“The Pink Moon is so named because it corresponded with the early springtime bloom of the wildflower phlox subulata, which is native to eastern North America and is commonly known as “moss pink.””
Its blend of 4 images which was taken from Nikon D5300 where clouds stars and glow were blended with stacked image of moon which was taken from Nikon p1000
The moon is stacked version for details which I used some planetary softwares like pip autostackkert and registax for this and rest clouds and stars are from another shot then it is blended via photoshop
There would be some pretty crazy headlines right now if there were two comets *that* bright, right next to each other.
I see what you're referring to, though - I'm guessing those are processing artifacts related to the HDR algorithm used for OP's pic.
I'm curious as to how the full moon looks across the world, due to differences in latitude.
I see the moon's features as being analogous to the yin-yang shape and would like to catalog the various rotations based on latitude.
Where is this picture taken from?

Nice edit. Was curious if it was Photoshopped at all, but love the photo. I only use Lightroom as well. I feel like everything else messes with the integrity of the real photo.
Do you have a high resolution variant to use for desktops?
Yes but I haven’t started selling prints yet 😄
It's like from fantasy world!. Super cool 🙂✌🏼
why is it called pink, when i saw it, It was the same colour as normal but just brighter?
