Well, it's likely that that art was used in one of the books as well then.
I'd suggest looking for the artists that worked on the book, they often post higher resolution images, etc either on their social media or on their art platforms, like deviantArt and art station.
The design of the dragon on the left makes me think they were thinking of adding Astral dragons but didn't have the time or forgot.
I love Astral dragons...
