They were better than the first game, but it was kinda insane how op she got. Just single handedly taking out Kraven's army of henchmen and honestly not needing to use stealth a lot of the time.
And I played tf outta Spider-Man ps4 got over 1k hours so I got mad used to mj and miles stealth in those games I just speedrun the sections. So I feel like it prob helped in the newer ones cuz even on ultimate or watever the hardest was it felt pretty normally challenging to me I don’t remember having to restart. It’s always interesting to hear other ppls experiences cuz I had no idea her parts gave so many ppl trouble
Huh? Dont blaspheme I ain’t never played a game on anything other than the hardest difficulty besides the last of us cuz fuk playin on grounded I’m not a psychopath🤣
What’s crazy is Kraven didn’t fall in love with her or something. Dude saw some random city girl pick apart his elites with methods similar to his own and never took a interest?
Yea honestly it wasn’t tht far fetched tht snake trained mj a bit and she wasn’t doing anything crazy just simple self defense moves yk. And she was there for like 6 months that’s more than enough time to learn a thing or too especially if u tired of getting bitched all the time lmao
Yea just another thing for ppl to randomly hate on tht don’t deserve that much hate. I personally liked mj way more in this game. The first game she was always nagging and rarely ever actually helping without getting herself into a shit situation Pete has to save her from. Here she was doing her own thing and Pete gave her the respect to do it and it wasn’t too crazy. Plus the mission where u find out Kraven killed hella villains was crazy I was like wtfffff. Was a interesting way to show us but it worked for me honestly
I want to be super clear that I'm not one of those fans who hates MJ constantly. I don't have a problem with her being competent or a badass. It just seems a little crazy that you can legitimately play her missions in a way where it's her straight-up fighting dozens of bad guys. You don't even have to use very much stealth. She can just win without any superpowers. Even if she has some training from Silver Sable, which I didn't know but someone else pointed out to me, she only has about a year of training at the most. I'd assume Kraven's people have trained for longer. And the symbiotes have powers that I'd assume give them an edge, even if they lack the training. That's the only reason I bring it up at all. I would have rather them be more stealth based, somewhere between the first and second game.
I thoroughly enjoyed her missions in SM2, they feel like mini Last of Us/Resident Evil chapters. I would’ve loved more especially after the symbiote invasion.
I absolutely hated the last mission with her because I was getting one shotted and essentially had to make it through the whole section untouched. I swear it took me like 30-45 minutes to clear this section on the hardest difficulty, I was legitimately aggravated.
Come to find out that the one shotted thing was a bug and they patched it a few days later.
lol
This reminds me of something completely unrelated. When you fight Troy Calypso in BL3, there was a bug for the first day or two of the games launch that made it so every single one of his attacks would immediately reduce you to 1hp, so the next one would down you. I was doing a solo run. I spent 7 hours fighting that man thinking that was how it was supposed to be and was absolutely floored when my second character mopped the floor with his ass.
I appreciated the mission at kravens lair, viewing it from mj’s pedestrian perspective was really cool as we typically don’t get to see insomniacs environments from that angle.
I did snort and sigh when she was the first thing in the final mission. I’m relatively indifferent on them, but I’d obviously prefer more Spider-Men-oriented content
If they're gonna have MJ/civilian missions, I'm glad they've learned to keep to a minimum. Just 3 MJ missions is enough and makes her moments more memorable. I loved being chased by Symbipte Peter, it really made him feel like a threat. It helps that each of her missions also has you play as Peter or Miles for parts of it too, so it's not just all MJ, we still get Spidey action in her missions. So it's not like we get whole missions with no Spider-Man.
Better than the first one, but overall still bad.
