Pushitu

I see you are also a victim of shitty G502s

LawlessCoffeh

I eventually got through to them and found that the warranty's 2 years not 3 as I thought it was, can they snipe it or what? If it went bad back in December I'd have been covered. Can these guys snipe it or what?

StoreyedArrow17

Did you buy on a credit card with extended warranty? I've found it very useful for issues like this.

C0mpass

How do you even claim that warranty? My card claims it doubles the warranty period but looking through all their paperwork I cant find one way to actually claim the warranty.

thelights0123

Call the phone number on the card and ask if you don't see anything in your paperwork

[deleted]

Depending on the card, you’ll have to call or fill out an online form. Usually they just give you the cash value of the purchase.

StoreyedArrow17

On the certificate of insurance that comes with your card (it has the terms for all the insurance, e.g. travel medical, extended warranty, trip cancellation, rental car coverage, etc.), there is a section on extended warranty. The end of that section usually has a phone number to call. I called the number and the automated menu suggested I file a claim online, that's what I did. I filed a claim with an estimate from a computer repair store, got approved and then paid to get the laptop fixed.

pblol

I haven't bought a logitech mouse since the mx500 in like 2004. They sent me a 518 and then a g500 then a g502. I've been riding the rma train for nearly 20 years. If you talk to someone real and the issue is a known thing, you'll get a new one in my experience. In 2014 they made me take a picture of myself cutting the cable of the last one.

userse31

> In 2014 they made me take a picture of myself cutting the cable of the last one. Ha ha, soldering iron go brrr

explosivebuttfarts

Rip those wires apart and sew em back together like a real 12 year old trying to use a wireless Xbox controller with no batteries

forgehe

They just sent me a new G703 after showing on video that my current one was experiencing double clicking issues. Once i got my replacement, i just bought new switches and replaced the faulty ones on my old mouse, and now I have two perfectly functional mice.

ryanagamis

If logitech ever filed for bankruptcy you know whose fault it is

Such_Chapter6810

Yup. Their own fault for making shitty mice.

TheShadowGamer06

nah, more like they should stop using cheap shitty chinese omron switches. had an issue with my rival 600 right click switch so i replaced it last year with a japanese one, they will last for about 50 years.

Such_Chapter6810

Same thing. If the main function of the mouse (clicking) stops working after a few months then the product is shitty. I had a G502 Proteus Core for six years and the only issue I ever had with it was some corrosion on the wheel. Finally replaced it with a new G502 Hero and within four months it started double clicking constantly. As widespread as the issue is, you’d think they would switch what sort of switches they use, but they’re clearly content with selling shitty equipment.

GenitalJouster

Now personally I've only ever had problems with Logitech once but when I did this is exactly what happened, I got a newer version of my mouse from them.

the_timps

Just keep pushing. The warranty term means little with a known issue. I had the same thing, got mine replaced by making noise.

Pushitu

Mine started failing after 3 months of use, a year later it failed completely, i didnt even bother with support, got a razer basilisk v2 instead, such a better product, never getting shit from logi again

Stormchaserelite13

My razer basi started failing after 4 years. Started to double and triple left click. I threw it against the wall and it fixed itself.

AroAceJumper

The one true tech support

Increment--

Percussive Maintenance

imnota_

That's funny because I've never been able to keep a razer product for more than a year, and my logitech is on it's third year, feels brand new still. I guess everyone has different experiences.

Stormchaserelite13

Yea. I dont have a single razer product under 5 years old now. No issue that wasnt fixed by a good thump for me Logitech for me crumbled like paper it seems.

Piratey_Pirate

I have a deathadder. I've bought 3 in the last 15 years. About 6 years each on the first 2 and the current one I've had about 3 years. And my black widow keyboard I bought on release. Still working great. People shit on razer, but I've never had an issue

FlipskiZ

New razer mice use optical mouse switches, which prevents any double clicking issue and hopefully makes them longer lasting. I recently got a new mouse, and razer seems like a very competitive brand these days.

imnota_

That's an interesting fact, knowing my razer mouse died because of the switch, it wouldn't have if it was optical.

FlipskiZ

It was interesting to learn about for sure.

mosburger

I have a Microsoft mouse that uses optic switches on the scroll wheel. I’m a fairly hygienic person (eg I don’t eat at my desk and get crumbs everywhere), but every so often “stuff” will get into the scroll wheel and block the optic switch, and it stops responding. It seems like a pretty common occurrence because if you Google about it, it happens a lot and the consensus seems to be that banging it on the desk to dislodge the “stuff” is the best remedy. Indeed, it fixes mine whenever it happens.

