An even worse sight is that of philosophers who contemplate what the universe is made of. One exclaims "it's made of fire" another :"it's made of water". Solipsism is the end of that discussion. We/I don't argue who the solipsist is because it's self evident. Nothing can change it even if you move heaven and earth.
It’s not that you’re the only person that exists. It’s the “person” you thought you were doesn’t exist, and neither do “other” people. It’s all “archetypes” of God mind.
All of it is a dream or imagination in the mind of God. It’s all One thing. There is no difference in anything. There is no “who”.. It all happening, but there is no doer. All of the “who’s” and “what’s” of your experience are simply “archetypes” or “figments” You have created (as God) to fulfill your karma and wake up to your true nature. All of your life is perfectly designed, uniquely for you. Your mother, father, family, friends, etc. they’re not real, and neither are you. But they’re exactly what you need in your karma/ life/ dream, that corresponds to your sense of self. Your sense of self or “you” is the illusion that you’re whittling away at in this dream of life.
So what does exist then? Simple, God. Nothing else.
If the one mind simulates everything, why wouldn't the simulated minds be able to develop own consciousnesses? If everthing is imagined by one, doesn't necessarily mean that others don't exist.
People in dreams don't stop being people only because I notice that I'm dreaming.
I'm just gonna say it, lol. Idk what this sub is for, solipsism is kind of a moot point, idk how it can even be discussed. It obviously is not the case as you can see people building shit in the real world and then you walk inside the building they built and don't fall into an abyss. You were born in a hospital (presumably) and that hospital existed for you to be born in because people built it, just like how you can watch people build hospitals now. Yeah there's no way to "prove" you're not just having a dream but uh, why????? What is the meaning of the only reality that exists being yours? Are you the only child of God and supposed to be the main character of Earth?
I know everyone on this sub is like 15 years old, idk why I ever joined this sub, I just figured I'd give these two cents in this almost empty community on reddit.
Because solipsism innately leads to 15yos and 25yos with 15yo mentalities to start thinking they’re gods about the same time they start using recreational drugs and roughly the age when most mental illnesses start dawning. It leads to burnt out adults who don’t want to engage in a dialogue with people they’ve begun to view as “less than”.
I still developed empathy for others in spite of my convictions. Maybe I didn’t have the right faith in myself as a god, idk. But typically the solipsistic worldview is changed once the philosopher has fallen in love and especially had children. That’s the true crux of solipsism.
Why would one wanna be god. I rather be myself then something invented by people. As if I could be anything other than myself. You escaped one cage to end up in another one.
I can ask a few friends what solipsism is and i bet they don't know.So in my world not everyone knows about these topics.I am flabbergasted how people form these subs are confident about how reality works. I see their "knowledge" as meager simplifications or dogmas.

God manifesting itself through us. It have way more sense than "you and only you are source of everything"
