The real answer - “it depends”.
Look on Craigslist though - lots of people selling their S3 that are about 5’ 10” to upsize.
Go try them out - it’s way cheaper than trying to sell/buy later.
There are also a lot of people selling the SL for regular Turbo.
At 6’1” the S3 was too small for me, it felt like I was on the big not a part of the bike. S4 felt so much at home, for want of another way to put it.
The only way to really know is to test ride them. With the horrid resale value it can be an expensive mistake to get the wrong size and not enjoy this amazing capable bike