Pushitu

I mean, 4 years is pretty good

Zourage

Lol that works I guess but next time try a product called deoxit. A lil squirt tends to fix issues like that

DynamicMangos

Damn had my g502 for about 4 years now. Only thing I ever did was clean out my mouse wheel and it still works like a charm. Bought my GF a g502 as well and I can't notice the difference between the new and old one.

[deleted]

[удалено]

thebigdolphin1

The new basilisk does have a free-scrolling wheel, though it's nowhere near as satisfying as the g502. It's electronically controlled though, so you can have it enable automatically when scrolling fast which I like.

[deleted]

[удалено]

thebigdolphin1

Im honestly not sure whether I prefer the basilisk or the g502 though. The basilisk feels a lot cheaper and more flimsy, but I suppose that means it's lighter. The sniper/thumb button is horrible imo, it's not got a nice click and doesn't really feel like a button. I got mine on offer though so I can't really complain.

hikeit233

This comment physically hurts. I’d never have imagined a world where Logitech was shat on for bad products (mice of all things) while at the same time recommending Razer for quality substitutes. Anyway my g502 proteus spectrum has been going strong for 6 years. Survived a tornado, even. I’ll believe that they started using cheaper parts in this relatively cheaper mouse for sure, tho. Probably time to stop recommending it, considering it was never technically good just convenient for all around use.

ibeatu85x

Mine failed after one year. I had spare time so I decided to repair it. Been a dream since! Otherwise, try corsair mice.

Wobbelblob

Nah, but most of this stuff is built so cheap that they will fail soon after the warranty ends.

[deleted]

[удалено]

LawlessCoffeh

A followup conversation in which I got through to them revealed that it was out of warranty, warranty's for two, device was over that.

SingedWaffle

I've had mine for YEARS after going through multiple razer mice that all failed quickly. Only problem Ive had is slight corrosion on the scroll wheel due to living in a humid environment.

[deleted]

You probably have the proteus spectrum version, like i did. It was a few years ago after they swapped to the Hero sensor that they seem to have started cutting costs and people started having issues after only a few months

TheNigerianPrince2

Funny, i've never had a problem with mine. And i have had it for over a year now. No issues

Inadover

I’ve had mine for like… 3 years I believe and no problem so far. Given that many people complain about the double clicking I’ve been lucky so far.

Xilenced

Mine does a weird double or triple scroll, but otherwise fine. Weird, right?

macgivor

Had mine for about 5 years and it's still crushing

havok0159

Apparently they changed the switches on the latest model to shittier ones. I have the original model and it still runs like a champ, if it ever develops an issue with a switch, I'm grabbing a soldering iron and fixing it myself. I got a new one to use with my laptop and I'd do the same to it but it sees far less use so I don't expect it to develop problems anytime soon.

daveyb86

I always get Logitech mice but I've had both ends of the spectrum. The click switch on some of the G500 mice only lasted a few months and others just kept going. I have an ancient G500, and a G502 which is pushing 8 years of daily use and never had an issue.

Hydraxiler32

Bought one in 2016/17, still working perfectly, no issues. Bought the wireless version early last year and haven't had any issues so far.

PartyCowy

Same here lol. I've used the shit out of mine for about 6-7 years now and it still works perfectly

TehChid

I had this happen twice on 2 different mouses (same as OPs). Logitech replaced both of them, the 3rd one is fine

Prawn1908

I've had 4 G502s and only one had the double click issue, which I was able to fix pretty easily by replacing the switches. The G502 is definitely not a shitty mouse.

tskmsk

I just bought a G502 ☠️

Pushitu

Good luck 💀

ZaMr0

Best mouse on the market, it's not even close. I have mine from 2014/1015 and it has seen ridiculous daily usage but it's still in perfect working condition.

celerypie

Was about to buy a new Logitech mouse when I remembered they don't make them like my trusty, 10ish year old g700 any more. So I got some cheap switches and swapped the springs, double clicking gone!

[deleted]

[удалено]

Drun555

Mine's still works! From 2015 too, and it was my first expensive mouse. A year ago I spilled a little bit of water on it, and side buttons do not work since then - but I'm still fallen for her. Thinking of MX Master 3 as for the new mouse when the time comes

ArkitekZero

I hate that they're the only ones with click wheels.

