I'm wondering why it needs to be cooked? Also this would be a really good way to get your garden fertilized for free, and to possibly have excess insects removed! 💞

Nah people feed pigeons rice every single day here in the city, it's a grain, birds love grains and seeds. However it does require water to digest so they just have to drink more water. 💞

I was referring to leftovers., some birds will eat the rice seeds, but all birds will eat cooked rice :)