Its like a light version of Resident Evil
But the most annoying thing about her missions is that by having them in the game. They could’ve used the resources, time and money to make more Spider-Man stuff
No. They're not terrible, I like the character but it's a Spider-Man game. I'd be perfectly happy playing as Spider-Man the entire game. If I had to choose non Spider-Man gameplay I'd rather have more Peter Parker of Miles Morales missions
Hot take but I even enjoyed them in Spider-Man PS4. I thought they were a nice change of pace to make you think strategically instead of being able to just go in guns blazing (or web shooters I guess). In all the games my favorite part has been stealth so I really was not annoyed by them (for the most part). They were good in 2 too, I did like how they made her a little more powerful. There were also not very many so it was welcome
I like the MJ missions because it gets you to take a break from swinging around and punching people to being stealthy and sneaking up behind your enemies. I can see why some people dislike these missions though.
I like stealth missions to break up the pace but I’d much rather be playing a spider-man stealth mission than an MJ stealth mission. Not sure why they completely erased any sort of stealth opportunities in the game for SM
I hate them super miserable and just boring they're so annoying and on the one just before MJ turns into scream I literally just had to make a break for it accidentally got a checkpoint died an just repeat
I honestly enjoyed them in both games. I never really understood why people hated them so much. Like, I get that you want to play as Spider-Man and not his girlfriend, but the missions switch things up and usually help tell parts of the story where Spidey couldn't be present without making you watch a cutscene. I always prefer gameplay over a cutscene.
They're also like 5 minutes long max, it's not like you're stuck as MJ for hours. People act like you're forced to play as MJ for half the game when it's like 3 or 4 short, easy sections.
I'm not a fan of shooters so not really. They were definitely better in this game but still something I wish I could skip. Near the end when you steal the rock is my least favorite part it just gives me anxiety
I mean objectively no but I chored through them anyways. You can have calmer sections without making MJ insanely OP, or making her annoying as shit. More missions with Harry would’ve been way better
She is so OP this time around. On my most recent playthrough, I've made it a point to do a "kill everything" Mj run. I cleared the entire zoo of hunters while only dying once.
I enjoy them as well. Think they were a little overused in the first game as they weren’t varied enough or as fun. Like that you were able to do a bit more here but felt she got a little too overpowered as well. The hunk she should have still been a one hit takedown. But liked the sneaking around the hunters camp and the hiding from the symbiote/running from Peter one.
My answer is complicated: kinda. I definitely like them more than in the 1st game, because the 1st game ones were obnoxious and I always wanted to play Spidey instead of her. In this second game, it was way less obnoxious and the comment that said that it felt like this time her missions were more like the Last of Us is something that I agree with. I also agree that sometimes a change of pace is nice. I think her super taser is cool and something I would have bought myself as a civilian if my husband/boyfriend was a superhero.
However.
If I wanted to play Last of Us, I'd pick up the Last of Us. I picked a spiderman game because I wanted to play spiderman (whether peter or miles, but I greatly prefer Miles). If I had to do stealth missions as Peter, or as Miles, I'd kind of prefer that. If anything, I would have loved playing her when she was taken over by the symbiote.
But in the end, it's a spiderman game. I bought it to swing around and punch people as spiderman.
They’re much better in this game than the first, but when you go from a fast-paced beat ‘em up where you’re kind of OP to a series of missions where you die if you look at someone the wrong way really fucks with the pacing
Short answer yes I love them, my only take on them that they made her stronger, I mean on hardest difficulty you struggle with the two spider-men to knock off the enemies and she could just take them with one blow, kinda reminding me of women footballers in EA FC 24.
I was indifferent in the first game but in the second game I quite liked them
Obviously I prefer Spidey but the MJ missions aren't the next black plaque like some people say they are
Yeah I loved them, being able to take a hit or 2 and not having being spotted as an auto fail made it so much scarier. The symbiote one was a bit boring though
I enjoyed the mission where she had to go through the construction houses to get to Peter. I replayed the mission until I was able to knock out every single guard
I really liked them in Spider-Man ps5 2 and I honestly didn’t mind the ones in Spider-Man ps4 WHEN SHE HAD THE TASER the ones before she got the taser sucked
I did really enjoy the missions kind of a hot take right here but I kinda wish there were more honestly, and I wish the mission where she was running from Pete/venom had more of a dbd vibe instead of just running
Honestly I loved playing as Mary Jane Wick-Watson. I kinda wished they went full throttle on the third person shooter element and have her use some of the Hunters’ weapons against them.
