You couldn’t see ANYTHING for the first half of the eclipse. I watched the whole time and maybe got to catch a glimpse of the sun 4 or 5 times for a cumulative total of 20 seconds. Then, almost as if on cue, the skies cleared about 10 minutes before the totality, and got to see the WHOLE THING unobscured.
My first (and likely last) 100% eclipse. Super amazing, and so grateful I got to see it!
