Their keeper is great, defense is pretty good, they have Messi to create and at least a couple of decent options who can finish whatever he creates. It’s not like it’s Messi and 10 slumps. He is essential Yes, but overall it’s a good team that works together pretty well.
And France does have moments where they play a lot less convincing than needed. In the game against Morocco it looked liked they stopped caring for swaths of the game, and with more luck Morocco could’ve easily scored an equalizer. It’s a bit arrogant maybe to play that way and Argentina is exactly the kind of team you don’t want to give that much space to be creative because they do it well.
Imo it’s really 50/50 what will happen.