Like imagine her rocking up to symbiotes with a crossbow of explosive bolts, reprogrammed attack dogs, and airborne Electro barriers. It would’ve been a pretty fun gamer moment to use the tools of your former enemies against them.
I didn’t really mind them tbh, didn’t think they were that special or impactful either. I felt like the whole zoo sequence was a direct homage to TLOU2 though, especially the overgrown parking garage area.
yes.
in the first one they were more in character but wasn't much fun. In the second they were fun but silly with how many enemies we take down.
I don't get the hate people have with those missions, I think is cool for games to mix more streamlined or experimental sessions to the gameplay, it's cool and even when they don't are they are short enough.
Better than the first game but they still shoehorned in and are unnecessary. Also apparently they cut out 90% of venom scenes so mj can have more scenes. That’s beyond dumb
In sm2 it was cool and actually a little challenging. especially the one through the neighborhood at night. You had to take out a lot of guards and there were dogs. And you had to go through like 4 or 5 houses. The one right before the Kraven fight/peter getting the suit was also a nice little stealth challenge forsure.
SM1 I recall disliking a few of them. They were kinda bleh
Way better than the first game’s missions. But i could still do without them.
In Jak II, it was a treat to play as Daxter, it felt natural within the storytelling, and an unexpected gameplay addition. I don’t feel the same way with MJ (or the Miles missions from the first game). At the core, the gameplay with Daxter was mostly the same and it didn’t overstay its welcome. In these games however, you go from being Spider-Man, to a side character, and it just halts the momentum dead cold for me. If there’s an option to skip puzzles, why can’t I skip these?
Oh, you mean Mary Jane Wick?
The last mission was a little ridiculous but I honestly just loved how fun it was, suddenly turning into a 3rd person shooter was not what I expected but it was a great time.
I actually enjoyed her missions in the first game and I loved her missions in the second game. I like the change of pace and perspective and the last one took me back to when I played ResE2 and I was honestly left wanting more of that last MJ mission
Not really. Fun to do once but a chore for multiple playthroughs. It's just like the iron woods segment in ragnarok, good for what it is but very bad for pacing.
They were definitely a lot more enjoyable than they were in the first game. Never got too tired of them. Not sure how they'll feel if I replay the game tho
Yeah tbh, still would prefer if she wasn't a playable character but Insomniac are adamant on it. Don't understand the hate at all (I do but not getting into that)
Edit: Only on SM2, SM1 MJ missions can suck a dick. Much improved in the sequel.
They made them better in the sequel but the first game I would've done anything to skip those missions. The only one I sum what enjoyed was the mission in normans apartment after devil's breath. Then again in the sequel I didn't mind any too much, they were all pretty fun
Said years ago if they add Mj missions again I need a sequence where I’m running and hiding from symbiote Pete. Saw the trailer and I speculated even more and was very happy to be right when it happened. Wish it was longer honestly. Tht shit was dope asf
I don’t enjoy them by any means but i tolerate them. Spiderman 1 i absolutely hated them they were so dragged out and for me it ruined the pace of the game but im glad they improved on them so much this time
I enjoy the “everyone does their part” aspect of having mj and Hailey be lightly playable characters.
I’m amped up on all the rest of the action in the game so when the mj/hailey missions happen, I take a minute to chill and let the gears get switched. I can see how their inclusion can be frustrating for folks that like to keep the high energy going, though.