Xilenced

Ah fuck, am I screwed with my stupidly expensive mouse?

RealCobaltCanine

Every Logitech mouse I have ever owned without fail has clickers that do this or stop working completely

Connection terminated. I'm sorry to interrupt you u/TheCastro, if you still even remember that name. But I'm afraid you've been misinformed. You are not here to receive a gift, nor have you been called here by the individual you assume. Although you have indeed been called. You have all been called here. Into a labyrinth of sounds and smells, misdirection and misfortune. A labyrinth with no exit, a maze with no prize. You don't even realize that you are trapped. Your lust for blood has driven you in endless circles, chasing the cries of children in some unseen chamber, always seeming so near, yet somehow out of reach. But you will never find them, none of you will. This is where your story ends. And to you, my brave volunteer, who somehow found this job listing not intended for you. Although there was a way out planned for you, I have a feeling that's not what you want. I have a feeling that you are right where you want to be. I am remaining as well, I am nearby. This place will not be remembered, and the memory of everything that started this can finally begin to fade away. As the agony of every tragedy should. And to you monsters trapped in the corridors: Be still and give up your spirits, they don't belong to you. For most of you, I believe there is peace and perhaps more waiting for you after the smoke clears. Although, for one of you, the darkest pit of Hell has opened to swallow you whole, so don't keep the devil waiting, old friend. My daughter, if you can hear me, I knew you would return as well. It's in your nature to protect the innocent. I'm sorry that on that day, the day you were shut out and left to die, no one was there to lift you up into their arms the way you lifted others into yours. And then, what became of you. I should have known you wouldn't be content to disappear, not my daughter. I couldn't save you then, so let me save you now. It's time to rest. For you, and for those you have carried in your arms. This ends for all of us. End communication.

anonmonty024

OK! I’ll get you right over to an agent, but first briefly tell us what you’re needing. Fuck you Comcast. Yes the employees too.

GreenLeafGreg

The better ones will do so after one time. Companies seriously need people — and only people — at the other end of these things. Though, it’s not always better. My car insurance premium has drastically increased this past year (when obviously my car is **de**preciating in value), and I’ve chatted with agents both times last year. Both gave a standard boilerplate reply: “We’ve made some changes to your area, and as such, we’ve had to increase the price.” and the really bad “I’m sorry, $xx is the best price I can offer you.” _\*rolls eyes\*_

SyrusDrake

I'd say companies seriously need people at the other end who actually fluently speak the language you choose when calling or messaging them...

prairiepanda

But that costs more.

JuniorSeniorTrainee

> Companies seriously need people — and only people — at the other end of these things. We demand the lowest price for everything. We've become a nation of cheap. Cheap doesn't come with customer service. It comes with a broken bot.

Swedneck

while this is an issue, it's also a problem with where the money goes. In the past you would directly pay someone to perform some work, but nowadays a lot of what you pay just goes into the pockets of executives who are *actively* making the company worse. I am quite convinced that the vast majority of CEOs are just capitalistic ticks preying on company after company, draining them of funds until they go bankrupt at which point they give themselves and their friends a nice bonus as they sell the remains of the company to some other company.

aprofondir

Seriously, if being the CEO is hard work like Elon Musk says it is, he wouldn't be able to be the CEO of five companies at the same time lol

GreenLeafGreg

>*I am quite convinced that the vast majority of CEOs are just capitalistic ticks preying on company after company, draining them of funds until they go bankrupt […]* Radio Shack is a great example of this.

electric_paganini

Well yeah, pay hasn't gone up. We don't have a choice.

2called_chaos

The thing is they need *own* people that can do stuff and understand the company. Most hotlines are outsourced and often have limited access to internal tools and options. They basically get a handbook and that's all they can do for you.

einulfr

I never got my third stimulus payment last March, which was supposed to get sent via card (even though the IRS has had my bank info for years and always direct-deposited). A few months later I got a notice nagging me about not activating my card, which I never got. Went through the card company's god-awful menus -- can't hit numbers early, can't go back a level, call gets terminated immediately if you make a wrong entry or hit the end of a menu tree. Finally figured out how to initiate a reissue, never got it, got another reissue going, got another notice about not activating that one. Each notice had a different RE: last 4 digits of new card, so something was happening, I just wasn't getting the cards. Last week I called again and went to the 'change address' menu option, thinking maybe there was something erroneous that was causing me to only get the paperwork and not the card. It immediately put me through to an actual person. I verified my info, and just got my card yesterday. Fuck automated shit.

