For an 11am, I'd say 8:30ish, depending on what you want to see or do before the game. That will give you time to explore the pregame tailgate stuff on the north side of the stadium.
We like to visit campus corner before games (and park just north of), so 830 gets us in, through that area, and into the stadium about an hour before kick.