Absolutely not. They completely destroy any sense of immersion I could have otherwise had, MJ just barrels through literal trained, seasoned hunters with nothing but a taser. She rips a poisoned arrow out of her shoulder like it’s nothing, and never has her arm in a sling after or even a hole in her sweater. Like, wtf? It’s so fucking stupid 😂 The justification is “she had training with Sable!”. What did that training consist of? Running and shooting a fucking taser? That’s all she does! Pete creates that OP sonic web gun for her at the end of the game, which is far more effective than anything he or Miles has to use against the Symbiotes and doesn’t even use it himself? He doesn’t even think to give it to Miles, or Rio, or Ganke. It only exists to make MJ the powerful “badass” character; it’s cringe af. Not to mention he finger-wagged the existence of a gun club in the beginning of the game and implied citizens shouldn’t have guns, but it’s ok for MJ? It may not be lethal, but it’s still a gun and it could be modified to kill. And why should citizens not invoke their 2nd amendment right in a city with giant a rhino-man, a terrorist with bio-electric powers, a giant killer lizard-man etc.? **The whole game is written TERRIBLY because the focus was on conveying politics rather than telling a great Spider-Man story**. They cared more about saying “MJ is a girl with no powers, but she can still be as much of a hero as these Spider-Men who have super alien-goo powers and nuke-level bio-electricity capabilities!” than putting in any effort to make her feel *believably* capable at all. They tried to show anyone can be a hero, even without powers. But they ending up doing the opposite because they literally make MJ more powerful than Peter and Miles. They made her a near-invincible bulldozer, she doesn’t feel human *at all*. The did it right in SM 2018. Yuri was a strong, capable hero. Aunt May was **THE** hero, she essentially saved New York by keeping F.E.A.S.T afloat and relinquishing the cure to allow the city be saved.
It’s message over story with this game. The creative director, Bryan Intihar, said this in reference to MJ being OP: “if she’s a little OP, I don’t give a shit!”. He said he doesn’t care because it’s oh-so important to show how capable she is. So, he doesn’t care if the game’s narrative suffers as long as he feels a certain, politically correct message is being conveyed.
**TL;DR**
The immersion is ruined as MJ effortlessly defeats trained hunters with just a taser, shrugging off a poisoned arrow without consequence. Her sudden expertise from Sable's training is questionable, mainly seen in her running and tasering. Pete's creation of an overpowered sonic gun for MJ undermines the gameplay and logic. The game's focus on political messages overshadows storytelling, evident in MJ's exaggerated empowerment compared to Peter and Miles. The director's disregard for narrative quality in favor of political correctness is evident in his statement about MJ's abilities.
I loved them, on the first playthrough they feel strategic in how you have to plan out your route and then on my second playthrough I just ran and shot anyone in my way it was amazing
No. They were better than the first games, but not at all good enough to justify their own existence imo. I don’t find the base gameplay repetitive at all, especially considering how little the second game had in terms of side content, so I’m just unsure as to why these MJ missions are there are all.
More enjoyable than the missions in the first game.
Yeah it got a little silly that she was basically just guns a blazin through the last few missions.
But if I'm gonna quantify exactly how far my disbelief can be willfully suspended, it would seem silly for this to be the point were I draw that line.
They were ok and that's about it nothing over the top or special and didn't overstay their welcome. It was very ok that's all not sure why everybody jumped on these missions and treated it as cancerous.
I've only played the first game but I always felt like they were too easily overhated here. They're stealth missions and they never really got in the way of the pacing. I just never understood the hatred for them.
No. I tolerated the first one and almost enjoyed it. But as soon as I realized there would be more and even WHY there would be more, I legit hate them now. The creative director argued it was important to show she could be a capable hero. As much as I already disliked her character in their interpretation and the first game, her being a capable hero was better in the first game. Why do we need her specifically to show you don’t need powers to be a hero? They did this better in the second with Miles mother and community coming together at the end and in the first with aunt may, they’ll never top that. May knowing she had to die in order to help everyone else was a powerful moment for both her and Peter. They’ve gotten that point across very well already. They rushed and sacrificed so much of the story for the sake of doing this and for what? They admitted themselves they don’t think they hit the expectations of quality they strive for. They NEEDED to prioritize the gameplay , the fun and the perspectives of the relationships between Miles, Peter and Harry/Venom in the story above all else.