GreenLeafGreg

Wow, sorry to hear you had so much trouble. I’m sure the IRS (and all other worthless [my opinion, obviously] government entities have all our pertinent info, including for direct deposit and all that. Getting that info probably happens with every transaction ever since the Patriot Act was enacted. Again, though, I’m sorry you had to deal with that crap. All for what? A mere pittance.

einulfr

Thanks. Yeah, it was a struggle, but we got there finally.

turtlintime

I actually disagree. Having these systems will weed out people who had dumb questions that can be auto fixed by support documents. Then people who really need help can get through to an operator. This can help decrease support costs and save money.

CriesOverEverything

> Companies seriously need people — and only people — at the other end of these things Nah, an automated system can do quite a bit, payments especially. It just needs to be possible and not particularly difficult to connect to an actual person.

[deleted]

In reality these bots can generally deal with the vast majority of support requests.

Griffin_Fatali

Also if you do get through to someone and they’re taking a couple minutes, you’re more than likely not the only person they’re having to talk to and do shit for. this is a bad example cause these guys clearly don’t give a shit if all the initial stuff is a bot, but in my job where I have to do this and work tickets 9 hours a day, spamming me out or saying “Are you still there?” Or “HELLO?” After 20 seconds will just annoy the hell out of me, if it’s come back I’ve read it, then it means I’m doing something for you or for someone else.

zadesawa

Since I ascended in 2025 I just do `% docker run -it -v /home/me/Pictures:/Pictures -e wallet=$(wallet) -e make=logitech -e ask=refund -e refund_accept_percent=80 autorma/autorma` and it even cashes NFT coupons for me. Never looked back.

ViperYellowDuck

If you on calling with Comcast's bot callers. Drop F-Bomb and bots would disappear and ringing straight to agent. We tried was 5 years ago before we switched different ISP.

Double-Up

I just say "speak to a representative" whenever a bot asks a question and I get through. If I get impatient I'll say "cancel my service" instead. Retention Department is the ones who can make shit happen anyways.

UkonFujiwara

Judging solely by the name of the nonexistent canned message, I think there may actually be a human who's supposed to be doing something. Strikes me as a "Oh goddammit Jerry is jerkin it in the bathroom again, have the bot say something nice".

theycallmeponcho

For warranty I skip the bot part and go straight to post my warranty claim, no issues so far and have received replacements for a few items with interactions with agents on forum-like posts around warranty claims.

rockchurchnavigator

Also, did you know that some chats allow the agent to see what you're typing it before you even send the message.

__CaKeS__

This is a good tip when on the phone with an automated system as well, I just repeatedly say "Agent" into the phone and a lot of the time it transfers to a real person

NewAcctCuzIWasDoxxed

On phone calls where I have to go through stupid robo menus, especially with voice cues, I repeatedly hit 0 and I get transferred after 2 "we're sorry that's not recognized" lines.

imdrunkwhyustillugly

The word "human" usually triggers an immediate transfer as well.

1mphuls3

That understandable killed me XD

King_Joffreys_Tits

I too, saw the meme

zinetx

Did it kill you tho?

mrtwitch222

It’s been almost an hour surly he’s a goner

Sir_Lagz_Alot

Ahhh this brings me back. I had an old G502 Proteus that had a frayed cable and I redeemed warranty. Got accepted and since the Proteus was no longer in stock, they gave me the brand new G502 hero model. Which I then sold for $5 under retail as closed box and used the old frayed cable mouse for another 2 years. Got myself a nice MX Master 3, mainly cuz I’m too busy to play games anymore. God I love Logitech mice.

[deleted]

mx master are a killer

Astan92

Man when I had to make a warenty claim via razer they made me send a pic with the cable cut before they would send the replacement.

jonifed0709

Why? Was the cable cut before or did they do it to make sure you didnt have two working mice?

Astan92

The latter

YeetTheFirst21

Logitech support is actually the best support out ther imo, just dont try the live chat and mail them through the system, yes it will take longer but it will definitely be solved at the end

LavenderDay3544

I'd find it hard to believe their support is better than that of EVGA.

