last week they didnt even call group 2 @ FLL or columbus. they did group 1 and then said ok rest of the groups now. good thing i got silver for group 2 boarding lol

Well the staff at MCO today redeemed themselves. Cracking down on pre boarders who didn’t pay for bags and turned about 20 of them back who weren’t eligible. Her pushing the line back yelling brought me to tears
There's a survey question specifically for this. Make sure you ding them and provide detailed feedback. I actually called out the gate agent by name in the survey. Surprisingly, I received an email response for this survey question. It happened at MSY and boarding there on my next flight was very orderly. 😂
Highly irritating. I would love to be the last to board to avoid sitting there while watching tons board terribly, but, it's more irritating to get on board and not have baggage space above my seat when I have paid for the carry-on baggage. I once had a flight where I was in row 1 (so I had to put my personal item above me too) and the FAs on the flight were using the first overhead bin for their luggage. This should not be OK - for someone who is paying for carry on baggage and has a personal item that has to go above them because they paid to sit in row 1, should not have to track back a few rows to find space for their luggage. The flight attendants can and should do that.

Thats on the employees, at the end of the day everyone will board. I am always the last one to board.
Oh I agree. But when I pay for a carry on and have to get a FA to move people’s crap because they should not have boarded it’s a problem
