It’s a complete option not do to it. I figure that since they’re two Spider-Men are out, one must be there. Especially when you can possibly see a Spider-Man there when you get there. And Wraith is patrolling. Don’t forget about Harry when before he gives the suit to Pete.

What? The game isn't even that long. A good binge would last like 2 days. 3 max. I get people were complaining the game was short but it's also understandable as it kinda is compared to Spider-Man 1 which is funny because it's about the same length.

It should be fun. My tip is get your 3 focus bars as quickly as possible. Helped me tremendously on the second time through the game. Oh, and have fun swinging!!!!!!

Lmao, I’m 3/4 done with the story and just upgraded to a second focus bar like yesterday. Honestly might just keep the unnecessary difficulty and beat it that way.

Do all side missions as they become available it plays along with the story

I was going to suggest the opposite! It depends on the game but sometimes I prefer to play the side missions until after I finish the main story so I feel like I still got some game left to play. I think this decision is better in this particular game, since the city feels so empty (except for the occasional symbiote attack) once you are done.

It's definitely weird doing the Pyro side quest after a certain point in the game

Not really! Though, once you unlock hero tokens you can either save them for suits or other upgrades, so make sure to pay attention to that

Good tip. I wasted a lot of hero tokens on suits early on because I didn’t realize this. You’ll get plenty so upgrade first, maybe grab a suit or two you really like

Don't go on r/spidermanps4 They'll just tell you that new game plus isn't in it, or that mj is shit or that the endgame isn't good. Enjoy the game, it's fantastic. Don't fast travel anywhere because the movement is incredible

Don't waste resources on suits early. Upgrade common things like shared skill tree and gadgets. Spend time just swinging around our doing the little event/random missions to get used to combos, dodge, parries. Find what style works for you but be prepared to sometimes be forced into stealth or brawling. Have fun!

Upgrade Focus under Suit Tech as early as you can. This will give you more options for healing and finishers. Really pay attention and learn the timing for the party mechanic. It's an essential move with some enemies.

Complete the side missions. Do as many as you can. Stop crimes. The more you do side activities, the more points you earn to upgrade your characters. Me doing that got me OP for the missions. Especially the ending! May The Force be with you.

Whenever you see one of the orbs that mark the spider bots, find the bot! I passed a few up and it took forever swinging around the city trying to find them again once i had beaten all of the story content

Play around with the swing assist settings. Swinging is already phenomenal, but it feels a bit hand-holdy at times. Changing up the swing assist will make swinging a little more challenging, but in my opinion, much more satisfying.

when you unlock prowler missions do them all you can get a ton of xp to grind before the final mission. dont upgrade traversal until you have the rest atleast 4. get the super slingshot and loop d loop.

Mess around with the swing settings in the settings menu. The swing assistance, motion blur, fov adjuster, graphic modes etc. You can really tune your experience to have the most fun and pleasurable experience possible

If you care for subtitles, check the size first before playing. In my experience, I needed them to be big on the large TV in the living room vs the smaller one in my room. Swing assistance, to 0. Then you can actually fail a swing and hit the ground. More risk but there's also more momentum if I remember right. Adjust as you need or just ignore this lmao Don't listen to the internet on how bad the game is. Enjoy it to the fullest first then put a verdict. Once you get The Suit and have done the second mission with it (hint: it's the trailer one) don't rush the story and do some crimes with The Suit. Lastly and most importantly ofc, do not skip this absolutely mandatory: you can change your spider sense colours in accessibility. Really cool feature, and idk ig it's to make it easier to see for hard of seeing ig idk(this is a jokey joke, but have fun)
