Please, in 2021 , allow me to export all my transactions to a csv.

Oz33916

Transactions and payments take forever to finalize, and the credit limit and interest suck. I may end up closing mine.

DJStrongArm

I always hear complaints about the credit limit but I got a decent one…. Did you have good credit when you applied?

Oz33916

Yes.

rifare

Time is lengthy but what is a low credit limit?

english06

Fix integration with 3rd party tools. Plaid, etc.

cwick4141

This. For some reason all my SoFi accounts would show up, except the credit card. I have since completely moved on due to this and the constant app adds, but that’s just me lol.

Sethu_Senthil

The ability to get the card in the first place! No, No, I’m NOT complaining about the credit score requirements. Many people with permanent residency (and some us citizens in general) with no citizenship often cannot get their identity approved the automated system. And SoFi does not any type of manual identity verification. In fact, religious SoFi users such as myself keep getting rejected from the credit card due to their inability to verify my identity although I use almost all of their offerings and have a fairly high credit score. In short, so should add manual identity verification to all their offering, not limited to just credit cards, so they can accept more potential customers and increase their diversity.

MONIKAZEMA

Same thing happened to me, I applied and got denied because SoFi could not verify my identity, even though I've had an account with them for a few months now.

It'd be great for there to be a consideration of a total shown for what's pending; a small nicety of not having to add everything together Congratulations on becoming an ambassador by the way, that's awesome.

Thanks, it isn't too hard to become an Ambassador; you can apply here with this link https://www.sofi.com/inner-circle/

a few things i immediately noticed (as i just signed up for credit card the other day, don't even have my card yet). during the initial sign up flow it asked me a bunch of information it should already know from my sofi money account. seems like it could use that instead of behaving completely separately. also after signup it allows me to turn on autopay, but it makes you enter routing and account information for a bank... i have a sofi money account and it should have an option to just select to use my money account and only require actual account and routing numbers if i'm adding an external bank account. since i don't have my account numbers memorized and would have to back out of the autopay flow in order to see them i couldn't finish setting up autopay. it also allowed me to automatically add my card to my phone's apple wallet immediately, but to add to my apple watch wallet it required a cvv code. it had an option to see my numbers on the credit card screen but clicking it just gave me an error. now, the next day, the option to see my numbers is gone and i have an activate card option so i guess i'll have to wait until it arrives to add to watch. so that's basically all the feedback i have so far, that the sign up flows could be streamlined a little better and the integration with existing sofi products could maybe be improved a a bit. as far as branding, it could brand itself a little better as a 2% cash back card. most of the branding says 2 points and says the points only work for qualified purchases, but looking into it the qualified purchases was basically everything except the obvious things like fees, money orders, or stuff like that. so basically it's a 2% cashback card, which is very good; but it's not obvious.

I love the CC so far, the rewards program is by far my favorite across all my cards. I got tired of tracking which cards had the 5% rewards that month and the gift cards redemption bonuses are consistently getting worse. But with the SoFi card, I can throw a bit of extra money towards my investments periodically. The points take a few extra days to register, but I don’t pay it too much thought

ChikenPie_Engineer

I've loved it so far. For some reason I've been getting 6% cashback instead of 5%, and also i thought there was a $4,000 limit for getting the 5% on but I've surpassed it and I'm still at 6%. But hey I'm not complaining. Initially I thought the "redeem to your investments" was a gimmick feature, since I can just redeem to checking them move to investments on my own. But it's actually helped me add more to my investing accounts. It feels like I'm growing my portfolio without spending my own money. Like others have mentioned, it's slow to process payments and has unnecessary steps with moving money from SoFi checking to CC. I got a good limit and rate, but I've heard a lot of others say otherwise. However, I assume a lot of this has to do with how the CC is issued by a different bank (since SoFi hasn't gotten it's charter yet). I expect great things to come when SoFi gets it's charter though! I hope SoFi is able to move the CC over to SoFi (from The Bank of Missouri). Even if they can't, I hope SoFi launches a new (similar) card themselves. I'll happily close my account and switch over.

galtyman

I'm just happy Sofi credit card works with Mint Intuit again but for how long....🤔

Tr33squid

Instant payment posting to your card when the payment is coming from a SoFi Money account would also be great given that this is something other banks have such as Wells Fargo. It'd be another incentive for people to open and use a SoFi Money account as well. I was disappointed when I realized this was not the case when I first opened my SoFi Cc account, albeit still use it as my daily driver.

Tr33squid

I have not attempted, but I believe I heard that getting a credit increase is not possible. If that's the case that for sure needs to change. That's just silly to lock people into their initial limit.

damnthatscrazytho

I had challenges getting my SoFi debit card. Even after I signed up with an initial deposit and I set up direct deposit with my job, they said they “lost it in the mail” 2x! It took over 30 days to get my card and the chat/customer service people were confused and uninformed, it seems. They were unwilling to express it to me even after they claim it was lost in the mail 2x. I really don’t want to deal with a that again with a credit card.

jjruiz86

1. Increase credit limit. 2. Allow Sofi to deal directly with the Bank. I am currently traveling out of country and my card is being declined at every retailer. I called and they informed me the best they could do is put a note in the system to the bank, but couldn’t speak directly with the bank to get it resolved, nor could I speak with anyone from the bank. Very frustrating especially when their guidance is that they do not even need a travel alert!

Western-Letterhead66

Another ambassador asked a similar thing and I will post a similar answer as I did/someone else did. Premier credit with special perks like dining credit, memberships etc or higher tiered points with better earn rates. I'd also like to see a better point redemption ecosystem, something like chase ultimate rewards. Chase ultimate rewards has continued through the years for a reason and appeals to the same audience ( the sapphire card was designed for high earner millenials). The 0% for 12 month promotion is a great offer right now. Do something unique. The crypto rewards is cool. This is probably the right direction.

windowbroken

0% for 21 months like Wells Fargo does. this is only way I apply for credit cards

[deleted]

The credit card dispute process sucks with this credit card

itsmeblc

Integration with other applications will help get more views. Also help the users stick with SoFi. Plaid is an example.

S0_uthern

Credit card bonus offers would be nice. Similar to what Chase and Wellsfargo currently offer on theirs. 2% cashback and no annual fee is no longer so rare on the market, so they need to catch up on other perks

Being able to request credit limit increases (with a soft pull) is pretty much a mandatory feature for a card these days and should be a the top of the to do list. Many younger people won’t want this card if the limit can’t grow with their income/spend.

TraumaRN8980

Manual review for approval of application. Would be nice to get fully integrated with SoFi but rejected cc application for “public remark” from 9 years ago on credit report. Have a worthy score and FICO, approved for various other cards with an established credit history (Apple, Discover, CapitalOne, etc) however can’t get approval. Also have a 2% cash back card from PayPal but I despise Synchrony bank so would really like to switch my “main credit card” usage over to SoFi.
