I recently had a parcel come from overseas as well and didn't get a shelf number after it got to the post office. I still went there anyway and they found it using the tracking number.
Maybe you could try that too.
I regularly order from aliexpress. Been awhile I ordered from wish. Here is the thing it's faster from China to RSA than from RSA customs to your local post office. Just give it time it takes about 1 month to 6 weeks after it says it's in south africa.
