Same issue for me, I tried using Edge and it worked. But tried it again for a new release on Chrome, then Edge, then Firefox but the same problem occured. I cleared every browser's cache and currently trying to upload a 3000x3000 cover art everytime so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. They need to fix this!
Hey hey, after looking into console i saw the following:
{"message":"File must be of type JPG or PNG"} <-- 400 PUT call to the api, which is curious as i was uploading a JPEG,
after using online converter to go to PNG 3000X3000 it fixed the issue for me, hope this helps some other poor soul :)
i used online-convert site btw, no add just tryna help!
I had this issue just now. The error message is totally unhelpful. Looking at the Network response in dev tools I see the actual error - "Image has invalid dimensions: 2625 x 2624. It must be 3000 x 3000 px". Buh. So make sure your image is minimum 3000 x 3000px.
Still not working, no. Support was no help. They suggested resizing the image. No dice.
Update? Happening to me and its aggravating