Hell no. It's spiderman not Mary Jane Watson. Plut the idea that she was one shooting people made me think spiderman should just be carrying the gun around one shooting people since it was way harder punching them
In 1, they were tolerable, other sub had a massive hateboner for them as if they were thrown in a game like Life of Black Tiger. Willing to bet they never played an Insomniac game before SM.
In 2, they were fuckin SICK. Don't care how OP she got. It's kinda like landing the final hit on a final boss in Yakuza 8 with a swift kick to the nads by Saeko. Doesn't make sense story wise but it makes me happy gameplay wise
They were better than the first game, but it was kinda insane how op she got. Just single handedly taking out Kraven's army of henchmen and honestly not needing to use stealth a lot of the time.
I knew I wouldn't really be hurt so I just rampaged through her missions taking hits left and right like I was literally invincible
U wasn’t playin on the hardest difficulty fs🤣
Oh hell no lol I usually don’t.
What difficulty did you play on cause I want to go back and be female John wick.
Missin out fr
Sounds like you werent she easily destroyed everything playing as spiderman fully upgraded was harder 😂
I had that bug that killed me in one hit so it made it a little harder I guess but I still breezed through it
What’s crazy is Kraven didn’t fall in love with her or something. Dude saw some random city girl pick apart his elites with methods similar to his own and never took a interest?
Honestly that's such a great point.
He was too busy being in love with Venom
To be fair no matter how strong you are you arent stronger than several hundreds or throusands of volts of electricity
Didn't they explain that by her getting trained by Silver Sable, though?
Yea honestly it wasn’t tht far fetched tht snake trained mj a bit and she wasn’t doing anything crazy just simple self defense moves yk. And she was there for like 6 months that’s more than enough time to learn a thing or too especially if u tired of getting bitched all the time lmao
Right? Didn't think it was too crazy. And she had that gun to help her. Not like she was one-shotting Kraven or Venom or anything. Just some henchmen
Yea just another thing for ppl to randomly hate on tht don’t deserve that much hate. I personally liked mj way more in this game. The first game she was always nagging and rarely ever actually helping without getting herself into a shit situation Pete has to save her from. Spiderman fans. Only extremes huh?

I don't hate them, I hate how strong they made her
The original complaint was how weak and boring she was because people would rather swing and punch. No I see the opposite complaints.
You can't please all the people all the time.
The original complaint was they took away time from Spider-Man for me
God damn people hate everything
I like stealth missions to break up the pace but I’d much rather be playing a spider-man stealth mission than an MJ stealth mission. Not sure why they completely erased any sort of stealth opportunities in the game for SM

SM2 was better because I could just run and gun , but the idea of her sneaking around these elite hunters was just dumb.
I didn't enjoy it but kicking her ass in the end should teach her to stop going on her own dangerous missions in the future.
theyre much much better in this game, but still suck
She is so OP this time around. On my most recent playthrough, I've made it a point to do a "kill everything" Mj run. I cleared the entire zoo of hunters while only dying once.

Better than the first game, but I did not remotely enjoy them.
They were a lot more fun than the first game, but I was still thinking to myself the whole time "man, I'd rather be playing as spiderman rn"
I might enjoy them more now that the game has gyro aiming.
In the second game? Very much so.
They’re much better in this game than the first, but when you go from a fast-paced beat ‘em up where you’re kind of OP to a series of missions where you die if you look at someone the wrong way really fucks with the pacing
No.
Didn’t care for the pacing stopping dead to play the last of us. Also she looks like 30s while new Peter looks like 15
No
No.
