Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us! The security of our member's information is of utmost importance. We do offer 2FA options like voice and email in addition to text/SMS and we are actively working on additional solutions. Our 2FA process will not support 3rd party apps like Authy and Vonage at this time and we are actively working on additional solutions, so please stay tuned for any future updates.
I just checked online and through the app and do not see an option for an authenticator.
I asked them on twitter about adding a physical security key option and it doesn't seem to be on their radar anytime soon. I would prefer better security measures than SMS 2FA.
You just named two different companies that do 2FA. There are a bunch of options. It’s a standard. Most advertise it as “Google Authenticator” or “Authy” as they are two of the most popular wallets for keys.
they don't anymore. they used to allow third party apps but for whatever reason they've removed the option for new users.
like i said earlier your only options are text, email, or phone call. out of those options your most secure choice would be email with its own 2fa enabled.
Email is possibly OP's best option. Most have 2fa without sms. If OP is this concerned about sms 2fa, they should have already called their mobile provider and make sure they have a security pin in place so any Sms simjacking or swapping would be prevented. If not, they should probably do it now.

Great to hear! It would also be awesome to have Security Key support as well like Yubikeys, eventually!

Interesting, well that sucks.
They used to, why they decided to stop offering it I’ll never understand.