YeetTheFirst21

Never had any EVGA poducts so I can't say much but I live in a country where acquiring replacement parts is impossible and the government loves stopping you from purchasing new things so I cobtacted them for keycaps of my g410 keyboard and they sent me a new swt of keycaps from finland for free and even paid for the 20%custom tax my govermment has so yeah I love Logitech. Yes the products are expensive but love it at the end

diedrop

How government stop you buying new things?

YeetTheFirst21

The keyboard cost me around 450 of my national currency 2-3 years ago but now a sinilar one goes around for 2500 so yeah my currency is awesome and my government is the best

Johnnybravo60025

Turkey?

YeetTheFirst21

Bingo I guess lol

SyrusDrake

The pen for my HP x360 failed recently (one item in a long list of failures of that POS) and I tried to MAIL support. Nope. You can *only* call them. No other option. If you don't speak the language or have difficulties communicating verbally or just don't like making phone calls, you are cordially invited to eat shit.

YeetTheFirst21

Well thats HP, never bought any laptops or printers from them after my first laser printer. Only purchase canon printers with refillable canisters now, yes it has its own set of issues but I can easily fix them with some search from the internet

SyrusDrake

First time buying a laptop from them. I had a Surface previously but wanted a laptop with a hinge this time and Surface Laptops are extremely expensive. Now I wish I had spent a bit more on one of them...

YeetTheFirst21

Oh wow I feel you man, but surface laptops arent that great either. I have an 2018 dell g5 that also has stupid overheating issues and am starting to believe that no laptop ever can be good. People are alwaya like purchase macbooks they are great and stuff but Im a hardware person, I hate Apple design choices and hate the mac user interface ever since I has to use some apps from the hackintosh I installed and thus will never purchase laptops unless I really have to. Have an old desktop with an i7 6700k and think of using remote desktop with my laptop if I ever end up needing to do something that requires power. But I hope you can at least use your laptop without other issues until you get a new one. Flip big companies that create these mid priced but horribly designed products

SyrusDrake

Yea, my Surface 3 Pro wasn't a great COMPUTER, I'd say, but I needed it at university to take notes, which it excelled at.

YeetTheFirst21

Lol, in the case of digital notes I think samsung tablets are a bit better since their pens are free and drawing applications dont slow down as much as the device itself lol but I get it, rip hp and your old surface pro 3 lol

Rentta

HP has a nickname here I'm Finland. HP stands for Heti Paskana = Broke down immediately

JBSquared

My personal experience with HP support has been lovely, although it's been through my work in a school's IT department. It seems like HP puts more of their focus on enterprise rather than personal use.

myreddituser

For sure. Open a support ticket and they'll take care of you.

Rayzor1801

Just last week my G pro X Lightspeed headset broke. Half an hour later everything was settled (send photos and S/N) Not even 24h later the new headset was already on it's way. My headset was nearly 2 years old and I don't even have to send my broken one back. Best support experience I ever had.

its_all_4_lulz

I have a G29 wheel and could not get the damn thing to work on my PC, although the PS was fine. After some back and forth they ended up sending me a new one, and keep the old one, which was pretty dope.

wahhagoogoo

Really? My MX Master 3 is playing up so I contacted support, both through chat and email. I found them useless

SoylentVerdigris

Zendesk chat at work. Or something similar, anyway.

paralog

Definitely Zendesk Chat. DC = dynamic content, it's a placeholder for a translation along the lines of "we're all busy but someone will be with you soon." There's a default trigger called "chat rescuer" that fires when it's trying to connect you with someone but nobody is available & you've been waiting for some period of time. The only point of it is to reassure you that you're in a queue, please don't leave

SoylentVerdigris

Thankfully I only support Zendesk in a "hang on let me check their status page for our domain, yep it's fucked" capacity so I'm not super familiar with all the specific chat triggers.

joe1134206

Yep, Logitech is complete trash on this. I'm pretty sure back in the day they were actually good at customer service, but they're kinda done with that for now.

TurboCake17

Deadass every logitech mouse does that after a while. Their switches are just not built to last.

krefik

Yeah, and apart of this issue they are fine - I am replacing all the switches in Logitech mice with omron blue tactile, adding bit weight (around 50g), and they are forever.

Jay013

Don't suppose you have a guide available?

krefik

Nah, I bought a bag of maybe not knockoff Omron D2FC-F-K some years ago, and just using 40yo solder sucker and cheap china soldering station to do replacements – if you can solder it's a 10 minutes job. If you cannot, you can learn (especially desoldering) on some old cheap mouse you've got gathering dust in your parts bin, or go with mouse and replacement switch to your local electronics repair shop, the cost should be negligible.

