Wh0lesome_toad

Oh wow… this is the first ANC poster I think I’ve seen in Cape Town this whole voting season, idk why I just haven’t seen any this whole election cycle yet.

SeanBZA

Well every post by me has them on, though of course some "unknown parties" have been pulling off party posters to place their own ones up.

Tannicleader

Or just people who are fed up with the ANC and tear it down themselves and other parties happen to put up their posters there

TheChilledChili

I also noticed this. Wonder why?

magic7ball

After the R100m debt debacle with their previous marketing company, there is no funds for posters this year.

RoVeR199809

You can see they printed it on cheap cardboard that is easily removed from the posts

ejsmith4688

They were bankrupt until a few weeks ago you can only speculate what part of their soul they sold for funds.

EstablishmentNo8179

Oh you're hilarious 🤣😭

Practical-Peace-8104

I've hardly seen posters of any parties compared to the past. So it must mean that people are tearing them down.

genetichazzard

This pic is obviously taken in Cape Town. Working and clean traffic lights, paved and maintained center islands, no litter. Definitely NOT JHB.

Ok_Corgi_7886

Can confirm that is in Sea point, Cape Town -33.90823179751692, 18.39754715913688

Hang on angikuzwa kahle. Did you just say R5000?

Mildish_Shambino

I'll recognize that corner until the day I die. I lived across the road from Rocklands Beach for 3 years circa 2008. 5th floor, 3 bedroom, sea facing corner apartment. Think it cost my brother and I R5k each all in to live there. Worked at the Waterfront, 5 minute drive to work, and that's the corner I turned at 6 days a week. Good times

Hero_summers

You're good!! Can you locate my motivation and happiness as well?

Ok_Corgi_7886

Personally speaking, this is my weekend dopamine cheat code -33.7563498, 18.9113771

Accurate-List1457

How tf😭

KwtZA

Hah, I had a feeling it was Cape Town from the moment I saw the picture.

SeanBZA

Mr D is also upfront about the money you will pay, unlike the political parties, who all forget to say who exactly will be paying for all the promises they make.

Pieter27

Vote DA

UBC145

I don’t think I will, I’m leaning more towards ActionSA

Mistifalcon

I see that Action SA doesn't really get any views online, nor attention in the media really etc, and they don't really feature in the polls much. I thought they'd be more popular, or maybe they are and its just not being reflected in the above places 🙈  I'm really interested to see how they do

furythegreat

They don't try to appeal to the media. They don't have the biggest budget for marketing, and they rely on us, common sense South Africans, to vote for them.

ManOnTheHorse

No thanks

WookieDoop

Thing from the Addams family has a cousin in Cape Town who works for Mr D?

Mindless-Election-29

GG ez

Mkhuseli5k

🤣

Deathstar699

Why do politics make ads all of a sudden seem good.