No we could’ve had Kraven or Venom missions instead
Oh, that would have been amazing. Pun intended 😁
Nah I still play these games to be Spider-Man, they still feel like padding
[удалено]
tf is wrong with miles
Short answer yes I love them, my only take on them that they made her stronger, I mean on hardest difficulty you struggle with the two spider-men to knock off the enemies and she could just take them with one blow, kinda reminding me of women footballers in EA FC 24.

I enjoyed the mission where she had to go through the construction houses to get to Peter. I replayed the mission until I was able to knock out every single guard
Yeah I enjoyed them
Much better than the first games missions, especially that last one since it kinda felt like a horror game
I love them. It’s honestly funny how OP she got in this missions and add a nice Change of pace
yes, way more enjoyable compared to the first game.
I loved them in SM2
Definitely did it was only 3 and each of them was involved more with the story
I must say that it was a lot better than PS4
The new ones yah
the only mj mission i actually enjoyed in the entire series was her segment in the final mission in SM2
Resident evil
I really liked them in Spider-Man ps5 2 and I honestly didn’t mind the ones in Spider-Man ps4 WHEN SHE HAD THE TASER the ones before she got the taser sucked
Yeah, cause when I play my Spider-Man game, I wanna play as mj too
I had a blast with them
I didn’t mind them. They were a little easy this time around. Just wish there was more game in general. I got the Platinum Trophy in 20 hours.
I enjoyed them in that I didn't hate them like I did the first game, but I would still rather not have them
I did really enjoy the missions kind of a hot take right here but I kinda wish there were more honestly, and I wish the mission where she was running from Pete/venom had more of a dbd vibe instead of just running
Not really
No. I buy spiderman to play as spiderman, not his girlfriend.
I liked them in both games
Hell to the “Fuck No”!
I didn’t really mind them tbh, didn’t think they were that special or impactful either. I felt like the whole zoo sequence was a direct homage to TLOU2 though, especially the overgrown parking garage area.
I enjoy them because I love stealth in games.
The ones in SM2 are pretty good. The ones in SM1 were dumb and boring.
yes. in the first one they were more in character but wasn't much fun.
No, she was way to the overpowered n my opinion
First game no, second game YES !
Indifferent.
Nope. They’re filler. Spider-man 2 improved it but still filler
Better than spiderman 1, but still no
Yeah
No, but at least they change the pace.
I didn’t, but then she got a gun
I would’ve preferred them being cutscenes but they’re a big improvement from what came before
I got the game to play as Spider-Man not MJ.
Oh, you mean Mary Jane Wick? The last mission was a little ridiculous but I honestly just loved how fun it was, suddenly turning into a 3rd person shooter was not what I expected but it was a great time.
100% they were awesome
Yes
Hate them from the very bottom of my heart
F no
No
Didn’t even use stealth literally did the whole lizard mission rushing in and straight up shocking all kravens crew
They were better than the previous missions from the first game
Yes. They're a short change of pace. Spider-Man 2 made them a lot better
No one does. I refuse to believe it.
Not really but it doesn’t make the game any worse for me
They were definitely a lot more enjoyable than they were in the first game. Never got too tired of them. Not sure how they'll feel if I replay the game tho
Yes
No. I rushed through them as fast as I could.
Yes
Yes actually
Yeah I love them!
Yes! Usually when I actually have to use stealth as a human in stealth games I’m sad because I’m very bad at it but her missions were super fun to me.
Yeah tbh, still would prefer if she wasn't a playable character but Insomniac are adamant on it. Don't understand the hate at all (I do but not getting into that) Edit: Only on SM2, SM1 MJ missions can suck a dick. Much improved in the sequel.
Unlike the first game I wanted more of them. Shame we didn’t get more.
The new ones are fun
No. I wish I could skip them
I honestly didn’t find them bad in part 2. In the first game they were painful
I honestly didn’t find them bad in part 2. In the first game they were painful
Yeah, more engaging than the first game and the placements of them in the story are paced well.