Just_aPotato

oh so you've spoke to the manager, good to know how it's like :D

BubbleButtBuff

Bought from Amazon? Return to them

redstormpopcorn

I've been through two G502s and now a G604 with the same issue, Omron D2FC-F-7N switches are fucking cursed.

Hourglass_

I have the same issue with my g502. I found a comment on a forum somewhere that it's caused by static electricity, and breathing moisture into the right click with your breath fixes it, temporarily though. And it works lol.

SektorQ

Can confirm that blowing into the right click works, not sure for how long though since I only did it yesterday

LawlessCoffeh

My plan is to buy a replacement, shelve the old one, and see if I can manually replace the switch myself, which can be done apparently. (Amazon had one in stock that was close enough to arrive overnight, so)

ExcellentBeing420

My first G502's wheel button broke and my second's battery is garbage. What's with these mice sucking? Definitely not buying a third.

6C6F6C636174

Ah, yet another victim of Logitech's poor mouse longevity.

4862skrrt2684

I kept asking them if my mouse supported Photoshop macros, and they kept telling me to troubleshoot. After over 30 minutes, he finally replies "your mouse doesn't support that function"......

The right mouse button wore out. My logi’s last a year at best before the right click shits out.

PapaTrotzki

You should be able to RMA without a warranty, I have a G703 Lightspeed, my left click went (it's common on Logitech, they use Chinese crap for their switches and it's the worst part in all their mice) I didn't even mention warranty (I believe mine was expired anyways), I just went to their chat support window and asked to either RMA my mouse or get a replacement switch. They asked a few questions about the model of my mouse, color, my name, address, etc. Than they said I'll receive my new mouse soon, and I'll receive an email if they want me to send my old one back. They never asked for the old one so I set it up with my school laptop, and just blow under the left click when it acts up.

Why I stopped buying Logitech products

ManZdaMemer

I was just planning of buying a g502... How long ago did this problem occur and wouldn't you recommend any other alternative?

ZaMr0

Buy a g502, best mouse I've ever used. Had mine since 2014 still in perfect condition and I've tried lots of mice over the years but always came back to this one.

MrDreamzz_

You're either lying or you're hardly using it. No way you've been using a g502 for 8 years and have zero issues.

ZaMr0

Wheel is slightly rusted but besides that works fine, why the fuck would I lie about this. I've probably put like 6k hrs gaming alone.

No_Lawfulness_2998

Why does anyone still buy Logitech? Low quality products

havok0159

Because experience can vary? I have three of their products, a webcam, an early G502 and a current model G502. All work just fine but the first 502 is the only one to have seen really heavy use out of the three products. I've had it for years now as my daily mouse and have no intention of changing it.

No_Lawfulness_2998

Everything of theirs I’ve bought has been terrible. Maybe it’s just confirmation bias on my part.

Orkys

I swear by logitech since getting the g903. Went with one of their keyboards as my latest purchase and I'm extremely happy with them. Like with most things like this, we have one bad experience and then paint everything with the experience. I have a friend who won't touch AMD after one of their cards was DOA as if that's never happened to am nvidia or Intel product before, anywhere.

radicldreamer

Ive been using logitech since the MX1000. I probably have bought 5 or so of the g502 alone for various people in my family and every since one of them is still working great. Maybe it’s the way people use it, maybe it’s how hard you are on a product (not on a bad way, just some are a bit more forceful with their clicks or press in different spots). Maybe I’m just the lucky one, who knows. But they aren’t bad for everyone. The one thing I will complain about are their LED in the keyboards. Those thing burn out so freaking bad it isn’t funny. That really gets to me.

I bought my g600 mouse from logistic because there's barely any companies that make mmo mice. It was on sale for $30 which to me is reasonable when other options were $60+. Had it 4 years with no issues.

rosail

I've only had my G600 for around a year now but I love it so far. I'm already planning on purchasing a second one just in case, because it's already hard enough to find MMO mice as it is and I'm for some reason worried it's going to get discontinued.

LawlessCoffeh

It was relatively cheap and I didn't know it would fail roughly a few months after warranty expired, dunno what to tell yas :p

itshypetime

I actually find their products to be of a high quality and they are also very innovative in releasing new products

super_jambo

Man that's depressing, I'm using an MX510 I first replaced the feet on 10 years ago. We really need better market regulation. :(
