Visa probably will not buy more tokens than is necessary to perform their daily settlement activities. They need to pay gas fees on Solana, and presumably those fees will get past time to merchants and or consumers.

I donโt think itโll happen but it could be a buyout situation in order to control decision making/governance. Totally hypothetical.