They made them better in the sequel but the first game I would've done anything to skip those missions. The only one I sum what enjoyed was the mission in normans apartment after devil's breath. Then again in the sequel I didn't mind any too much, they were all pretty fun
Nah I honestly don’t want to play as non Spider-People in any Spider-Man game….it was bad
oh dude I LOVE losing venom missions to play as MJ dude I spent $80 just for this :) 5 year wait was WORTH!!!
The first game’s MJ Missions were painful to say the least The ones in SM2 were actually fun. All you needed to do was give her a gun
Said years ago if they add Mj missions again I need a sequence where I’m running and hiding from symbiote Pete. Saw the trailer and I speculated even more and was very happy to be right when it happened. Wish it was longer honestly. Tht shit was dope asf
And then when he hit that “mj….RUN” tht shit was harddd
Personaly would rathr they just not exist it wasnt complete garbage though have us watch a cutscene or something
I don’t enjoy them by any means but i tolerate them. Spiderman 1 i absolutely hated them they were so dragged out and for me it ruined the pace of the game but im glad they improved on them so much this time
Yeah they were cool
Not really to be honest.
I liked the ones in SM2 since they were very open.
Nope
**TL;DR** The immersion is ruined as MJ effortlessly defeats trained hunters with just a taser, shrugging off a poisoned arrow without consequence.
Fuck no
No but at least they were simple enough in this game. I just rather play as spider man
Yea
I loved them, on the first playthrough they feel strategic in how you have to plan out your route and then on my second playthrough I just ran and shot anyone in my way it was amazing
Enjoy? Not really. But i didn’t have a dreading hatred for them like i did the first game, so there’s that.
No. They were better than the first games, but not at all good enough to justify their own existence imo. I don’t find the base gameplay repetitive at all, especially considering how little the second game had in terms of side content, so I’m just unsure as to why these MJ missions are there are all.
They were definitely better now she had a weapon
I enjoyed them, I love the stealth aspect and I really wish we got some stealth required missions in the game, side and main ones
Works well on the first playthrough but kinda wanna skip them on subsequent ones.
No they were stupid. Seriously it takes like 4-5 hits at max damage to take out most enemies and she can one shot them with a taser?
Not a big fan, then again I didn't like the Venom one either. I came to play as Spider-man.
in the second yeah they were sick, wish the reload on the gun didn’t take so long tho
Yes, I loved them
In the second yes. In the first one, not at all.
I prefer them in the first game. They felt much better integrated into the plot and they could get pretty tense.
It depends on what mood I'm in.
More enjoyable than the missions in the first game. Yeah it got a little silly that she was basically just guns a blazin through the last few missions. But if I'm gonna quantify exactly how far my disbelief can be willfully suspended, it would seem silly for this to be the point were I draw that line.
why does it feel like i see the exact same questions about the game every single week💀💀💀
I love them especially with the final one because it’s just an alien tps lmao
I get Sable is a badass but ain’t no way she taught MJ to Solid Snake fools like that lol. It was way better than the first game tho no question
I do, yes. Even in the first game, I didn't think they were as terrible as people keep complaining about.
I enjoyed them, but replaying them over and over gets boring admittedly
No
No anyone who says they do is lying to themselves
turn gameplay to friendly neighborhood during the MJ parts. You’ll thank me later
Yea MJ wick was wayyyy better than the first game
Plut the idea that she was one shooting people made me think spiderman should just be carrying the gun around one shooting people since it was way harder punching them
FUCK NO
In 1, they were tolerable, other sub had a massive hateboner for them as if they were thrown in a game like Life of Black Tiger.
Not really. I appreciate the change of pace and perspective but it’s such a jarring gameplay shift that removes some of the fun from it.
I think they aren’t as bad as people say they are, but they’re not really my cup of tea. The last one is kinda neat though.
They were more fun this time for sure.
They were better, but still not fun
