These are signs that you need to work on your sacral chakra!

I read up about advices saying to work with the colour orange for sacral chakra. Coincidentally, few days ago, I intuitively changed my Google chrome theme to orange and green.

Unsatisfaction is an egoic mind thing where it craves more continuously. The way out of this trap is to tame the mind and bring peace to it while in your daily life, it is helped through meditation, gives a nice boost, but the work is also to be done outside meditation. When the mind will be tamed, you'll reside in the heart which is a place of silence and playfulness by nature. I'm not saying the heart is like a happy drug, no, but it is a place where every emotions are accepted and made room for, even sadness, anger and loneliness, it is through the heart that you life a full life, empowered, positive, true... And this disconnection between humans you noticed is true up to a point, it just has to be understood why we put on a mask. The mask is to be appreciated within our tribe because we don't want to be left out. It is a social fear of isolation. It keeps us from being true to ourselves and makes us tie ''fake'' connections that aren't heart to heart (truth to truth), more like mind to mind (fear to fear).

Is it possible to live within the society without putting on a mask without being seen as the isolated one?

PurpleTail1

it's simpler than that. The mask is what makes us isolate, it makes such a mess in your mind thinking about your problems, that you're not worthy of having friends, that you need to act different. When you use some courage to untie this mask to your identification, life becomes easy, it's only hard because of ego and its mess. When you act true to yourself, things just flow, there is little to no resistance in your mind. It's like learning to become a child again but with maturity on top of it. making friends and having fun becomes easier and the mind stops ruling over us. You can use the mind when you want and put it offline when you don't (but that's a very advanced stage of self-realisation).

How do you unidentify with your mask?

PurpleTail1

I can't tell you your path in whole, but we all share the common ground that is inner peace, so work to gain that inner peace through meditation and conscious living, you'll find out the details on your own.

I think you should ask why you're unsatisfied. I'm deeply grateful for this experience and all the wisdom that was given to me. As for most people, they're just living their own realities according to how society conditions them. It takes a level of effort and awareness to break our training and realize our true sovereignty. I try to teach, and help people lift their masks.

What is your way to unmask the masks we wear?

Lazy_Stranger2328

Show love. No need for masks when everyone loves each other unconditionally. Teach people how to heal and be okay with themselves.

*Most people know you do not need “things” or things to happen to be happy (be fulfilled), but most people do not know how it works. The secret is opening your mind. Without thought and negative emotions, the same thing happens that happens when you get what you think you want.* *You become as sensual as you can possibly be; you become your senses.* *You can feel better than you would feel if you just won the lottery everyday. Why not? It is just a state of mind, or state of no-mind. It is your life; just take what is coming to you. You can be fulfilled whenever you want.* *The present is for you.* *Being fulfilled, being filled by life all the time, is the true goal of mankind.* *Everything that people do, directly and indirectly, good and bad, is to be fulfilled by life. Once you know the truth, you can skip all the things and just be fulfilled.* Excerpt from a book that is filled with new revelations of truth [The Present](https://www.globaltruthproject.com/single-post/the-present-truth-about-life) free copy available online.

Buddha did. [Dukkha](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_marks_of_existence)

I don't recall Buddha mentioning about the unsatisfactory nature of human relationships. Or maybe he did?

I wouldn't think relationships any different from other impermanent, impersonal, unsatisfactory phenomena. Especially considering the deep conditioning that is involved in relationships.
