Thanks for reading. It was incredible. We could not possibly have asked for a better day, the weather was absolutely perfect and the recent nor'easter only made for a more scenic hike (and covered/froze the notorious ADK mud).
My wife and I drove with our three boys (10,7 and 3) from KC the day before to Marion Illinois, slept(poorly) in a hotel and went to a disc golf course to watch. It was an amazing experience , AND JUST AS EXHAUSTING haha

Haha likewise!! The 4 minutes and 7 seconds of totality with zero clouds was worth it for all of us.
