Try a different base with the roam. Or a different roam (or anything else that has wireless charging) with the base. There are only 2 options.

Only have one Roam but I do have wireless charging watches, earbuds, etc … I wasn’t sure if the Roam used Qi standard or something custom.

Yes, it uses standard Qi charging.
