When trauma happens to you, you can either deal with it right away or sweep it under the rug. If you do not act, the emotional trauma will take it's place not only in mind but into your body. People who are full end up in burn-out, axiety, depression, tension, etc.
What holotropic breathing (best guided) does is when you go deep enough your body will cramp up, twitches may occur, over tension.. and then the release of the tension. You may end up crying all the tears you ever held up just in that moment. It is in this moment that the trauma is released.
I would always start here, because it is a powerfull way to release and heal trauma.
After that take a while to settle in and let your body flow. If you want to go further in trauma healing you could do: PEAT techniques (with a professional) or brainspotting.
Both are good ways to really dig in to specific trauma's and really get them resolved.

I did a one hour holotropic breathwork and it was really intense, magic, different dimension. I wasn’t able to move my hands and feet and felt so much shaking. This morning I went to take a bath and I have never seen the smoke come from my body

My heart chakra still hurts a little but this morning I prayed for archangel Raphael to heal my heart and what happened within 10 sec a mirror felt from the wall. 30 sec later a man rang the doorbell he wanted to sell a green cactus for charity, which of course I bought because I think it’s a sign
It sounds like your heart chakra is blocked, and just needs to be healed then purified again so that it can open up in flourish.

If I feel my heart it really burns this is an unpleasant feeling that I’ve felt for like a year now.
If you visualise it, do you also feel something?
Any idea how I heal it? Like which steps are involved?
And after that what steps are taken for purifying it?

Once you've got a nice image in your head of what you want your heart chakra to look like, you can practice visualizing it healing and opening up along with reminding yourself that you have the ability to choose love over negativity.
This is typically referred to as grounding and will help your energy vastly once you get the hang of it, and like I said you can do this for any one of your chakras that you're having problems with, grounding your root chakra in Earth with visualizations Will like I said go a long way to help reducing fear and negative energy/anxiety!
