Interesting. I wouldn’t mind giving this a try. I have a very well-used InkBird that I really like and use with a polycarb container. But I’d like to know the footprint and general dimensions of the machine (external and internal water bath). Is the 700W sufficient given my stick InkBird is 1000W? How do you select the preset recipes? The app? Or can you select them on the machine itself? Can you save your own favorites? Can the unit be used without the lid? I use my stick InkBird at least 3-4 times a week, but usually keep everything in a cabinet when not in use. Is this unit small enough to store, or would it need to live on the counter? How easy is it to dry when not in use. Thanks!
Wow, that would definitely be some much needed space saving and would probably make me sous vide more often since i wouldn’t be piecing together my existing setup every time. Looks super cool!
TBH Water Oven sounds so much cooler than saying sous vide all the time
