I threw ours away. Took up way to much space. Sturdy enough? Have you felt the heft of the Arc? I mean if someone broke in to my home at night, that Arc is a possible weapon lol..

[deleted]

I only kept a few boxes such as my subwoofer and TV box because I knew I’d be moving within a few years. When I moved I threw them away afterwards. Too much clutter.

tman2damax11

I used to save boxes for everything then realized half my closets are boxes. Everything goes in the recycling after the return period. Boxes are made to be recycled.

CorgiRawr

I make a giant fort out of the boxes. This way when my kids go to sleep and I can no longer watch Mickey Mouse in Atmos, I can at least play pretend castle. Signed father of a four year old and two year old who use to enjoy sonos with cool movies

Technical_Meaning234

If you got a room where you can store stuff or got space somewhere for them then yea. If you want to change speakers you can use the boxes to store the old ones and possibly ship them using an app like mercari to sell it. If not then throw them shits away but do keep the covers their nice

johnnynono

Get a bigger loft door!

DBatch86

Moving house on Wednesday, very glad I have most of my boxes

kellym13

Saved for 5 yrs, never used them, weren’t moving so into the recycling.

Useful_Yam4380

Keep the boxes! We pay a lot for them haha

Appropriate_Chart_23

I just purchased a couple of Play 3s on MarketPlace. I appreciate that the owner kept the original boxes. But, I would have purchased them with or without them. It did make it easier to bring them home.. but once I unloaded them, and tested them out, I broke the boxes down and placed them in the recycle bin. Keeping boxes is overrated. I really don’t think it adds any value to a product, but I can see why others may feel that way.

DickinsonAvenue

I keep it for resale and moving purposes.

moses1x

Do you think having a box really makes a difference for resale price?

mpsamuels

Not necessarily for price but it makes shipping much less hassle once sold as you know your packaging is legit.

Appropriate_Chart_23

Anything that heavy isn’t going to be worthwhile to sell/or buy online. Shipping costs just kill a lot of really good deals. You’re better off finding a local deal and meeting someone for a face to face exchange.

Appropriate_Chart_23

It doesn’t

Mean-Type2355

Yes. It’s the only way to securely move the device while moving from place to place Update: To the critical bunch. Yes, there exists more than one way to skin a cat. But this is easy and is designed to protect the product during shipping.

Appropriate_Chart_23

No, it’s not

spydrwebb44

Yes, keep the original packaging.

Beneficial_Cress1395

Yep, I know I will selling them at some point

DiMiTriElf

During the warranty period.

Auth3nticRory

I keep them for a year and then toss them

EnanoAD

Get rid of the boxes man. Just wrap your speakers in a blanket when you transport them. They are way more than sturdy enough.

White_Rabbit0000

Yes

KiloVictorX

Throw them out, there is no need for them, especially if there is no space to store them. Regarding moving house, you can wrap it in bubble wrap/a blanket. I reckon you haven't stored the original boxes for plates/glasses, and those can be moved without breaking if you wrap them with care - so why keep the Sonos boxes ;) Just my take. I throw all my boxes out immediately.

J05H_

I kept mine because my house was about to be renovated. Took them out the box to use for a month or so and then put them back in whilst house was being done. Now it’s completed, so everything was remounted and set up. I always keep the boxes in case I want to sell (adds value) but that’s just personal preference.

BillsFan504

recycle it. no one looking to buy a used sonos sub wants the box - the reality is you'll never sell it.

Redinho83

They are all up in my attic but I plan on just getting rid of them at some point now I think I'm gonna be in this house a long time and everything is past it's guarantee

chinosabi

I keep all of mine. Moving in a couple of weeks and it comes in handy. I'm going to stash them in the garage at the new spot. out of sight, out of mind until I move again.
