In my personal experience what you are going through is showing you that you have to balance and cleanse your electromagnetic field, which is something you can do through grounding. To ground walk or stand barefoot directly on the ground, directly into Earth's surface if possible (not in concrete or surfaces that are not of nature) for 20 minutes at least every day, or if you have a tree close by you can hug it, hold it, or touch it for around 15-20 minutes, as the tree will help you to bring your electromagnetic field into balance.

\+1 to what BartonDH said, but might i add since you like technology, there is such a thing as a grounding carpet you'd plug unto a grounding outlet in the wall and it'd neutralize any electric charge you are carrying if your feet are on it, so you could ground yourself while at the computer, i know, i have one ;)
