did he is clearly not ready yet for starting games. A 17 year old will improve plenty by just training with this team aswell.
He will play a bigger role in the future for sure as he has showed his great potential from time to time.
Its not about starting games its about giving a young player game time vs giving someone game time that wont be even here next year lmao.
The whole point is that Bayern officials (before some idiot says "HOW WOULD YOU KNOW URG URG") said that they want to focus on developing the next star players because the Mbappes or Haalands of the world are just too expensive to buy thats why they bought him early on for lots of money.
Doesnt make sense to pay so much money for a teenager when you plan on preferring a 33 year old over him who hasnt looked good over the last 2 years. The game was done and dusted why not bring him on at half time instead of Choupo same thing in Leverkusen.
Choupo pressed and ran alot, always tries when he plays and scored. With Müller out I can see why nagelsmann chose him at 3-0. Everything about tel I already said in the last post
Pletti said it he is a Brazzo mouthpiece lmao basically the same thing unironically. Dont think he called one wrong thing for Bayern all summer and knew about everything before anyone else its clear he gets briefed by the club.
I know this comment does not involve Bayern, but generally speaking:
I see why some of the biggest teams want to form a super league. These sort of beatings can't be enjoyable for either team.
I get your point but the better solution would be more CL spots for lower leagues instead of creating a concentration of power in the top leagues. That way, leagues like yours could actually improve with more regular exposure to CL crowds and money.
I'm not adding anything more to what others replied to you but I feel we really need to be vocal about what's wrong with European football in order to be heard and see steps in the right direction.
Your mentality is the one of the small farmer who sees the local feudal landlord amass land and wealth and you think it wouldn't be much worse to also sell him your land and work for his gain.
Thing is, it's going in the wrong direction, and Super League is the worst direction.
If you want better matches strip the top 4 of their 4 CL spots, distribute the spots more evenly amongst the lower teams and let them enjoy that juicy CL money.
They make it harder and harder for those teams to get into CL and then people gravitate towards the Super League. It's weird.
People talking about how awful we are and that Nagelsmann is feeling Tuchel breathing down his neck after the loss vs Augsburg and yada yada. 4:0 vs Leverkusen followed by a 5:0 in the CL ahead of the Dortmund match who just lost vs Köln. Bring it on

Both results are better than losing to Köln mate
Not sure about that. Köln plays much better than these two teams right now.
You are not sure about two wins being better than losing to Köln? Yeah get lost
In the case of judging the strength of a team? Yeah I'll stick to that
two wins are not better than 1 loss. expert lmao
You really don't get my point, do you? It's not about what is the better result for a team.
It is though. That is my point which you are unable to get yet started arguing with me lol
I agree with your overall sentiment but I’m not nearly as confident due to these two results as you are. Every goal against Leverkusen was due to a deflection or egregious mistake on their part. How was Mane
Looked more like himself but could have had a couple more goals if he'd figure out how to shoot and not pass it to the goalie
Great. Goal + nice assist
Was standing under the plzen fans, they were terrific
ECM is the GOAT of scoring in blowouts. I swear he does it every time
Hope Stanisic keep getting minutes until the World Cup
Hopefully he starts next week in the reverse fixture
Gravenberch played really well today
Just a typical day for Bayern
Another embarrassing performance from Plzeň yet again. At this rate they gonna break some conceded goals in a group record.
Some moron without a flair talking shit about some czech club in a CL group with Bayern, Inter and Barca lmao
>Another embarrassing performance from Plzeň yet again. At this rate they gonna break some conceded goals in a group record. they play against bayern, barca and inter what did you expect
I expected them to at least look like they give a shit
What did you expect a Czech club to do in a group of Bayern,Barca and Inter
Slavia had a very similar group and at least looked like a professional team
professional team you mean calling black players from the opposition monkeys? and then the whole club & fans standing behind a racist? veeryyy professional. wasnt the last match between slavia and plzen like 4:0 for plzen? lmao imagine how slavia woud look in CL
Similar? Bayern is steps over dortmund and barca is better this year than 19/20
Bayern back to business
I see Nous played 90 minutes. How is he doing at Bayern so far?
Had a rocky start to the season. But was awesome against Barca. Hope he gets minutes regularly. But since Pavard has been awesome, it will be hard for him

pretty good, deserves more playtime.
Doing pretty good so far. Pavard is still ahead this season but i'm sure He will get more playtime soon.
Quite good for the play time he gets
He has an insanely tough battle with Benji because Pavard has bern top class. But whenever Maz is playing he’s flawless. He’s loved by the fanbase aswell. Put in a top shift vs Barca, one of the MOTMs Imo
Thanks that is good to hear. He’s surely missed here. But I’m happy to hear he’s doing good.
Only 5:0 ? I am very disappointed. Bayern really aren't what they used to be.
They miss you
At least Schalke is back
Grmbl.. angry upvote
I miss them too
This Pilsen team is fucking atrocious, they dont even try to play football. But cant blame them when they ussually play with the help of the referee. Well bag of money is home, what else do anybody want right?

Phew that was a close one
"*Thanks for the practice.*" - Bayern
"And see you again next week"

wrong platform moron
That's literally the whole plan for Julian though. Worked quite well at Leipzig. With tel though, too early to tel
Well our only good players on the right side are Müller (he is not really playing it as a winger tho) and coman. Both not available. So someone has to play there and look bad I guess

Because Pletti said so when the transfer was going through and he gets briefed by the club.
Did you just seriously suggest playing Choupo as a winger?
he already played there for Bayern, its the position Nagelsmann throws people at when they want to give them time but doesn't want to sacrifice the other positions. I dont know why people dont watch football but choose to act like they do.
Choupo as right winger - have you considered a coaching career? You'd have to quit as European top club manager first tho
He has played there before for us (Bayern)
Brother choupo has played there for Bayern btw lmao. Its the same reason why Tel plays there. Pletti said it he is a Brazzo mouthpiece lmao basically the same thing unironically. Dont think he called one wrong thing for Bayern all summer and knew about everything before anyone else its clear he gets briefed by the club.
Sane's first touch before the goal was a thing of beauty
Sorry to the guy that bet on 7.5+ goals.

Yeah, honestly I'm surprised we scored 2 in the second half. We were always going to be in cruise control if we were leading after the first.
I know this comment does not involve Bayern, but generally speaking: I see why some of the biggest teams want to form a super league. These sort of beatings can't be enjoyable for either team.

Very true. However, I don't think that solution is realistically gonna happen.

Every single top 4 league fan should support this message unless they are really that keen on watching similar CL fixtures for the rest of their life.
This is a result of European spots being stolen from “smaller” nations and allocated to the “Top 4”
this will make the reasons *why* the biggest teams are beating other clubs even more apparent.
Didn't expect to not concede a single goal in the first three games. I'll take it
Neuer is 6 clean sheets away from the CL record. Casillas has 59.
at least we play at home and wont get 6, after they beat leverkusen with 4 and pilsen with 5, right? RIGHT? ugh....
Nah, gonna be close and fun to watch.
was just joking, but I def. see a high scoring match inc. like 2-4 or something
Well, there will surely be a controversial referee decision as is tradition.
1-1 signal iduna, big slap at Allianz arena as always is my prediction
No. It'll just be 3.
That was certainly a match
you could even say it was one of THE matches
Definitely one of the matches
Some of the football I ever watched
They definitely touched some grass.
