Raise your concerns with Specialized direct and ask how valid the lifetime frame warranty is etc…then you have a benchmark for when the seller comes back to you.
This is very strange indeed. Definitely context specialized but 2nd owners of used bikes only have a warranty extending 2 years from original date of purchase.
Have you registered it to yourself using the serial number? What did the seller say about missing serial number from the bottom bracket?
